Remember this?

gang is a group or society of associates, friends or members of a family with a defined leadership and internal organization that identifies with or claims control over territory in a community and engages, either individually or collectively, in illegal, and possibly violent, behavior.

In the United States, the Organized Crime Control Act (1970) defines organized crime as “[t]he unlawful activities of […] a highly organized, disciplined association.

San Mateo County District Attorney Inspector Jordan Boyd has testified under oath that he started his own investigation of Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez. How many Criminal Investigations per year has SMCDA Inspector Jordan Boyd started without anyone asking him too? Lets look at the last 10 years.

San Mateo County District Attorney Supervisor Inspector William Massey tried twice to get Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez’s fiance FIRED. Her employer will testify to that FACT.

William Massey is Jordan Boyd BOSS, do you think Jordan Boyd was trying to Impress his boss?

SMCDA Inspector Jordan Boyd took Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez’s California Drivers License away from him declaring it was SUSPENDED out of a Los Angeles Area Court.

How would Jordan Boyd know that? How many Drivers Licenses has Jordan Boyd taken from San Mateo County Sheriff Deputies in the last 10 years?

Sheriff Deputy Juan Lopez’s first attorney Stuart Hanlon got it right in February 2015.

SAN MATEO COUNTY, Calif. (KTVU) — A San Mateo County Sheriff’s Deputy ran for sheriff several years ago is now facing more than a dozen felony charges.
Deputy Juan Lopez’s attorney, Stuart Hanlon, says his client’s only crime was running for political office in a tight-knit county.
Hanlon says there’s no way he could get a fair trial in San Mateo County because of the close relationship between District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe and Sheriff Greg Munks, who Lopez ran against as a write-in candidate.

He said that SEVEN years ago.

Juan P. Lopez is in Court Today at 9:30 AM Courtroom 2G

DAVID C. EBLOVI vs. COUNTY OF SAN MATEO – 21CV002208

This is a case to watch, Why would a resident of Half Moon Bay, California be compelled to Sue the Government of San Mateo County over the Homicide of Sandra Lee Harmon R.I.P. by the Sheriff’s Office Employees on May 5, 2020.

Why would David Eblovi file the Lawsuit in Alameda County and not San Mateo County?

Why does San Mateo County Government want this case heard in SMC?

Mr. Eblovi knows the truth about how San Mateo County Government works and it is the Residents who are responsible for the behavior of ALL Government Officials.

San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez was charged with Gang Enhancement. DDA Kimberly Perrotti doesn’t want the Jury to know about those False Charges, Why?

By Michael G. Stogner

San Mateo County District Attorney DDA Kimberly Perrotti casually told the Hon. Judge Joseph Scott that case is old and was “Thrown Out” It should not be mentioned in front of the Jury because it would take up too much time of the Court and it could Confuse the Jury.

DDA Perrotti is right about one thing that case is old, it was filed in 2014. Was it really just “Thrown Out” if that were true why would the Government be wasting so much of the Taxpayer’s money and the Courts time making sure it doesn’t get mentioned in this trial?

I’ve said for many years now that the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case is one of the Most Exciting Criminal cases I have ever reported on. It is a simple and easy to understand example of Corruption and Organized Crime in San Mateo County.

Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez’s Cases should be Used as a case study of what happens when the Government is the Enemy of the ordinary resident who is not a member of the “Those Who Matter” team which thanks to now District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe brought to the Public’s attention in his April 25, 2007 e-mail to then Sheriff Greg Munks and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos.

Note: I still call Juan P. Lopez a Sheriff Deputy out of my respect to him and his unshakable position of wanting a JURY TRIAL of his peers. He was forced to retire so officially he is ret. Sheriff Deputy.

He has always wanted that TRIAL, and He as always wanted the Public to be able to watch that trial, he has refused Plea Deals offered by the DA’s Office.

Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez wants the public to know the Truth, and he is entitled to a Fair Trial.

Next Court date; March 18, 2022 Time 9:00 AM in Courtroom 2G Hon. Judge Joseph Scott

Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez in Court Today.

By Michael G. Stogner

Update: March 8, 2022 Time 10:15 AM Next Court Date March 17, 2022 @ 9:30 AM.

I still call him Sheriff Deputy because he was forced to retire by ‘Those Who Matter.”

Do you remember this photo and announcement that “Those Who Matter” had their media share with the residents of San Mateo County in 2014?

You would expect your Government, Elected Officials, including Judges and appointed employees like San Mateo County Counsel and San Mateo County Manager to have in place a simple data base to assure that nobody is Falsely Charged with any crime.

“Those Who Matter” know that it will be yesterdays news by tomorrow.

Most people who are Falsely Charged with a boat load of Felonies, will sooner or later accept a plea deal from the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office.

San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez is not like most people. He wants a Fair Jury Trial and he wants the public to be able to observe it. He has never wavered.

One of his charges which is Very Serious is this one. Notice the date of the alleged crime.

Penal Code 115(a) Felony Procuring and offering a False or Forged Instrument April 23, 2012

I recommend that San Mateo County District Attorney and Sheriff Office Investigate the 45 male Sheriff Employees that were reported to me in early 2010. Check their Mortgage and Insurance Documents for a PC115 (a) Violation, that would FAIR and a service to the residents of SMC.

Hon. Judge Joseph Scott and DDA Kimberly Perrota have been working extremely hard to make sure there is NO MENTION of Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez arrested at Gun Point to the head and Falsely Charged with Smuggling 2 Cellphones and Drugs to an Inmate in the Redwood City Jail where he worked.

A reasonable person would ask, What happened to those charges?

If you are a concerned citizen I invite you to watch the hearing this morning at 9:30 AM in Courtroom 2G. You are responsible for the behavior of the Sheriff, District Attorney, Judges, County Counsel, Supervisors.

I have said for more than 7 years now the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case is one of the most exciting cases in San Mateo County History. If “Those Who Matter” can do this to a SMC Sheriff Deputy who ran for Sheriff in 2014 what do you think they can do to YOU.
