Agenda Item #5 Update on Event Center Surplus Safety Equipment

This was the title for Agenda Item 5 of the March 22, 2022 Board of Supervisors Meeting. That might explain why there was only ONE public comment on this topic.

The person that put this on the Agenda was San Mateo County Manager Mike Callagy, with the approval of County Counsel.

I would say this was more of a regurgitation of the same story that Mr. Callagy has been promoting since January 13, 2022, when he told ABC 7 I-Team Investigative Reporter Dan Noyes that he knew nothing about it.

San Mateo County News.com Article March 21, 2022

In San Mateo County Manager Mike Callagy’s Presentation he fails to mention these three, that I reported on the day before in the above article.

Deputy County Manager Iliana Rodriguez, San Mateo County Chief Financial Officer Roberto Manchia, Department of Emergency Management Director Daniel Belville.

County Manager to the Board of Supervisors March 22, 2022 “I think the Important thing is that we are TRANSPARENT. We own up to it, and we learn from it”

I personally think the Important thing is tell the truth from the Get Go.

Let me give a simple example, On January 13, 2022 SMC County Manager Mike Callagy never mentions James Brown or the Wine Country Marines a 501-C in Sonoma. He did say “We brought in the Marines.”

He doesn’t mention Iliana Rodriquez of his office has been vetting James Brown and WCM since December 2021.

Mike Callagy, Don Horsley, David Canepa, Carole Groom, Warren Slocom and Dave Pine. You are NOT TRANSPARENT.

Board of Supervisor Meeting March 22, 2022 Item 5 starts at 1:36:00

Red Flag 1:39:00 mark, “The other goods were eventually moved outside for temporary storage and were regrettably ah remained there during the significant storms last fall LEADING TO THE INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION.” What do you know about this Independent Investigation so far? What is the scope of this Investigation? Is the Investigation about the significant storms? Why was there an update without having this Investigator make a presentation at the BOS meeting?

Red Flag 1:39:11 mark, “We’ve been lucky enough throughout this AFTER ACTION to really partner with Wine Country Marines to continue to work on distributing these surplus equipment. Everybody knows what an AFTER ACTION is, Right?

The residents of San Mateo County remember what the Foster City Gang of 3 did to their City Manager.

Foster City Manager Peter Prinejad was FIRED for ZERO reason. The residents of Los Altos Hills are the winners in that case they now have a Great City Manager.

Still many more questions to be answered.

By Michael G. Stogner

Update: April 8, 2022 @ 8:53 AM, Next Court date April 25, 2022 @ 1:30 PM and October 14, 2022 set for Jury Trial.

It’s now a Felony Case. Today 8:30 AM Courtroom 2A Hon. Judge Elizabeth Hill

21-SF-014538-A | The People of the State of California vs. Aldon Jacarus Ramon Smith

The question that remains unanswered by Candidate for re-election Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos is, what time on December 6, 2021 did the California Highway Patrol transport Aldon Smith to San Mateo County Jail? Why did you not provide the Residents of SMC with his Booking Photo and a Press Release of his DUI arrest. What happened with him for the missing 5 hours before he finally blew a BAC .288

The public has a right to know, this is a “Those Who Matter” case.

Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez in Court Today.

By Michael G. Stogner

Update: March 8, 2022 Time 10:15 AM Next Court Date March 17, 2022 @ 9:30 AM.

I still call him Sheriff Deputy because he was forced to retire by ‘Those Who Matter.”

Do you remember this photo and announcement that “Those Who Matter” had their media share with the residents of San Mateo County in 2014?

You would expect your Government, Elected Officials, including Judges and appointed employees like San Mateo County Counsel and San Mateo County Manager to have in place a simple data base to assure that nobody is Falsely Charged with any crime.

“Those Who Matter” know that it will be yesterdays news by tomorrow.

Most people who are Falsely Charged with a boat load of Felonies, will sooner or later accept a plea deal from the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office.

San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez is not like most people. He wants a Fair Jury Trial and he wants the public to be able to observe it. He has never wavered.

One of his charges which is Very Serious is this one. Notice the date of the alleged crime.

Penal Code 115(a) Felony Procuring and offering a False or Forged Instrument April 23, 2012

I recommend that San Mateo County District Attorney and Sheriff Office Investigate the 45 male Sheriff Employees that were reported to me in early 2010. Check their Mortgage and Insurance Documents for a PC115 (a) Violation, that would FAIR and a service to the residents of SMC.

Hon. Judge Joseph Scott and DDA Kimberly Perrota have been working extremely hard to make sure there is NO MENTION of Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez arrested at Gun Point to the head and Falsely Charged with Smuggling 2 Cellphones and Drugs to an Inmate in the Redwood City Jail where he worked.

A reasonable person would ask, What happened to those charges?

If you are a concerned citizen I invite you to watch the hearing this morning at 9:30 AM in Courtroom 2G. You are responsible for the behavior of the Sheriff, District Attorney, Judges, County Counsel, Supervisors.

