Have these to Candidates for Sheriff of San Mateo County bothered to sign the Petition to Audit the Daly City Police Deparments actions involving the Suspicious Death of a 32 year old Los Gatos Police Officer in his Daly City apartment 28 months ago January 21, 2020.
Police Officer Munir Edais was found dead in his Daly City apartment 28 months ago. Who knew, I never heard about it until 8 days ago, How about you, when did you learn about it?
Shawanna Maltbie Please explain your Daly City Police Deparment’s behavior.
Daly City Manager Shawanna Maltbie
What actions did you take to assure the residents of Daly City and San Mateo County that the Police Department you are responsible for conducted a professional Suspicious Death Investigation of Los Gatos/Monte Sereno Police Officer and Father of two girls on January 21, 2020.
What was your personal response to the family’s Petition to Re-Open the Murder Investigation of a Police Officer/Father and Daly City Resident with more than 25,000 signatures. Did you ever make a Public Comment about it. If Not why didn’t you?
Shawanna Maltbie, Did you ever think to ask Daly City Police Sergeant Keith Mattos a Homicide Dectective of 28 years, These two questions: Did you say that? Yes or No and if the answer was YES, the next question would be What did you mean by “Never seen this much blood on a hanging victim.”
On 25th April 2021, the page posted an alleged quote by Keith Mattos, a sergeant at Daly City Police Department, saying, “In my 28 years as a homicide detective, I have never seen this much blood on a hanging victim.”
Did your Police Department ask/have the wife who made the 911 call at 2:00 AM on January 21, 2020 to take a Polygraph Test to verify if she was being truthful? The reason I ask this question is I am aware of the San Mateo County District Attorney Inspector Rick Decker asking a mother of 2 that I was assisting in filing a criminal complaint against her ex husband in a Family Law Matter, if she would be willing to take a Polygraph Test she said of course took it and passed with flying colors. We had already provided the photos which proved fraud I’m guessing the request was because her ex husband was a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy. He was never asked to take one.
So I do know that Polygraph Tests are sometimes even given to VICTIMS who are simply reporting a crime in SMC.
How long did your Police Department Investigate this Suspicious Death as a potential Homicide?
Shawanna here is the Petition in case you have never heard about it.
I don’t know if you ever signed it, if not please do it right now. I suggest it Never was a Murder Investigation in the first place. You can take care of that.
How did San Mateo County Residents not know about this!
This is Breaking News, San Mateo County News.com is first to report about this Very Suspicious Death of a 32 year old father of two girls who was a Daly City resident and a Police Officer for Los Gatos/Monte Sereno. For some unknown reason the 7 Print Media didn’t think the 760,000 residents would want to know about this. Nothing to see here.
Look at the date we are talking about, January 2020 that is 28 months ago.
Alex Camron Hill 25 was struck by an out of control police car driven by Officer Angela Wittman responding to a call according to the Redwood City Department. He was reported to be in critical condition from that day. His identity has now been confirmed and he passed away October 2, 2019. My understanding is that his family has been involved and have requested privacy, which I understand completely.
The real topic of Excessive & Unnecessary Use of Force was not broached.
February 11, 2019 San Mateo County Supervisor’s Committee on Thomas A. Swift Electric Rifle (TASER) Forum. Supervisors Don Horsley, Warren Slocum, Dave Pine, Dave Canepa, Carole Groom thought that this would satisfy the Good and Concerned Citizens of San Mateo County and would be a lot easier than actually Supervising Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos that they Illegally Appointed on July 12, 2016, and District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe who is refusing to release the videos and audio recordings which contain stupid statements by the 5 deputies “do you want water.”
Ginny Kraus (holding up sign) has said from day one “This will NOT go away.” She means it.
This is just a small sample of the citizens that have been showing up consistently for 132 days requesting/demanding honesty from the Elected Officials of San Mateo County. They understand that accidents happen, sometimes in custody deaths occur by accident, It’s what was done right after a death that makes the difference. How many seconds after Chinedu stopped breathing was CPR administered and by who and for how long? This information is what the recordings will provide to the public. D.A. Steve Wagstaffe is refusing to release those recordings.
Chindeu V. Okobi was Murdered by 5 San Mateo County Sheriff Deputies on October 3, 2018 on El Camino Real, Millbrae, California. All 5 Deputies failed to handcuff him when he was tased. Instead one officer backed away, another raised an extended baton, not one got on the ground to handcuff him before he composed himself and got up to save his own life and run away. He did not accomplish that as they continued to torture him to death, after passing according to Ebele they grabbed him like a bag of garbage sat him which caused his head to lean forward closing his airway which assured his death. No CRP given.
