To the residents of San Mateo County you might remember your District Attorney’s Office Deliberately Filed FALSE charges against San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez in 2014. That was close to 8 years ago. They arrested him at gunpoint in front of his son. They held a Press Conference the charges included Smuggling a cell phone and drugs into the Maguire Jail and delivering them to an inmate. Every San Mateo County Employee involved with that investigation knew the Charges were FALSE.

Why was Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez falsely charged? Why is that OK with the 5 Supervisors.

Why is that OK with the 760,000 San Mateo County residents?

Why is that OK with Fixin SMC?

Why is that OK with Sheriff Elect Christina Corpus?

Why is that OK with the 800 Sheriff Employees?

Recently there was an Letter to the Editor titled Judges for Sheriff Bolanos. I laughed when I read that and thought that would be a great name for the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez criminal case.

As many of you know San Mateo County News.com has been reporting on Deputy Lopez’s case from the very beginning. I have attended almost every single hearing for more than 5 years I have lived in Monterey County so you can do the math on how many hours I have spent in Gridlock and court to bring the NEWS about this Very Important Criminal Case which demonstrates the Organized Crime and Corruption at all levels of San Mateo County Government.

Please join me in Courtroom 2G this Friday to show support to Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez.

I think everyone knows by now that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos lost the election this month. I was surprised that he ran at all. For those of you who didn’t know Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos has been on the Witness list in the Juan P. Lopez case for almost 8 years, He has been protected by the County Counsel Attorneys all this this. Come January he is Retiring and it will be interesting to see if the Taxpayers continue to provide free legal services to him.

On February 27, 2020, the Coroner published an autopsy report finding that Munir Edais had died of “suicide by hanging” and set his time of death was 2:41 a.m. on the morning of January 21.

Substantial material evidence casts doubt on both of those findings.

What is the EVIDENCE Munir Edais a 32 year old Police Officer, Father of two girls, Husband of less than 6 months, San Mateo County Resident all his life Hung Himself?

Robert Foucrault, why are you and David Silberman fighting so hard to keep your Work Product a Secret from the Parents of Munir Edais. Is that part of your job description?

Are you telling the 760,000 Residents of San Mateo County to trust your findings? Have you ever made a mistake, or changed your findings for ANY reason.

Robert, what were/are your thoughts about the Nanny Camera located in Bedroom #2 the same bedroom you say Munir Edais Hung Himself? Your Team never mentioned it, WHY?

If Agenda Item 15 is talking about San Mateo County Sheriff Captain Kristina Bell who has been identified by the City of San Carlos as their Police Chief, I would recommend Item 15 be removed from the agenda until the 5 Supervisors can ask her about the Domestic Violence call Redwood City Police Officers responded to at her residence, which San Mateo County News.com reported about on May 22, 2018. David Canepa, How much has SMC Taxpayers paid to defend Sheriff Deputy David Dominguez?

As a Private Victim’s Advocate in San Mateo County for the last 21 years, I have always recommended releasing the recording evidence unedited to the public within 24 hours.

On May 5, 2020 Sandra Lee Harmon R.I.P. Homicide by Law Enforcement in Half Moon Bay was no different. I recommended the release of the UNEDITED Body Worn Camera Video to the public within 24 hours. Not one of the FIVE San Mateo County Supervisors did the same.

Supervisor David Canepa is now Fundraising and is a Candidate for Congress.

Here we are 22 months after the Homicide and San Mateo County Counsel files this: Answering Paragraph 3, Defendants admit that Defendant Deputy Dominguez failed to turn on his body worn camera immediately prior to the incident at issue.

Supervisor David Canepa, What is the EVIDENCE to support that statement? You should know what the evidence is that has your Attorneys making that statement. You have attended several Closed door sessions being briefed on this lawsuit.

Affirmative Defenses
Defendants have not yet completed discovery, propounded interrogatories, submitted requests for documents, or taken depositions. WHY? It’s simple release the AXON Log Records. They will confirm or prove false the statement just made by County Counsel.

San Mateo County and SMCSO were aware that Dominguez resigned from the San Mateo Police Department due to unsatisfactory performance in the field training program.

My mother said many times, “If you don’t know where something is, it could be anywhere.” The same is true if you don’t know who the person is. It’s been 25 days and San Mateo County residents don’t know who ordered the PPE outside. Who ordered the CONVOY of Garbage Trucks? Who gave James Brown of Wine Country Marines the PPE on or before January 13, 2022. So I thought I would ask Travis Kusman.

It was also reported that a Convoy of Garbage Trucks picked up PPE in the last two months.

Why wasn’t San Mateo County Manager Mike Callagy placed on Administrative Leave January 13, 2022?

January 13, 2022 ABC 7 Investigative Reporter Dan Noyes was reporting on MORE than $10M of PPE outside and unprotected from the elements and theft. He reported a Convoy of Garbage Trucks removing PPE within the last 2 months from the site. Here are some questions he asked Mike Callagy on January 13, 2022.

Mike Callagy is San Mateo County Manager.

DAN NOYES: “Can you give me an idea of the amount of money we’re talking?”

MIKE CALLAGY: “I don’t know. There’s a lot of PPE out there.”

DAN NOYES: “Is it safe to say over a million?”

MIKE CALLAGY: “I would say, oh yeah, I would say over, over a million.”

DAN NOYES: “Is it multiple millions or-“

MIKE CALLAGY: “I don’t know. But it’s, it’s, it’s, there’s a lot of PPE out there.”

The Six Candidates for Supervisor are Silent on Mike Callagy and the More than $10M in PPE. Why?

The right candidate has NOT surfaced yet, they have until March 16, 2022 to file.

San Mateo County Manager/Purchasing Agent/Clerk to the Board of Supervisors Mike Callagy is an At-Will Employee of the Supervisors. Everybody knows that.

Steven Booker, Noelia Corzo, Laura Parmer-Lohan, Virginia Chang Kiraly, Ray Mueller and Charles Stone, are all candidates for the District 2&3 Supervisor of San Mateo County in the June 7, 2022 election.

San Mateo County Government still has not made the January 25, 2022 Supervisor Meeting Public.