I have said for more than 7 years now the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case is one of the most exciting cases in San Mateo County History. If “Those Who Matter” can do this to a SMC Sheriff Deputy who ran for Sheriff in 2014 what do you think they can do to YOU.

San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office, Explain This.

By Michael G. Stogner

This could have easily been avoided, Kaylan Charles Freeman was served on April 3, 2014 at the same El Granada home with an Emergency Protective Order and Notice to Appear in Court.

On April 3, 2014 at 11:25 AM San Mateo County Sheriff Sergeant Ceferino Gonzales served Kaylan Charles Freeman with a Temporary Restraining Order and Notice to Appear in San Mateo County Superior Court on April 17, 2014 in Honorable Judge Joseph Scott’s Courtroom.

San Mateo County Sheriff Sergeant Ceferino Gonzales did NOT sign the Proof of Service until after the April 17, 2014 court date had passed. Why?

SMC Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, PIO Rosemerry Blankswade, Sheriff Sergeant Ceferino Gonzales and the FIVE Supervisors should explain to the residents of San Mateo County How did that happen?

False Sheriff’s Office Press Release

Kaylan C. Freeman is in Court Monday February 28, 2022 1:30 PM 2A Pretrial Conference.

George Ismael in Court Today 9:00 AM 7A

By Michael G. Stogner

Update: 9:10 AM Next court date is set for March 22, 2022 at 2 PM

22-SF-001696-A | The People of the State of California vs. GEORGE ISMAEL

He was arrested December 24, 2021 for Felony DUI Hit & Run

San Mateo County Sheriff and Candidate for Re-Election Carlos G. Bolanos did NOT provide a Booking Photo of issue at Press/News Release. Why?

At this moment the only thing I can report is a George Ismael was arrested on December 24, 2021 and booked into San Mateo County Jail. He is out on $150,000 bond.

I can not say this is the same George Ismael that was arrested in November 2014 with Sheriff Deputy for Smuggling two Cell Phones and Drugs to a Hells Angel Gang member in the Redwood City Jail.

As everyone in San Mateo County should know by now those charges against Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez were completely FALSE.

Aldon Smith a “Those Who Matter” case in court today.

By Michael G. Stogner

Time 2:00 PM Courtroom 7B

Case number 21SM014538A

Remember Sheriff Bolanos did not release a Booking Photo, or Press Release and his whereabouts for over 5 hours is still a mystery.

SMCSO Sergeant Lou Aquino DUI Arrest by RWCPD

The same thing happened when San Mateo County Sheriff Sergeant Lou Aquino was arrested, NO BOOKING Photo or Press Release by Sheriff Carlos Bolanos. San Mateo County News.com was the first News and Information source to report it.

Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos is now a Candidate for Re-Election in the June 7, 2022 Election.

This would be the perfect time for the Public to ask him why does he protect certain people who get arrested in San Mateo County?

I’m sure it’s just a coincidence, the Defense Attorney for both of these gentleman was/is Joshua Bentley.

San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office, and the PPE.

By Michael G. Stogner

Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos

It’s been 40 days since ABC 7 Investigative Reporter Dan Noyes reported about the more than $10,000,000.00 of P.P.E. left outside the San Mateo County Event Center unprotected and the Convoy of Recology Garbage Trucks full of P.P.E. 2 months prior. To this day the identity of the person who gave the P.P.E. to James Brown remains a mystery. WHY?

Mike Callagy, Ask James Brown, Who gave him the PPE on or before January 13, 2022?

By Michael G. Stogner

James Brown is the President of Wine Country Marines a 501C in Sonoma, California.

On January 13, 2022 at 6:00PM posted this on WCM Facebook page.

The Wine Country Marines are excited to announce a partnership with the San Mateo County Department of Emergency Management. Specifically, the County DEM has graciously donated to the Wine Country Marines a very large supply of excess inventory of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) that they were provided by FEMA, to be shared with the community at large.

I must admit I don’t think I had ever heard of James Brown, Wine Country Marines or San Mateo County Department of Emergency Management.

x49er Aldon Smith in Court Today 2PM 8C

By Michael G. Stogner

Update: 5:24PM Next Court Date is February 22, 2022 at 2PM Courtroom 8C

21-SM-014538-A | The People of the State of California vs. Aldon Jacarus Ramon Smith

Wonderful photo by SMDJ of Aldon Smith, Definitely NOT a Booking Photo.

This is another exciting “Those Who Matter” case that the “Fixer” Joshua Bentley is quietly moving through the San Mateo County Court system.

You will recall Aldon Smith was arrested on December 6, 2021 by the California Highway Patrol at Farm Hill Blvd and 280 where he crashed into a Recology Truck injuring the driver. This is not the first time he has been arrested for DUI, It’s been reported he has been arrested 5 times for DUI.

Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos has never released his Booking Photo or produced a Press Release of the December 6, 2021 arrest. Why?

Attorney Joshua Bentley is doing an Excellent job in trying to keep those four prior DUI’s out of this case.
