Why would DDA Marie McLaughlin accept an award from Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos a known LIAR?

Everybody and their mother has known or should have known as of April 21, 2007 that Carlos G. Bolanos is a LIAR.

Thanks to Investigative Reporter Dan Noyes we now know that both of these two and several others are responsible for the ABUSE of a Minister in Indiana by the name of Mark Racop who makes the 1966 Batmobile car.

Does anybody think it is bad optics for a Sheriff to be giving a DDA an award?

Have SMC Investigators ever lied to a Judge to get a Warrant. Yes of course they have.

Does San Mateo County District Attorney ever knowingly file false charges? Yes of course he does.

David Canepa Congress or Recall?

The Politician

San Mateo County President of the Board of Supervisors David Canepa aka “Showboater” knows a great opportunity to Fund Raise when he sees one. Today he is holding his official Kickoff Campaign for Congress. He might as well, he has done nothing to make San Mateo County Safer or to Eliminate Corruption in San Mateo County that I am aware of.

Most recently in the (retired) San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez criminal case which has been going on for 7 years, Superior Court Judge Joseph Scott, Court Clerk Katrina Bihl, and Court Reporter Jocelyne Fakouri, Conspired to commit a crime, then did commit the crime of PC115A filing a False Instrument with the court which by itself is a Felony. All three made false statements under the penalty of Perjury. David Canepa thinks that is cool. I don’t.

A reasonable person would think the President of the Board of Supervisors would be Interested in making San Mateo County Safer for the ordinary resident, Nobody is Above the law, etc. Not David Canepa. Over the the last 7 years I have reported the Illegal conduct against Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez, by multiple San Mateo County Employees, I can’t recall a single time that David Canepa showed any interest.

When Chinedu V. Okobi R.I.P. San Mateo County’s George Floyd, was killed by SIX San Mateo County Sheriff Employees on October 3, 2018, Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and his Public Information Officer Immediately issued two False Press Releases both omitting the sixth very involved CSO Joseph Gonzales. David Canepa approved of that behavior.

I sat in the front row next to SMCSO Deputy Heintz Puschendorf the entire meeting, after listening to all of the speakers and watching Supervisor David Canepa refusing to pay any attention to all of the speakers, He wouldn’t even look at them, I chose not to speak.

San Mateo County Sheriff’s Activities League Embezzlement and Money Laundering Investigation Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, SMCSO Captain Christina Corpus and SMCSO ret. Captain Jeffrey C. Kearnan and Supervisor President David Canepa all thought it was a Great Idea for the Sheriff’s Office to Investigate Itself. A reasonable person would know that is NUTS.

Congresswoman Jackie Speier announced this week she will not run for re-election.

In 2008 she demanded the Board of Supervisors Investigate the April 21, 2007, FBI Sting called Operation Dollhouse where Under Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos was Caught and Detained Inside a single family residence located at 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas, Nevada at 9:30 PM. To this day 14 years later nobody has asked Carlos G. Bolanos why he entered that disgusting smelling home.

It was either to have sex with Human Trafficked Sex Slaves including a minor or a more logical reason is it was a Drug Deal of 3,500 Ecstasy Tablets for $25,000 Cash.

San Mateo County President of the Board of Supervisors David Canepa has never wanted to know the answer and he has been fine with now Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos lying about it for 14 years.

I think Supervisor President David Canepa should resign from the Board effective today so that he and his TEAM can devote FULL TIME and effort into something he is really passionate about, which is Fund Raising and promoting himself. I wish him the best.

Operation Dollhouse 14 years later. Most likely a Drug Deal/Drop. Still no Investigation, Why?

The residents of San Mateo County will remember the News that San Mateo County Sheriff Greg Munks and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos were Caught and Detained INSIDE a single family home with bars on all of the windows and doors in an FBI Sting, called Operation Dollhouse. Who said they were INSIDE, LVMPD Spokesman Bill Cassell, and LVMPD Vice Lt. Karen Hughes both said they were INSIDE.

Three days later on April 25, 2007 San Mateo County Sheriff Greg Munks held a Misinformation Event where he admitted the obvious that he was INSIDE but then Lied about UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos was outside when the authorities arrived. Why would he lie about that?

Sheriff Munks also said: Neither he nor Bolanos intended to PAY FOR SEX.

Sheriff Greg Munks and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos have NEVER been Investigated or answered ANY questions about Why were they both INSIDE that Disgusting, Vulgar home on April 21, 2007.

Not one of the 5 San Mateo County Supervisors, thought it would be a good idea to find out why they both left the County at the same time for several days, and Why were they both Caught & Detained INSIDE? If they didn’t intend to PAY for SEX, were they there for another reason?

How long would it take for the San Mateo County Gang Task Force to get their hands on 3,5000 Ecstasy Tablets.

What would each Tablet be worth at retail or at a location where the customers would pay top dollar say $20 each = $70,000

Is it possible that Sheriff Munks and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos both experts in Drug Trafficking and Human Trafficking were INSIDE 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas Nevada, at 9:30 PM to sell 3,500 Ecstasy Tablets for $25,000 Cash?

It’s NEVER too late to Investigate, I’ve asked the Board of Supervisors to Investigate they Refused.

How many of the 7 Print Media aka Newspapers demanded an Investigation of Munk’s and Bolanos being INSIDE?

