Everybody and their mother has known or should have known as of April 21, 2007 that Carlos G. Bolanos is a LIAR.
Thanks to Investigative Reporter Dan Noyes we now know that both of these two and several others are responsible for the ABUSE of a Minister in Indiana by the name of Mark Racop who makes the 1966 Batmobile car.
Does anybody think it is bad optics for a Sheriff to be giving a DDA an award?
Have SMC Investigators ever lied to a Judge to get a Warrant. Yes of course they have.
Does San Mateo County District Attorney ever knowingly file false charges? Yes of course he does.
Who thinks this is really cool, the FIVE San Mateo County Supervisors, that’s who.
We teach our children the importance of Keeping Your Word or Keeping Your Promise.
Making San Mateo County Safer has been a project of mine for the last 22 years. I have found only one Elected Official (Politician) who shared that goal.
The question remains unanswered, Will Giselle Hale serve if she is elected in November, or will she refuse to be swore in?
Giselle Hale is the Mayor of Redwood City, To my knowledge she has done NOTHING to eliminate the Redwood City Police Departments TWO sets of Daily Activity Log Records.
“I like to get things done.” That is what Giselle Hale claims.
I personally would like to see her FIX the two sets of Books. That would go along way in Making San Mateo County Safer. San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Colin Smith Arrested TWICE by RWCPD. San Mateo County Sheriff Sergeant Lou Aquino Arrested for DUI by RWCPD. There is also the RWCPD responding to the Domestic Violence call to San Mateo County Sheriff Lt. Kristina Bell’s home that never made it to either of RWCPD daily records.
Both of those arrests were hidden from the PUBLIC. That is a Very Bad Idea.
That is SOMETHING she could do right this minute, she is the MAYOR. I can’t think of a better example to demonstrate “I like to get things done.”
Now that she has officially ended her Campaign. Her name is still on the ballot and people will still vote for her. I think the average San Mateo County Resident would appreciate the stopping of the phone calls, yard signs, door knocking, canvassing asking for Donations, etc. How hard is it for a VOTER to Google Giselle Hale to see if they want to vote for her?
Giselle Hale might also consider resigning from Mayor of Redwood City, and that would give her even more quality time with her children and husband which is what she claims as her reason for ending her campaign.
I recommend that the Board of Supervisors Agendize the payment of ALL legal fees that the Edais and Rittenhouse families and all unknown families who were forced to sue San Mateo County Coroner Robert Foucralt since 2006 when the very brave Picon family of Daly City, first learned about the Harvesting of Organs that San Mateo County was/is practicing.
Selina Picon “The County is using taxpayer’s money and mine to fight me and other dirty tactics.”
If you are Elected as San Mateo County Supervisor would you support this payment in full idea and issue a public apology (a regretful acknowledgment of an offense or failure) to these Families.
I think that is what a good human being would do. You can answer that question in the comment section for this article.
Candidate for Supervisor Noelia
Candidate for Supervisor Charles Stone
Candidate for Supervisor Laura Parmer-Lohan
Candidate for Supervisor Ray Mueller
Write-In Candidate for Coroner Mark DePaula has/had stated if he was elected Coroner he would provide all of the documents the Coroner’s Office had to the Edais family his first day in office.
Simply put with a good human being as Corner there would be no law suits like the Edais Family was forced into.
A federal judge on Thursday July 7, 2022 sentenced Derek Chauvin to 21 years in prison for violating George Floyd’s civil rights.
Violating Civil Rights sounds so much nicer then Murder doesn’t it?
San Mateo County Residents, do any of you think Chinedu Valentine Okobi’s Civil Rights were not violated on October 3, 2018 in Millbrae at 1:00 PM in the middle of the afternoon by SIX San Mateo County Sheriff Employees? I do.
CSO Joseph Gonzales, Sergeant David Weidner, Deputy Joshua Wang, Deputy Bryan Watt, Deputy Alyssa Lorenzatti, Deputy John DeMartini.
The Governments Video Ommits CSO Joseph Gonzales like magic. 7:02-7:05 mark who do you see?
Come join me tomorrow June 24, 2022 at 9:00 AM in Courtroom 2G in person if you support Law Enforcement like I do and show your support for forced to retire Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez who was Falsely Charged in the first place 7.5 years ago. You might question why IN PERSON and not on ZOOM? The answer is simple, The Honorable Judge Joseph Scott has ordered NO ZOOM for the Deputy Lopez Case. MASK UP.
Is a SMC Judge, Clerk, & Court Reporter committing Perjury, Newsworthy?
