The TRAIN is the Government, the Sheriff’s Office, District Attorney’s Office, SamTrans, Private Defender Program, Coroner’s Office, Judges, Service League of San Mateo County, Sheriff”s Activity League and the MEDIA, all of the Investigative Reporters in San Mateo County for the last 20 years.

How many of you have ever taken the time to attend the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors Meeting to make a “Stop The Train” report of Criminal Conduct of some very important San Mateo County Employees?
Let us look at the word SUPERVISOR notice it doesn’t say SUPERVISE/OR.
The meaning of SUPERVISOR is one that supervises; especially : an administrative officer in charge of a business, government, or school unit or operation.
In the last 22 years I have NEVER seen a San Mateo County Supervisor do what is described above in definitions.
There are so many “Stop The Train” moments that I am aware of I’m sure there are many more. If I had to pick the most obvious one that demonstrates the Government’s Involvement in Public Corruption I would have to say it was the April 21, 2007 FBI/Las Vegas Metro Police Department Human Trafficking of SEX SLAVES including and MINOR and possibly a Drug Deal Involving San Mateo County Sheriff Munks and Undersheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and others.

Of course the Current Batmobile, x SMC Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez, and the SMC CORONER Robert Foucralt cases, all demonstrate the exact same behavior of San Mateo County Officials and Employees.
How many times in San Mateo County History has the CURRENT Sheriff had to hire a Criminal Defense Attorney? How many San Mateo County News Papers have reported about it.
Where is ABC 7 Investigative Reporter Dan Noyes report on this Blockbuster STORY?

A.G. Rob Bonta’s Office handled the San Mateo County Sheriff Activities League Embezzlement and Money Laundering Criminal Investigation and worked directly with SMCSO Lt. Michael Leishman.
San Mateo County News.com was the first News Information site to report that Barbara Bonilla the Executive Director of San Mateo County Sheriff Activities League was placed on Administrative Leave. Barbara Bonilla was also employed by Carlos Bolanos at the Sheriff’s Office and was his Campaign Manager.
The big guy in the flannel shirt is SMCSO Lt. Michael Leishman FIRE HIM.
All it takes is the actions, such as these, to cause widespread mistrust of an office sworn to “serve and protect”.
The Police Reports should be UNSEALED. There are no protected parties involved (children) just 2 adult males. If the police report that started this entire criminal act by the San Mateo County Gang is false then the person who filed it should pay all costs associated with it. That includes the Law Suit that is sure to be on the way.
The San Mateo County Superior Court Judge who approved the Seizure of Assets should be identified. The documents filed to cause that action should be UNSEALED.
Mark Racop of Indiana should be allowed to appear by ZOOM for his August 19, 2022 court appearance.
Whenever San Mateo County Law Enforcement SEALS records that shouldn’t be sealed, that is a RED FLAG. Always go back to the beginning. What action started this event.

Former San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez is made of the Right Stuff. I have been reporting on his Political Prosecution for the last 7 years. When a person is arrested and Criminally Charged with crimes, ask yourself, How long do you expect the Judicial Process to last before a Conviction or the entire case is Dismissed, like the Zain Jaffer case was in 8 months? He was arrested for Attempted Murder of his 3 year old son. Why has this case taken so long? What if the case was brought to teach everybody a lesson, and there was Never any intention to take it to a Jury trial, Simply Destroy a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy who is not a member of the “Those who Matter” Team. Think of the Financial and Emotional costs for the last 7 years.
They made a mistake/miscalculation when they went after San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez. He didn’t FOLD.
Former San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez, has always wanted a Jury Trial. He has never wavered, the Government has done everything possible to keep their people off of the Witness Stand for the last 7 years. The answer is simple, It’s not Illegal for the Involved parties to lie to reporters, or produce false press releases to their favorite misinformation businesses. However it is Illegal to make false statements under Oath.
Now that only matters if you have a District Attorney who will Prosecute a Judge, Clerk, Reporter, for Perjury.
Now the Question needs to be asked by the 760,000 San Mateo County Residents, Have they been Arrested yet, Have they been Criminally Charged yet? Has anything happened to them yet? If not Why Not?
The answer is simple: They are on the “Those Who Matter” Team.
In case you are not aware of the “Those Who Matter” team/gang, the first time I’m aware of any written evidence of it’s existence was April 25, 2007, in these e-mails I received from a CPRA request in 2008.
You will notice the top two San Mateo County District Attorneys Never asked Sheriff Greg Munks and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, Why did you both go INSIDE that single family residence at 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas, Nevada that night? To be fair Not One San Mateo County Elected Official ever asked that simple question.
An 11 year old could figure out Who in San Mateo County is Responsible for the PPE Scandal at the San Mateo County Event Center.

Then, earlier this year, there was the scandal over the $10 million in personal protective equipment, or PPE, that was left outside in the rain at the county Event Center. The coverup was worse than the crime. The county tried to mislead people about the dollar amount of the PPE damaged and failed to identify who was responsible for this fiasco.
The Palo Alto Daily Post knows who is responsible. All of the Candidates for Supervisor knew who is responsible. Only one Candidate for Supervisor told me that Mike Callagy should be fired.
That Candidate for District 2 Supervisor of San Mateo County was Mr. Cameron Rolfe.
Yesterday San Mateo County News.com asked Christina Corpus the next Sheriff of San Mateo County if she will release the Axon Log Records for the Sandra Lee Harmon Homicide by Sheriff Employees on May 5, 2020 in Half Moon Bay. The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office informed the Public the Sandra Lee Harmon was killed in a Shootout after she fired her shotgun at a Deputy who was 12-15 feet away.
Any reasonable person would agree that if Sandra Lee Harmon did if fact fire her shotgun at the unsuspecting Sheriff Deputy David Dominguez and he had no choice but to return fire and she died on the scene then that was to be expected, nothing to see here.
The Axon Log Records Data (ALRD) will provide the Evidence of what actually/really happened that night. By releasing the ALRD there is no need to trust what Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and many others have said happened that night.
Example Sheriff Bolanos said Deputy David Dominguez forgot to turn on his Body Worn Camera right before he fired 11 rounds at Sandra Lee Harmon.
The release of the ALRD would show what time Deputy Dominguez turned off his Body Worn Camera if in fact he did. See how simple this is, No need to trust the word of a LIAR.
San Mateo County Residents have known since April 21, 2007 (15 years) that now Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos is a LIAR. Everybody and their mother knows that. Why would anybody believe that a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy turned off his Body Worn Camera right before he executed an Unarmed woman with her hands above her head and her back facing him.
So far Christina Corpus has not answered that question. Why?
A simple Press Release to the media would would work just fine.

It’s been 28 days since I first heard the name Munir Edais. If you are a San Mateo County Resident I’m guessing you have never heard his name either. Why is that?
According to Daly City Police Officer Lorena Reyes #2135 (1st patrol officer on the scene) on January 21, 2020 a little after 2 AM Munir Edais a Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Officer Hung Himself in Bedroom #2 of his apartment in front of the Nanny Camera.
The Nanny Camera would have been the perfect witness/evidence to this “He Hung Himself Story.”
The Nanny Camera would have answered many of the nagging questions that the Edais Family still has to this very day 28 months later.
What time and date did the Daly City Police Department take the Nanny Camera from Munir Edais’ apartment as Evidence? When did the DCPD view the video from the Nanny Camera?