Every Candidate for Supervisor, Sheriff, and even the District Attorney’s Office should be in favor of a Full Investigation.

Nobody has ever asked, When did the 3,500 Ecstasy Tablets arrive at 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas, Nevada?

What caused the FBI to close a 2 year Sting Operation on a Saturday Night, when San Mateo County’s top two Law Enforcement Sheriffs were Caught?

Who is responsible for this mess? The Supervisors of San Mateo County of course. Also every City Manager and City Council who contracted with the Sheriff’s Office for Patrol Services.

It’s such a Simple Question, Why were you INSIDE? It should only be asked after they both are sworn in.

Why were both Sheriff Munks and UnderSheriff Bolanos out of the County at the same time?

I have not heard Charles Stone or one of his endorsers demand an Investigation of the April 21, 2007 FBI Sting called Operation Dollhouse where now San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos was Caught and Detained Inside a single family residence located at 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas Nevada at 9:30 PM. Las Vegas Metro Police Spokesperson Bill Cassell and Lt. Karen Hughes of VICE both made official statements putting Bolanos INSIDE. That’s why he was handcuffed and put in a lineup outside the house.

By the way the house had Human Trafficked Sex Slaves including a Minor inside. To this day Carlos G. Bolanos has lied about being Inside, Why? Sheriff Greg Munks admitted he was inside, but lied about Carlos, Why? He did say that both of them did Not intend to Pay for Sex. What does that mean? Is it possible they were both inside the house for a Drug Deal? Of course it’s possible anything is possible when they both refuse to answer the most basic questions like, Why were you there?

I have not heard Charles Stone or one of his endorsers make a comment about Yanira Serrano Garcia, of Half Moon Bay who was shot and killed by a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy within 20 seconds of him existing his patrol vehicle. Why did the Deputy go by himself to a non emergency medical call, He tampered with evidence and made false statements in his report.

I have not heard Charles Stone or one of his endorsers make a comment about the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office passing Pornography and a VIOLENT RAPE VIDEO among 45 male Sheriff Employees in 2009.

A great question for any Candidate or Elected Official in San Mateo County is, What did you do about this?

I have not heard Charles Stone or one of his endorsers say Chinedu V. Okobi is San Mateo County’s George Floyd.

I have not heard Charles Stone or one of his endorsers, call for the release of the AXON LOG RECORDS in the Sandra Lee Harmon Homicide by 2 San Mateo County Sheriff Deputies in Half Moon Bay on May 5, 2020. Sheriff Bolanos and SMCC attorney David Silberman are the only two REFUSING to make them available to the Public.

I have not heard Charles Stone or one of his endorsers make any comment on the Roger Allen Homicide by Daly City Police Officers on April 7, 2021. The official statement by City Manager Shawanna Maltie was the 4 Officers arrive at the disabled vehicle because “We are here to Help.” then they killed him.

I could go on and on, San Mateo County could use two new Supervisors this next election. Charles Stone is not one of them.

Jerry Hill and Sheriff Carlos Bolanos as endorsers of Charles Stone is all the Voters of SMC need to know.

Jerry Hill was in Las Vegas, Nevada, that same weekend of April 21, 2007, Operation Dollhouse, everybody knows that.

Who is responsible for this Mess. That’s Simple, the Supervisors of San Mateo County.

That’s why they are called Supervisors, They are supposed to Supervise, Why didn’t they? Jerry Hill, Rose Jacobs Gibson, Mark Church, Adrienne J. Tissier, and Richard S. Gordon. They took an Oath and violated it. It’s Never too late for an Investigation, their has Never been one. Did anybody ever ask for one? Yes I did, and so did Congresswomen Jackie Speier and Ana Eshoo.

LVMPD Spokesman Bill Cassell said officers did come into contact with both Munks and Bolanos inside one of the residences at the brothel.

The Las Vegas Metro Police quickly confirmed that Munks and Bolanos were detained.

The Investigation could start with the 54 San Mateo County Employees and Jerry Hill who are all in Las Vegas that weekend. E-mails, phone records for all communications from April 21, 2007 9:15 PM to April 25, 2007 11:00PM should do it.

One question I have always had, and now that Carlos G. Bolanos is a candidate for Re-Election of Sheriff, this is as good a time to ask. Was Jeffrey C. Kearnan and Tom Gallagher with you in the Limo and were they standing outside the residence at 3474 Eldon Street while you and Sheriff Munks were inside?

Sheriff Munks in his Press Conference with no questions allowed, said both of you did not intend to pay for Sex. Can you please explain what he meant by that statement? Did you expect the sex to be Free because you two were San Mateo County’s Top Two Law Enforcement Officers? Or were the two of you there for a Drug Deal aka a Drop of 3,500 ecstasy tablets in exchange for the $25,000 found in the house. Is it possible that your agency came across 3,500 E tablets in SMC and never made it to the Evidence Locker and there was no record of that drug bust? Wouldn’t 3,500 E tablets be as good as Cash to the right buyer?

What San Mateo County Residents do know is that as of April 21, 2007, Nothing that Sheriff Greg Munks or UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos say can be trusted. Every single Criminal Case and Homicide by Sheriff’s Office Employees should be reviewed. You can thank the 5 elected Supervisors of 2007 for this mess.
