Results Certified for the June 5, 2018 Statewide Direct Primary Election

Mark Church has certified the June 5, 2018 Election results for San Mateo County.

The Sheriff Office race was an exciting one with three candidates. Mark Melville and Heinz Puschendorf both San Mateo County Sheriff Deputies and Carlos Bolanos the illegally appointed Sheriff who started his campaign over three years ago to make sure no deputy would run against him. That didn’t happen. Mark Melville told several editors including Jon Mays of the San Mateo Daily Journal in May that he watched a 3 minute video of Concerned Citizen Mark De Paula’s presentation to the Board of Supervisors on March 13, 2018. He described it as brilliant and clearly stated based on that presentation it proved that Greg Munks and Carlos Bolanos were liars. Heinz Puschendorf was a last minute write in candidate told several reporters including Dave Boyce that in 2007 when he was the President of the Deputy Sheriff Association DSA he was ordered by UnderSheriff Carlos Bolanos not to talk about or mention the FBI Human Trafficking Sting Operation Dollhouse where he was caught and detained as a customer on April 21, 2007.

Melville and Heinz were very brave to offer their services to the residents of San Mateo County. Look no further than the last write in candidate former deputy Juan P. Lopez.

Imagine what the outcome of this election would have been had Jon Mays printed the brave statement Mark Melville made in May. He and Jerry Lee didn’t think it was newsworthy, 83,500 readers didn’t know about a candidate deputy calling his boss a liar.

That is a big deal. Another big deal is that 100 voters spelled Heinz Puschendorf correctly.

To the 52,996 voters for Mark Melville, I recommend you send him your e-mail addresses so that he can keep you informed if anything bad should happen to him. Same for Mr. Puschendorf. Note Mark Melville has not conceded yet, with close to 30,000 votes in Carlos Bolanos favor 81,032.

In another race between Nancy Magee and Gary Waddell for Superintendent of Schools, Mr. Waddell conceded right away with less than 1% difference.

Magee 65,683 Waddell 64,485

For the record I believe SMC Sheriff Deputies Heinz Puschendorf and Mark Melville.

Mark Church How many Ballots?

Update June 22, 2018

San Mateo County had at this time 44.3% turnout with 172,076 ballots counted.

Election Results

June 16, 2018 San Mateo County Elections Office headed by Mark Church has never published on the County’s website how many ballots it had received. Today 11 days after the election the advertising business SMDJ has published that 45,000 ballots remain to be counted. Also News that it mailed out 400,000 ballots thats about 11,000 more than the official registered voter count. Not everybody received the ballot in the mail. Former SMC Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez didn’t receive his, he called to have another mailed to him and was told “NO” Go vote in person. So he did while serving on Jury Duty he went to the 555 Building after identifying himself he was told “Your Vote has been cancelled.

Also missing from the website are the Write-In candidates. This year was a Historical Election Three candidates for Sheriff, one who has been running (forever) 3 years, one for 1 year and one for a month.

The last one was the President of the Deputy Sheriff Association DSA in 2007. He has reported to several reporters that he was ordered by Carlos Bolanos not to talk about or mention Operation Dollhouse. He was the Go-To guy on April 21, 2007 He received several phone calls from Las Vegas starting at 10:15PM that night. He has helped bring out the truth about what really happened that night.

Now today we wait.

Welcome to San Mateo County

San Mateo County residents can still register to vote today.

San Mateo County has a Historical Election today. For the first time in 25 years the resident/voters get to vote on the Sheriff Office, one of the most important offices in the County. There are 3 candidates, Illegally Appointed Carlos Bolanos who has been a candidate the longest over 3 years. Why would anybody start a campaign that long ago?

Then there is SMC Sheriff Deputy Mark Melville who started his campaign about 1 year ago. Mr. Melville told several editors of the local papers, “Carlos Bolanos is a Liar” that he watched the 3 minute video of Concerned Citizen Mark De Paula’s presentation to Don Horsley and Carole Groom and the other Supervisors on March 13, 2018 regarding his 3 years effort to get to the truth about what happened the night of April 21, 2007. Mr. Melville said Mark De Paula’s Presentation was brilliant and it proved “Munks and Bolanos were liars.”