Where do you get your Information? Who do you trust to provide honest and accurate Information about your government?
Contact your trusted News Sources and ask the Editors why they chose to ignore this information?
Former SMCSO Deputy Juan P. Lopez
Former San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez is made of the Right Stuff. I have been reporting on his Political Prosecution for the last 7 years. When a person is arrested and Criminally Charged with crimes, ask yourself, How long do you expect the Judicial Process to last before a Conviction or the entire case is Dismissed, like the Zain Jaffer case was in 8 months? He was arrested for Attempted Murder of his 3 year old son. Why has this case taken so long? What if the case was brought to teach everybody a lesson, and there was Never any intention to take it to a Jury trial, Simply Destroy a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy who is not a member of the “Those who Matter” Team. Think of the Financial and Emotional costs for the last 7 years.
They made a mistake/miscalculation when they went after San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez. He didn’t FOLD.
Former San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez, has always wanted a Jury Trial. He has never wavered, the Government has done everything possible to keep their people off of the Witness Stand for the last 7 years. The answer is simple, It’s not Illegal for the Involved parties to lie to reporters, or produce false press releases to their favorite misinformation businesses. However it is Illegal to make false statements under Oath.
Now that only matters if you have a District Attorney who will Prosecute a Judge, Clerk, Reporter, for Perjury.
Now the Question needs to be asked by the 760,000 San Mateo County Residents, Have they been Arrested yet, Have they been Criminally Charged yet? Has anything happened to them yet? If not Why Not?
The answer is simple: They are on the “Those Who Matter” Team.
In case you are not aware of the “Those Who Matter” team/gang, the first time I’m aware of any written evidence of it’s existence was April 25, 2007, in these e-mails I received from a CPRA request in 2008.
You will notice the top two San Mateo County District Attorneys Never asked Sheriff Greg Munks and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, Why did you both go INSIDE that single family residence at 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas, Nevada that night? To be fair Not One San Mateo County Elected Official ever asked that simple question.
It’s been 28 days since I first heard the name Munir Edais. If you are a San Mateo County Resident I’m guessing you have never heard his name either. Why is that?
According to Daly City Police Officer Lorena Reyes #2135 (1st patrol officer on the scene) on January 21, 2020 a little after 2 AM Munir Edais a Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Officer Hung Himself in Bedroom #2 of his apartment in front of the Nanny Camera.
The Nanny Camera would have been the perfect witness/evidence to this “He Hung Himself Story.”
The Nanny Camera would have answered many of the nagging questions that the Edais Family still has to this very day 28 months later.
What time and date did the Daly City Police Department take the Nanny Camera from Munir Edais’ apartment as Evidence? When did the DCPD view the video from the Nanny Camera?
I have signed the petition because there was NO Investigation period, Let’s Fix That.
Shawnna Maltbie the City Manager of Daly City is responsible for the behavior of the Daly City Police Department. Munir Edais’ R.I.P. Father has asked Shawnna Maltbie for a Special Public Meeting to see if the Daly City Police Department followed their own Death Investigations Policy.
Daly City Police Department Death Investigations Policy
344.2.3 Death Cases Death investigations require specific investigation methods depending on circumstances and should be handled in accordance with the Death Investigations Policy. The handling officer should notify and apprise a supervisor of the circumstances surrounding the incident to determine how to proceed. The following cases shall be appropriately investigated and documented using the approved report: (a) Sudden or accidental deaths. (b) Suicides. (c) Homicide or suspected homicide
Eman Edais (new wife of 6 months) placed a 911 call to San Mateo County Dispatch at 1:59 AM on January 21, 2020.
Lorena Reyes the first Daly City Police Officer #2135 to respond to the scene. January 21, 2020 This is from her report. They have no children in common but she is 5 months pregnant with his child.
Eman Edais stated in the last two days they were arguing about an issue she did not want to disclose. She said he was sad and upset about the relationship.
I asked Eman Edais several times what was the issue they had; however, Eman said she did not want to talk about it because “His family will hate her.”
Eman repeatedly continued to say his death was “her fault,” but did not disclose why.
She told me there was a camera in bedroom #2 that was motion detection, however, Munir Mustafa Edais only had access to the application.
Eman also told me Munir Mustafa Edais was a police officer for Los Gatos Police Department.
At approximately 0247 = 2:47 AM I requested the San Mateo County Coroner’s Office be paged to my cell phone. Deputy Coroner Holly Benedict #15 called me and I advised her of the details to this case.
