San Mateo County Board of Supervisors President Don Horsley “That simply is Flat Untrue.”

Don Horsley called a public speaker a LIAR.

September 13, 2022 the Board of Supervisors held the regular meeting at 9:00 AM.

At the end of public comment BOS President called one of the speakers a LIAR.

This might be one of the reasons the Supervisors are not supposed to respond to Public Comment.

Don Horsley “I never really respond to or talk about public comment, I will on one case.”

” There was a really inflammatory charge about a Deputy Sheriff Murdering somebody, that simply was flat untrue.” Let’s find out who is telling the TRUTH.

Right after the public comment you felt compelled to assure the Public that one of the speakers made a statement about a citizen being Murdered by the SMC Sheriff’s Office was completely False.

Can you identify for me who that public speaker was, I’m sure you are not talking about me.

What I said was the VIDEO the Government made Public shows Sandra Lee Harmon was Executed.

Here is that video produced by the Sheriff’s Office and the District Attorney’s Office. I’m guessing you have never bothered to watch it.

How did Munir Edais a San Mateo County resident Die?

I can tell you his wife of six months, the Daly City Police Department, San Mateo County Coroner and Candidate for Congress Supervisor of San Mateo County David Canepa all say the same thing, He Hung Himself.

The reason I’m asking is that there has been No Investigation and no data or Proof of that conclusion provided to the family or the public, just some statements.

City Managers are responsible for the Police Departments Behavior, It’s that simple.

Tonight Aug 8, 2022, Daly City Council will have a Special Meeting at 6 pm, to appoint Thomas Piccollotti as the interim City Manager to replace Shawnna Maltbie. Big Deal nothing has changed in Daly City Government. How many Daly City residents knew your City Manager was on a Leave of Absence? What day did your government make that information public?

On June 3, 2022, City Manager Shawnna Maltbie announced her retirement and is currently on an extended leave of absence. What was her last day in the office? What caused her to retire?

I would suggest you ask the Edais family of Daly City, California.

Shawnna Maltbie never signed the Munir Edais family’s Petition requesting the Daly City Police Department to Investigate the very suspicious DEATH of their loved one. Munir Edais a Daly City resident was a 32 year old Father of two girls, a brother, a son, a cousin, a new husband, and he was a Police Officer. The Daly City Police Department never investigated it or even considered it as a potential Homicide.

What Happens when SMC Coroner Robert Foucrault allegedly Lies to Hon. Judge Robert Foiles in Superior Court?

That should be pretty short and simple to prove either TRUE of FALSE Right?

Hon. Judge Robert Foiles could assign an Investigator from the District Attorney’s Office to Investigate the Coroners records to verify if “the only responsive records withheld in this case.” is TRUE or FALSE.

How much Time and Taxpayer Money could that Investigation possibly cost? Lets compare that with the Taxpayer Cost already Invested in DEFENDING San Mateo Coroner Robert Foucrault

This forced the Parents to choose between abandoning the forensic autopsy review and spending the rest of their lives wondering what happened to their son, or pursuing litigation. They chose litigation over never knowing.

I support the Edais Family in getting all of the records that San Mateo County Government has involving the suspicious death of their son Munir Edais sometime between January 19-21, 2020 in Daly City, California.

SMC Coroner Robert Foucralt, WHY?

I recently became aware of the Suspicious Death of Munir Edais a healthy 32 year old Police Officer, Father of two girls, recently married and a lighting fast Investigation or lack of an Investigation by the Daly City Police Department on January 21, 2020 28 months ago.

I also became aware of a civil suit the Parents of Munir Edais were forced to file against Robert Foucrault and San Mateo County for the sole purpose of receiving the reports and photos/documents that the San Mateo County Coroner Office provides upon request in most cases.

For some unknown reason Robert Foucrault and San Mateo County Counsel Attorney David Silberman and Hon Judge Robert Foiles are obstructing that from happening.

Every San Mateo County Newspaper and elected official know the Robert Foucrault has a Nasty habit of keeping body parts and not informing the family. Nicholas Picon R.I.P. Robert Foucralt kept his heart.

As a parent who has lost an adult child, the idea that the Coroner would refuse to provide me the documents he has in his possession about my child’s death is Sickening. I support the Edais Family in getting these records.

Write-In Candidate for Coroner Mark DePaula who also just heard about this family’s fight for the records has stepped up and is an Official Candidate for Coroner of San Mateo County.

Mark De-Paula has stated he will provide the Edais Family these records the first day he is swore in.
