Department 27 Courtroom 7B The Honorable Judge Donald J. Ayoob
He is in court today for Assaulting a woman at Fitzgerald Marine Reserve on March 28, 2022. She was sucker punched and knocked out, she was hospitalized. The video below shows him the week before in San Francisco.
Remember this is the man that nobody in San Mateo County Government thought it might be a good idea to notify the public about this man. No Booking photo, No Press Release. WHY?
How is the Public supposed to protect/defend themselves from this Vicious Unprovoked Assault if they are not even informed that it happened?

I requested information on this arrest on March 29, 2022 @ 5:11PM from San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, his Public Information Officer Rosemerry Blankswade and San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe. As you can see from these e-mails Steve Wagstaffe was the only one to respond on March 29, 2022. I never heard back from him after that.

Hello Steve, That’s about all I have at this moment, I’ve asked Carlos and his PIO but No response. What is his next court date? What is his name, age and what city does he live in. He assaulted a Moss Beach resident right after his female partner assaulted the same woman, all the while holding a child and a small kitten. The man had a Pit Bull.
Thank You, Michael G. Stogner San Mateo County News.com
Fitzgerald Marine Reserve: There was a second criminal report filed on the next day March 29, 2022. It involves different people. That is still two Law Enforcement involved at the same location in 2 days.
The residents of the neighborhood and all visitors to San Mateo County Coast should have been notified as soon as this happened. You can not have your Law Enforcement and elected officials withholding important information from you. This has got to STOP.
Body Worn Camera Videos is just one example, They are paid for by the Taxpayers and the purpose is to protect the public and assure the public that Law Enforcement is acting according to the law. They should be released to the public within 24 hours of an incident, and they should be UNEDITED.
Sandra Lee Harmon R.I.P. It’s been almost 2 years since her Homicide in Half Moon Bay and the Axon Log Records are still being withheld from the public by the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.