Daly City Police Officer Lorena Reyes had solved this Supicious Death Investigation in less than 45 minutes. That has to be some kind of record for San Mateo County Law Enforcement. She never secured the scene, didn’t remove Eman Edais from the apartment.
Any reasonable person would support the Public Audit of the Daly City Police Department, Lets see what the Daly City Government does.
The Communications Team delivers timely and accurate information to the public and media, provides strategic messaging support and works on special projects and civic engagement.
How Does the TEAM explain this work Product. No mention of the More than $10M of PPE. No mention of FEMA, No Mention of the Convoy of Garbage Trucks filled with PPE reported leaving the Event Center in the two previous months. No Mention of James Brown the President of the Wine Country Marines announcing the WCM would be distributing the Donated PPE on January 25, 2022. No Mention of Steve Perich September 27, 2021 e-mail to Iliana Rodriquez informing her that all the PPE has been moved outside the Event Center. No Mention of San Mateo County Risk Manager Scott Johnson November 10, 2021 letter to Kim-anh Le, informing her of his inspection of the damaged PPE at the Event Center and in his opinion it was a TOTAL LOSS.
So how did we go from a Total Loss on November 10, 2021 to Less than 1% of the More than $10M of PPE funded by FEMA actually being damaged. Let’s find out.
San Mateo County Communications Division has omitted those key subjects and that is understandable that TEAM only earned $687,199 of Taxpayer Money in 2020.
The TEAM did get one statement correct: The County is solely responsible for our materials at the Event Center. That’s obvious.
Statement From County Manager Mike Callagy Regarding Safety Equipment at the Event Center
January 14, 2022
3:45 PM Jan. 14, 2022 Redwood City — Surplus safety equipment and cleaning supplies purchased in response to COVID-19 were moved outside at the San Mateo Event Center last fall to accommodate an event and sustained damage during the significant storms earlier this season. The County is solely responsible for our materials at the Event Center. We deeply regret that this occurred and are hiring an external investigator to identify all facts related to the damage and make recommendations to avoid future incidents. While the County will provide more information as it becomes available, we want to share what we do know now. The County purchased the supplies early in the pandemic when no one knew how long global supply shortages would last and jurisdictions nationwide were competing to purchase safety equipment, even non-medical grade items, to protect first responders and communities.► As the global supply of hospital-grade equipment and the demands of the pandemic response locally evolved, the need among local hospitals and providers for these supplies, particularly those not rated for hospital use, subsided. ► The estimated value of the supplies based on the original purchase prices is $7 million. ► The surplus supplies include primarily non-medical-grade isolation gowns, face shields and goggles as well as a number of sterile gowns. There are also miscellaneous cleaning supplies like bleach and mop buckets and handles. ► The County’s supply of masks, such as N95 and KN95 respirators, and gloves are stored indoors, separate from the impacted supplies at the Event Center. ► For months prior to the supplies being moved outdoors, the County worked with the California Office of Emergency Services (CalOES) to offer these surplus supplies free of charge to health care providers and other agencies, including schools, and other states, but few accepted the offer because sizes, quantities, other considerations made them less appropriate. ► The surplus materials were moved from a building at the Event Center in mid-September to an outside fenced area to accommodate other needs for the space but should have been returned inside once the event was over. Storage space was not available at other County facilities. ► While the storms damaged some outside packaging, most of the supplies are individually wrapped. The County is actively inspecting and cleaning the materials with plans to donate undamaged goods to a nonprofit.► The County maintains separate warehouse facilities to store high-grade personal protective equipment, including masks and other sensitive items, in a climate-controlled environment and regularly supplies local health care partners during shortages and emergencies.► We want to assure our community that this incident did not impact the County’s ability to provide safety equipment to first responders and others responding to COVID-19.
Update: May 20, 2022 Here are the names SMCSO Deputies Zachary Felise, and Nicholas Maier.
SMC Sheriff Carlos G. BolanosSMC Supervisor President David CanepaSMC Supervisor, former Sheriff, Don Horsley
I know how much Honesty, Transparency and the Oath of Office mean to the three of you. It’s been almost a full month since the two off duty San Mateo County Sheriff Deputies have been placed on administrative from that incident, a fight with a civilian.
I’ve searched the Sheriff’s Press releases all month and Nothing has been acknowledged. Once again that doesn’t give the 760,000 residents confidence that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos is being honest, and it sure looks like you two SUPERVISORS are in full agreement with this behavior.
Nobody is above the Law except “THOSE WHO MATTER.”
