“Those Who Matter” don’t get charged.

By Michael G. Stogner

Come join me tomorrow June 24, 2022 at 9:00 AM in Courtroom 2G in person if you support Law Enforcement like I do and show your support for forced to retire Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez who was Falsely Charged in the first place 7.5 years ago. You might question why IN PERSON and not on ZOOM? The answer is simple, The Honorable Judge Joseph Scott has ordered NO ZOOM for the Deputy Lopez Case. MASK UP.

Is a SMC Judge, Clerk, & Court Reporter committing Perjury, Newsworthy?

Where do you get your Information? Who do you trust to provide honest and accurate Information about your government?

Contact your trusted News Sources and ask the Editors why they chose to ignore this information?

Former SMCSO Deputy Juan P. Lopez

Former San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez is made of the Right Stuff. I have been reporting on his Political Prosecution for the last 7 years. When a person is arrested and Criminally Charged with crimes, ask yourself, How long do you expect the Judicial Process to last before a Conviction or the entire case is Dismissed, like the Zain Jaffer case was in 8 months? He was arrested for Attempted Murder of his 3 year old son. Why has this case taken so long? What if the case was brought to teach everybody a lesson, and there was Never any intention to take it to a Jury trial, Simply Destroy a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy who is not a member of the “Those who Matter” Team. Think of the Financial and Emotional costs for the last 7 years.

They made a mistake/miscalculation when they went after San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez. He didn’t FOLD.

Former San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez, has always wanted a Jury Trial. He has never wavered, the Government has done everything possible to keep their people off of the Witness Stand for the last 7 years. The answer is simple, It’s not Illegal for the Involved parties to lie to reporters, or produce false press releases to their favorite misinformation businesses. However it is Illegal to make false statements under Oath.

Now that only matters if you have a District Attorney who will Prosecute a Judge, Clerk, Reporter, for Perjury.

Now the Question needs to be asked by the 760,000 San Mateo County Residents, Have they been Arrested yet, Have they been Criminally Charged yet? Has anything happened to them yet? If not Why Not?

The answer is simple: They are on the “Those Who Matter” Team.

In case you are not aware of the “Those Who Matter” team/gang, the first time I’m aware of any written evidence of it’s existence was April 25, 2007, in these e-mails I received from a CPRA request in 2008.

You will notice the top two San Mateo County District Attorneys Never asked Sheriff Greg Munks and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, Why did you both go INSIDE that single family residence at 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas, Nevada that night? To be fair Not One San Mateo County Elected Official ever asked that simple question.

Is Defeated Sheriff Carlos Bolanos Contemplating Dancing the Disability Two-step?

By Michael G. Stogner

June 7th’s election signaled a sea change for San Mateo County’s Sheriff’s Office, with challenger Christina Corpus ousting Sheriff Carlos Bolanos. The wake of this defeat has undoubtedly left Carlos Bolanos and his department appointees with a number of pressing decisions, upmost of which is what do I do now?

Undoubtedly, the number one question for Bolanos is will he follow his predecessor and attempt to go out on a lifetime paid medical disability, one in which he will receive an untaxed paycheck with medical benefits for life? When Carlos said to the press, going forward, he needed to speak to his family about his future, is that what he meant?

And if Carlos puts in a workman’s compensation claim, alleging such a disability, one qualifying him for lifetime pay, will the County question it, given the fact that he hadn’t said he couldn’t perform the duties and responsibilities of Sheriff, before losing the election? The County and its governing body, the Board of Supervisors, apparently hadn’t, in the case of Carlos’ predecessor, Sheriff Greg Munks, rubber stamping his exit……. but then again Munks hadn’t lost an election?

Will the board afford Carlos the same golden parachute, realizing the irony of his losing the election, should he allege such a disability? If the Board does, what message would it send to those county employees who have had legitimate claims which the County had contested and or denied? Better yet, what message would that send to county residents, the Board’s employer?

And given Carlos is a Carpetbagger, a person who was not a homegrown County employee and had merely gone from one law enforcement agency to another, accruing & building retirement options, versus his homegrown challenger, Christina Corpus, should the County entertain such a claim and sign off on it?

If Carlos attempts such an exit, shouldn’t that necessarily disqualify him from seeking any further public office? Perhaps not, District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe has ardently supported Bolanos, ever since he (Bolanos) had been detained by the FBI & Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, in 2007, at a human trafficking site, one where indentured sex slaves, to include a minor and the illicit drug ecstasy were being sold. If such embracing of bad behavior by District Attorney Wagstaffe is any indication of things to come then I’d say the citizens of San Mateo county are going to be financially on the hook for Carlos’ exit.

Welcome to San Mateo County

Why would you endorse a LIAR?

