Update: Next court date is February 4, 2022 3:00 PM Courtroom 8A

For the last 20 years I’ve said the most exciting and important court cases seem to be on Friday’s and especially late in the afternoon when normally the 400 County Building is almost empty. Also 20 years ago there were reporters covering the courts, that doesn’t exist now. Today is a perfect example. This is a very interesting case.

John O’connor vs. Mark Zuckerberg Case number 19CIV03759 is in courtroom 8A at 3:00PM

Also named: Sheryl K. Sandberg, Jan Koum, Marc Andreessen, Peter Thiel, Reed Hastings, Erskine B. Bowles, Susan D. Desmond-Hellman, Kenneth I. Chenault, Jeffrey D. Zients

“We Stand with the Black Community,” Zuckerberg

By Michael G. Stogner

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg was quoted in todays LATIMES.

I have to admit, I have No Idea what that means. F.B. Headquaters is located in Menlo Park, which is in San Mateo County, California.

October 3, 2018 Chinedu V. Okobi a 36 year old black man was killed by Six San Mateo County Sheriff Employees while in Custody. December 31, 2018 The Coroners Office ruled the manner of Death to be a Homicide.

“I have determined the manner of Death to be Homicide.”

Deputy Coroner Heather Diaz #21 reviewed and approved 12/31/2018

HOMICIDE PROTOCOL* 36 year old male involved in a physical altercation with San Mateo County Sheriff’s deputies

March 1, 2019 two months later District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe held a closed to the public Press Conference which I attended. He gave a 26 minute presentation on why he was not charging any of the Five not Six Sheriff Employees in the tragic death of Chinedu Okobi. Who had committed no crime before the deputy decided to engage him. He was tased 7 times, struck with baton, Sprayed in face with O.C. spray and dog piled by SIX Sheriff Employees. After he stopped breathing he was sat up on El Camino Real and ignored for about 9 minutes to make sure he was dead before AMR and Fire Paramedics could get to him.

District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe Never mentions the word Homicide in his presentation it’s only at the very end (47:30) of the Question and Answer period when he was asked by KQED Reporter Julie Small “Do you know the Manner of Death?”

A reasonable person would ask since it was determined a Homicide, How is it that no criminal charges were filed against the Six County Employees?

Last week the world saw George Floyd being Murdered by four Police Officers, The United States is Protesting today during a Pandemic because a Citizen was brave enough to try and stop it but also videoed it. The body camera and audio has not been released yet Why?

Yesterday Mark Zuckerberg said “We stand with the Black Community.”

I do not recall Mark Zuckerberg saying One Word about Chinedu Okobi’s Homicide in his own backyard.

SIX4THREE vs. FACEBOOK

December 7, 2018 San Mateo County Superior Court Hon. Judge Raymond Swope Courtroom 8A. 9:00AM

Plaintiff: SIX4THREE

Defendants: Cox, Christopher, Does 1-50, Facebook Inc., Lessin, Samuel, Olivan, Javier, Sukhar, Ilya, Zuckerberg, Mark, The Washington Post

Six4Three Attorneys: Godkin, David S, Kruzer, James E., Gross, Stuart G.

Facebook Attorneys: Miller Laura E., Kim, Catherine Y,  Metha, Sonal N., Lerner, Joshua H

Washington Post Attorney: Carolan, Duffy

Yesterday I drove 90 miles be in the courtroom to observe. Many of you know I have been a Private Victim’s Advocate in San Mateo County for the last 19 years. I am very interested in the lobbying aspect and Influence peddling of the Tech companies with local governments, example Judges, District Attorneys, Local Sheriff Offices, Local Law Enforcement agencies, County Supervisors etc. What are the tech capabilities with respect to data, like hacking the California DMV computer system. I’m currently interested in keeping Jody L. Williams of Las Vegas alive. She was recently criminally charged in San Mateo County for a misdemeanor all records are SEALED. Is it possible that a friend of FB could influence the criminal charges being filed of a civilian? That is why I was there yesterday.

