The Judge checked his records and said the court has no record of that being filed. Mr. Eblovi did not make an appearance.

Here we are 22 months after the Homicide and San Mateo County Counsel files this: Answering Paragraph 3, Defendants admit that Defendant Deputy Dominguez failed to turn on his body worn camera immediately prior to the incident at issue.

It turns out former Chief of Police and Sheriff Captain Saul Lopez has not been on the job for the last 4 months. The announcement that Captain Andy Armando is now the Police Chief of Half Moon Bay just recently was reported by the HMBR.

In my opinion San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy John Baba did NOTHING WRONG in the Homicide of Sandra Lee Harmon in Half Moon Bay, San Mateo County, California on May 5, 2020.
U.S. District Court Judge Vince Chhabria dismissed a claim against Deputy John Baba.
Judge Vince Chhabria also denied motions to dismiss from lawsuit the City of Half Moon Bay and San Mateo County.

It should be noted the Video the Judge is referring to was produced by the San Mateo County Government at the highest level. It starred Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos which was strange. He never mentioned Sandra Lee Harmon was shot in the back while her hands were above her head.

It’s been 19 months since Sandra Lee Harmon R.I.P. was executed by San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy David Dominguez on May 5, 2020 in a parking lot located at 845 Main Street, Half Moon Bay, San Mateo County.
The San Mateo County Government provided a Critical Incident Video about 40 days after the Homicide. This video was created by San Mateo County District Attorney Inspector Jordan Boyd who labeled it as “unaltered” when if fact it had been altered. The Video shows Sandra Lee Harmon being shot at while unarmed and hands above her head with her back towards Deputy Dominguez. No labeling saying Deputy fired at unarmed woman. Fact Ms. Harmon was shot in the back three times all fatal.
If the County, the District Attorney, and the Sheriff of San Mateo County had determined in their investigation that Dominguez acted properly, they would never have altered the video and attempted to present it as unaltered; they would have just been honest. And there simply is no justification in any reasonable investigation to fail even to request records pertaining to Dominguez’ body cam. If Dominguez had acted with a true police objective there would be no need for the false reports, the underhanded editing of the video, nor the fear that Dominguez’ camera may hold relevant evidence.
It is Illegal to file a False Police report.

It is exactly what Jeff Regan recommended shortly after Roger Allen R.I.P. was killed by the Daly City Police Officers who claimed all 4 of them were surrounding the disabled truck with a Flat Tire because “They were there to Help.”
Bay Area Transparency Video made 1 year ago tomorrow, Roger Allen R.I.P. was killed April 7, 2021, 96 days after this video was made. Now I got to see the “We are here to help.” in action. Roger Allen R.I.P. also saw it.
A while ago, We personally reached out to Talika, Roger Allen’s Sister, to express our sorrow and outrage for his murder. And also to offer love and support for Her, Her Family and the Community. We remain steadfast on the resignations of ALL Daly City Council Members and the disposal of the City Manager and Assistant City Manager. They are truly trash! We have been active in sending very pointed and directed email messages and verbal comments to all Council Members as well as the City Manager demanding their departures. We verbally broke the DCPD chief and captain in prior meetings as well as moderator leilani ramos and most recently demolishing council member buenaventura. We have reminded them, all Meetings are their LEGACY for their current and future generations to view them as the trash they are. This is pure demonic cowardice evil. We would like to connect with Community Leaders and Community Organizations in an effort to begin a RECALL effort in early 2022. We think it would be best to connect as a Whole Community. Most residents in San Mateo County don’t know that the behavior of the Police Department is the responsibility of the City Manager. The voters of Daly City can not recall the City Manager, The City Council can Fire/Terminate her if they wish too, they don’t. So the only option is to RECALL the Councilmembers.
You may remember the Residents of Foster City, San Mateo County, California recently Successfully RECALLED Herb Perez the vice mayor. You can just imagine how many Political Experts thought that was terrible Idea.
There are many families in San Mateo County who have lost loved ones to Homicide by Law Enforcement. Please keep them in your thoughts.

Lopez with his 7 year legal defense expenses now over $300,000, and I see that tomorrow David Khan of Daly City has a court appearance in front of Hon. Judge Barbara Mallach in Courtroom 2A at 10:00 AM just like you do. David Khan would be another person I recommend to you for your help. The other three families mentioned above have lost loved ones to Homicides by San Mateo County Law Enforcement. They could use you help against the Government in those cases.

Sandra Lee Harmon R.I.P. was killed May 5, 2020 at 845 Main Street, Half Moon Bay, California. She was killed by San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy David Dominguez, who fired 11 hollow point bullets at her at close range. San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office, and the District Attorney’s Office claim the Body Worn Camera that was working perfectly just minutes before the Homicide was turned off by Deputy Dominguez.
The City of Half Moon Bay and the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office have made NO CORRECTIONS since Yanira Serrano Garcia was killed on June 3, 2014 by San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Trieu.
Both Sheriff Deputies responded alone, with NO PLAN. Both Homicides had Evidence Tampering. Yanira was shot and killed within 20 seconds of Deputy Trieu exiting his vehicle.
How hard would it be for the City of Half Moon Bay and the Sheriff’s Office to change the procedure that would stop Deputies from going by themselves. DO NOT go to the scene ALONE, Have a Plan.
The current plan is Let Them Sue us It’s Not Our Money.