By Michael G. Stogner

Everybody and their mother knows that San Mateo County Sheriff Greg Munks and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos were BOTH INSIDE 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas, Nevada on April 21, 2007 at approximately 9:30 PM. Why do I say that? The answer is SIMPLE the Palo Alto Online News reported that FACT on April 24, 2007. Las Vegas Police Spokesman Bill Cassell said officers did come into contact with both Munks and Bolanos inside one of the residences at the brothel.

It doesn’t get any easier to understand, Don’t over think this.

Write-In Heinz Puschendorf for Sheriff 2022

By Michael G. Stogner

Heinz Puschendorf made this statement about the Suspicious Death of Munir Edais 28 Months ago in San Mateo County. Neither Carlos G. Bolanos or Captain Christina Corpus have.

Here is his statement:  I would like to put out publicly, when I’m elected Sheriff, one of the first things I would do is open an inquiry, to investigate the Edais’ death case.

Heinz Puschendorf was the President of the Deputy Sheriff’s Association DSA on April 21, 2007.

Not one Elected Official or Newspaper in San Mateo County has ever asked Carlos G. Bolanos why he went inside 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas, Nevada that night on April 21, 2007. Captain Christina Corpus has never publicly asked Carlos G. Bolanos why he went inside that house. Carlos G. Bolanos has lied about that night for 15 years now.

Make sure you spell Heinz Puschendorf just right for your vote to count. He is a qualified Write-In Candidate.

Greg and Carlos
Just a quick word of support from me as you go through a difficult time.
To those who matter, your decades of outstanding work in law enforcement
are all that count and your integrity is not the slightest marked by the
modern media’s efforts to make a story out of a non-story.
Hard as it is
to think it now, remember it will be yesterday’s news and irrelevant by
tomorrow.

My positive thoughts are out there for both of you.

Sheriff detained in Las Vegas brothel raid.
Las Vegas Metro Police Spokesperson Bill Cassell said “officers did come into contact with both Munks and Bolanos inside one of the residences at the brothel.” That is pretty straight forward.

Sheriff detained in Las Vegas brothel raid
Uploaded: Tue, Apr 24, 2007, 2:48 pm
San Mateo County Sheriff Greg Munks Tuesday afternoon apologized for his “lack of judgment” following his and Undersheriff Carlos Bolanos’ brief detainment at a Las Vegas brothel Saturday night during a prostitution sting by local and federal authorities.
Munks, who was sworn in as sheriff of San Mateo County on Jan. 8, read a brief statement but declined to take questions.
“I believed I was going to a legitimate business,” Munks said. “It was not,” he said.
Munks said he and Bolanos had been in Las Vegas over the weekend to participate in a law enforcement run, the Baker to Vegas Relay. During a series of raids Saturday night and early Sunday dubbed “Operation Dollhouse,” Munks and Bolanos were detained but were not among the six people — five men and one woman — arrested by police at a brothel about two miles west of Las Vegas strip, Las Vegas police spokesman Bill Cassell said this afternoon.

The arrests at the brothel where Munks and Bolanos were found took place at about 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Cassell said. Approximately 3,500 Ecstasy tabs and about $25,000 in cash was seized at the brothel, Cassell added.
Cassell said officers did come into contact with both Munks and Bolanos inside one of the residences at the brothel. “All of the customers were simply identified and released,” Cassell said.
“I want to apologize to my family, the sheriff’s office and its fine men and women, and to the people of San Mateo County for my lack of judgment and the undue attention and embarrassment this incident has caused,” Munks stated.
Munks said that he and Bolanos fully cooperated with the investigation, though he noted that Bolanos “was outside when the authorities arrived.”
“I would not, nor did I, break any laws,” Munks said. “Neither did the Undersheriff.”
Cassell stressed that Munks and Bolanos “received no special treatment because of their status in law enforcement.”
No charges have been filed against Munks or Bolanos.
Cassell declined to specify the exact location of the brothel where Munks and Bolanos were found, but said it is located two miles west of the strip in a mixed residential and light-industrial area in the south-central part of the city, according to Cassell.
The raid was part of a series of raids at nine Las Vegas brothels Saturday night and early Sunday morning, according to Cassell.
The operation capped a two-year investigation conducted by Las Vegas police, the FBI, the IRS criminal investigation division and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Bureau, Cassell said.

Over the weekend, a total of seven people were arrested on prostitution and drug-related charges and 25 prostitutes were taken into custody, Cassell said. An ongoing investigation will attempt to determine whether any of those arrested were involved in illegal human trafficking, he added.
According to Cassell, additional suspects are still being sought by authorities on federal prostitution charges.

The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office could have opened it’s own Investigation into the Suspicious Death of Munir Edais a 32 year old Father of two girls, a Police Officer, a Daly City Resident anytime it wanted too without anyone ever asking. That did NOT HAPPEN.