The editors of at least 3 advertising businesses, SMDJ, PADP, The Almanac, chose not to let the voters know about the “Carlos Bolanos is a Liar” statement. That is unusual for a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy to call his boss a liar. We are pretty sure most SMC residents would think that is newsworthy.

The third candidate (Write In) is Heinz Pushendorf another San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy who was the President of the Deputy Sheriff Association DSA the night of April 21, 2007. He told editors that “Carlos Bolanos Ordered him not to talk about or mention Operation Dollhouse.” He also said “Carlos Bolanos is trying to get him to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement.” Again the editors didn’t think that was newsworthy.

Residents/voters take back your County VOTE TODAY if you haven’t already.

The results can be viewed here tonight at 8:05PM

Carlos Bolanos continues to mislead the Residents of San Mateo County.

This full page ad page 7 in the May edition of the Spectrum, He identifies himself as the incumbent he’s not. He was illegally appointed by three Supervisors led by Don Horsley on July 12, 2016. The ballot has it right as appointed Sheriff. Jerry Hill should have fired him on April 22, 2007, he simple refused to do his job. Now he is endorsing him.

San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe refuses to answer ACLU questions regarding June election. Why?

By Michael G. Stogner & Sarah Navratil

San Mateo County residents are just starting to realize that they are responsible for the behavior of the Sheriff and the District Attorney’s Office. Steve Wagstaffe so far is running unopposed in the June 5, 2018 election. That in itself should cause the residents to ask Why? Out of all the employees in the DA’s Office there is not one who believes he/she could do a better job than Steve Wagstaffe. Not one person willing to offer the residents a choice for one of the most important and powerful elected offices in San Mateo County.

Just look at the Former Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez criminal case for Abuse of Authority, Prosecutorial Misconduct.

The Write In candidate time period ends May 22, 2018

We recommend voters vote on June 5, 2018, So far there are 2 Write In candidates one for Sheriff and one for Supervisor District 2. Lets see if some brave person will be a Write In candidate for District Attorney.

Write In Morgan Stogner for San Mateo County Supervisor District 2.

IMG_4298.JPG

If you are seeing this advertisement you are most likely in District 2.  Ask yourself, do you know who your Supervisor is or know what the Board of Supervisors does?  They are in charge of spending tax dollars for the County and are widely unknown.  They are also a place for concerned citizens to go with complaints against government agencies or people.

Morgan is a Write In candidate. He decided to run after he saw his opponent was unopposed.

Morgan is concerned for the average resident, his opponent is not, Morgan understands and respects Conflict of Interest, his opponent does not. Morgan respects Whistleblowers his opponent does not. Morgan will not mislead the residents his opponent does. Morgan Endorses Mark Melville for Sheriff his opponent Endorses Carlos Bolanos when she should have Investigated then fired him. Bolanos was caught and detained as a customer of Human Trafficked Sex Slaves including a child. Morgan is opposed to Human Trafficking in San Mateo County his opponent is not.

2012 the Grand Jury warned the residents of San Mateo County that it’s leaders (Supervisors) misled the Voters on the County’s financial status, in order to pass Measure A.  The Supervisors reported a deficit when in reality the Grand Jury had found the County had a surplus, making Measure A dishonest and unnecessary. Carole Groom was a Supervisor at that time.

Below is a link to the report.  If you do not have the time to read the entire report I would suggest going to page 11 and reading the Findings list.  Item number 7 and 8 specifically tell of the mistruths.

An inconvenient truth about San Mateo County’s “structural deficit” is that … there isn’t one!

2012 Grand Jury Report

WRITE IN Morgan Stogner Supervisor District 2 San Mateo County.

Morgan would not have voted in favor on any tax measure that misled the Voters.morgan_signature-2