Hon Judge Raymond Swope, informed the people in the courtroom that it is very common for him to sign protective orders, and seal orders. That is when I realized he might not have a clue what he sealed. He did acknowledge that at least 250 pages are now in the public domain in Europe House of Commons.

Expedited Discovery: FB Attorneys claimed they don’t know what information Ted Kramer disclosed. They know what was sealed don’t they? They claim “We need to know and most importantly the Court needs to know. “How do we get to the bottom of this.”

That is a great question, in order to answer that you would need to identify what THIS is.

Hon. Judge Judge Raymond Swope was doing the work of FB attorneys when he got stopped. He tried to get attorney David S. Godkin to answer a question that violated “Attorney Client Privilege.” That is when I decided to leave, this case was getting bigger and causing more questions to be asked not less. like watching an atomic mushroom cloud grow. I have to give FB credit they not only show up with enough attorneys to fill a Mini Van they also had a Public Relations pretty girl to ask me in the hall if I was Media and do I have any questions for her about what I just observed. I answered I am the media, I’m San Mateo County News, and no I have no questions.

Jim Sutton Yes on Measure W attorney objects.

jimsutton_bio

Who hired Attorney Jim Sutton? He showed up at 40 Tower Road and objected to a minuscule amount of ballots being audited. He wanted it to be official and go on the record that he objected to this action.

“It’s shocking that they had 4 Supervisors and 12 employees working 8 or 9 hours working on this all because the losing side kind of brow beat them into doing so.”

“Under the law the only way that one side has the right to ask for documents to be re-reviewed is through a recount that they pay for.” That is true, That is where San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Heinz Puschendorf comes into play. He as a citizen resident and voter in SMC is doing just that. A recount by hand of every single ballot for Measure W.

“Unconscionable””It shocks the conscience” Is it, and does it Really?

I think most people in the world would have found the “Sealed Order” Unconscionable. It could be seen as a San Mateo County Judge, protecting a “Those Who Matter” individual or a large Employer in the County, which it did. That 4 year old case is still current next court date is April 25, 2019.

San Mateo County Superior Court Hon. Judge Raymond Swope.

November 30, 2018 2:PM Courtroom 8A, San Mateo County, California. The Hon. Judge Raymond Swope said:

“What has happened is unconscionable,”  “It shocks the conscience.” “And your conduct is not well taken by this court.”

Judge Swope ordered Mr.Kramer to hand over his laptop, cellphone and passwords to a forensic investigator and ordered Thomas Scaramellino, a member of the Six4Three legal team who was also an investor in the company, to provide his devices for document preservation.

Who is the Forensic Investigator for San Mateo County? The world should pray that it is not an employee of San Mateo County Counsel John Beiers, Sheriff Carlos Bolanos, District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe or a member of R.E.A.C.T. Taskforce.

I give the current 4 year criminal cases of Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez and the recent sealed search warrant and sealed complaint for Jody L. Williams as just two examples of why you would not want any of the above to handle the Laptop, Cellphones etc.

The New York Times, Washington Post and Associated Press contended that the documents could help answer questions of great public interest about how Facebook handled user data.

Note to San Mateo County residents reading this, I was unable to attend yesterday’s hearing, I had 2 reporters in the courtroom, More importantly I notified 23 media and reporters first thing in the morning, letting them know this is a Big News story.

Six4Three vs.FaceBook, Mark Zuckerberg

Update: The idea that Hon. Judge Swope would order Theadore Kramer to surrender his laptop cellphone and Passwords to San Mateo County Authorities by 8PM today is Nuts. Just look at what the Authorities are doing to Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez in his criminal case. R.E.A.C.T. Task force.

ALL PARTIES MUST APPEAR no telephonic appearances. That means people flying in from around the world.

Not really sure what is left to talk about at this time since it looks like the Sealed Documents that the Judge ordered three years ago are now in the public domain from Europe. This was a two tiered Non Discloser Protective Order, Why?

To protect a favorite San Mateo County Employer?

San Mateo County Judges, Secret and Illegal Search Warrants, San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez and Jody L. Williams, Vungle x CEO Zain Jaffer criminal cases come to mind.