So many great people attended the meeting several who have lost relatives to excessive and unnecessary force which is protected in San Mateo County. I would like to thank the majority of Sheriff Deputies who ignored their Union President D.J. Wozniak’s call to arms to show up in force to intimate the public. I saw very few of the deputies there.
October 3, 2018 Chinedu V. Okobi was guilty of Walking While Black in Millbrae, California. For this crime he was Murdered. Who knows this, lets start with Sheriff Carlos Bolanos, Coroner Robert Foucrault, District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe, John Warren, Assemblyman Kevin Mullin, Senator Jerry Hill, Millbrae City Council, Millbrae City Manager and Attorney. Town of Woodside elected officials and Town manager and attorney. Half Moon Bay Elected Officials, Manager& Attorney, San Carlos Elected Officials Manager & Attorney. The seven Editors of the papers aka advertising businesses.
I know of only one SMC Elected Official who has publicly asked, Do you think Chinedu Okobi was Murdered? That was Sabrina Brennan, San Mateo County Harbor District Commissioner.
“CRUSH THE LIFE OUT OF HIM”
That is what this brave SMC Employee allegedly said.
SMCSO Sgt. David Weidner
Why should these Good & Concerned Citizens have to continue to tell the Supervisors to do the job they were elected to do and they took an Oath to do. Their silence means they are OK with the Murder of a man who committed no crime, was unarmed, and any mental illness had NOTHING to do with his Murder.
The other group of San Mateo County Employees who is void of a leader is the entire San Mateo County Sheriff Office all 800 of them. Shame on You for your Silence.
Whenever I see these four people and a small group of their friends and supporters I can’t help but think of my father John Donald Stogner aka Tex. He was an average guy who worked 6 days a week 12 hours a day to support his wife and 4 children. He was in the grocery store business for 38 years. He had no time or interest in politics, he voted every election, my mother worked at the polls every year. Neither one of them suspected that elected officials would spend taxpayer money against them in order to promote or pass a tax measure that would harm them or the business my father earned his living from.
In this video you will see 4 people who were instrumental in the Yes on Measure W campaign, not shown is SamTrans CEO Jim Hartnett husband of Rosanne Faust who claims a victory in getting the message out and beating the opposition which there was none. The opposition would be people like my mother and father hard working people just trying to get by. Rosanne does not mention the $650,000 of taxpayer money her husband spent on Educational Outreach Programs involving 501-C organizations. When you add the $1,100,000 that she raised thats $1,750,000 vs. the $5,700 a few brave individuals put together for the No on W campaign. Note the Yes on W supporters are the people that receive the taxpayer money and the No on W are the people stuck with paying it.
San Mateo County Elected Officials have been misleading the residents for many years. The 2012 SMC Grand Jury warned the residents of it “Inconvenient Truth” They are spending taxpayer money hiring word-crafting consultants, and conspiring to place tax measures on the ballots again using taxpayer money to make sure it will pass if put on the ballots. You will notice the Yes on W Team can’t name one citizen that came before the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors, and asked Please place another 1/2 cent sales tax on the ballot to make SMC even more expensive to live in.
It will be interesting to see the communications e-mails, memos, letters, between the power players of San Mateo County that caused Measure W to be created in the first place, funded and passed by 552 votes in the last 2 days of a long count out of a total of 270, 612 votes.
San Mateo County has a new e-mail destruction policy I have written about starting February 1, 2019. I wonder why?
December 11, 2018 She also took the time out of her busy life to request the release of the videos and audio recordings of the Murder of Chinedu Oboki December 4, 2018. Why would Good Citizens have to ask Dave Pine, Warren Slocum, Don Horsley, Carole Groom and David Canepa to do their job. Why wouldn’t they have done this themselves as soon as they became aware of the murder of an unarmed man who had committed no crime by 5 Sheriff Deputies in the middle of the day in Millbrae, California.
The recordings will confirm the “CRUSH THE LIFE OUT OF HIM.”statement by Sgt David Weidner to his four deputies.
SMCSO Sgt. David Weidner
You would think Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, D.A. Steve Wagstaffe, County Manager Mike Callagy, County Counsel John Beiers, the above Supervisors and every Elected Official in San Mateo County would want to know the truth about Chinedu Okobi being Murdered.
To this day I know of only one elected official who has bothered to ask, Do you think Chinedu Okobi was murdered? That was Sabrina Brennan.
💔SMC MURDERING PEOPLE OF COLOR since 2000 partial list.
Kyle Hart, killed last night December 10, 2018 by RWC police.
Kate Amoo-Gottfried’s comments to the SMC Board of Supervisors 12/11/2018:
Why are Supervisors Dave Pine, David Canepa, Don Horsley, Warren Slocum, & Carole Groom County Manager Mike Callagy, and County Counsel John Beiers protecting the Six San Mateo County Employees responsible for his death.
