Christina Corpus, Axon Log Records Yes or No?

By Michael G. Stogner

Yesterday San Mateo County News.com asked Christina Corpus the next Sheriff of San Mateo County if she will release the Axon Log Records for the Sandra Lee Harmon Homicide by Sheriff Employees on May 5, 2020 in Half Moon Bay. The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office informed the Public the Sandra Lee Harmon was killed in a Shootout after she fired her shotgun at a Deputy who was 12-15 feet away.

Any reasonable person would agree that if Sandra Lee Harmon did if fact fire her shotgun at the unsuspecting Sheriff Deputy David Dominguez and he had no choice but to return fire and she died on the scene then that was to be expected, nothing to see here.

The Axon Log Records Data (ALRD) will provide the Evidence of what actually/really happened that night. By releasing the ALRD there is no need to trust what Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and many others have said happened that night.

Example Sheriff Bolanos said Deputy David Dominguez forgot to turn on his Body Worn Camera right before he fired 11 rounds at Sandra Lee Harmon.

The release of the ALRD would show what time Deputy Dominguez turned off his Body Worn Camera if in fact he did. See how simple this is, No need to trust the word of a LIAR.

San Mateo County Residents have known since April 21, 2007 (15 years) that now Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos is a LIAR. Everybody and their mother knows that. Why would anybody believe that a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy turned off his Body Worn Camera right before he executed an Unarmed woman with her hands above her head and her back facing him.

So far Christina Corpus has not answered that question. Why?

A simple Press Release to the media would would work just fine.

From her Campaign Platform: Transparency is one of my core values, and I would have publicly released the Axon log records in the Sandra Harmon case if I was Sheriff.

Welcome to San Mateo County

Superior Court of California, San Mateo County

By Michael G. Stogner

Yesterday the Superior Court of California San Mateo County provided live stream coverage of the Scott Peterson re sentencing hearing in courtroom 2M. It was on the Courts YouTube channel

That is exactly 16 days after the Hon. Judge Leland Davis III issued this New Policy: Updated 11/22/21 – The listen-only public access lines are no longer in effect; proceedings are open to the public to attend in person.

So the Public not only got to listen to a hearing in San Mateo County but also got to watch the entire hearing.

x San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez 7 year Criminal Case is in this same Courthouse next Monday December 13, 2021. Will Hon. Judge Leland Davis III allow it to be viewed by the Public on the Courts YouTube channel like he did the Scott Peterson Hearing? If Not, Why?

The Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case is most likely the reason for the Public Access lines no longer in effect in San Mateo County. Hon. Judge Joseph Scott has refused to recuse himself.

Charles Stone Endorsements

By Michael G. Stogner

Charles Stone and his endorsers

Why were both Sheriff Munks and UnderSheriff Bolanos out of the County at the same time?

I have not heard Charles Stone or one of his endorsers demand an Investigation of the April 21, 2007 FBI Sting called Operation Dollhouse where now San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos was Caught and Detained Inside a single family residence located at 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas Nevada at 9:30 PM. Las Vegas Metro Police Spokesperson Bill Cassell and Lt. Karen Hughes of VICE both made official statements putting Bolanos INSIDE. That’s why he was handcuffed and put in a lineup outside the house.

By the way the house had Human Trafficked Sex Slaves including a Minor inside. To this day Carlos G. Bolanos has lied about being Inside, Why? Sheriff Greg Munks admitted he was inside, but lied about Carlos, Why? He did say that both of them did Not intend to Pay for Sex. What does that mean? Is it possible they were both inside the house for a Drug Deal? Of course it’s possible anything is possible when they both refuse to answer the most basic questions like, Why were you there?

I have not heard Charles Stone or one of his endorsers make a comment about Yanira Serrano Garcia, of Half Moon Bay who was shot and killed by a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy within 20 seconds of him existing his patrol vehicle. Why did the Deputy go by himself to a non emergency medical call, He tampered with evidence and made false statements in his report.

I have not heard Charles Stone or one of his endorsers make a comment about the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office passing Pornography and a VIOLENT RAPE VIDEO among 45 male Sheriff Employees in 2009.

“Munks and his Crew just froze” article

A great question for any Candidate or Elected Official in San Mateo County is, What did you do about this?

I have not heard Charles Stone or one of his endorsers say Chinedu V. Okobi is San Mateo County’s George Floyd.

I have not heard Charles Stone or one of his endorsers, call for the release of the AXON LOG RECORDS in the Sandra Lee Harmon Homicide by 2 San Mateo County Sheriff Deputies in Half Moon Bay on May 5, 2020. Sheriff Bolanos and SMCC attorney David Silberman are the only two REFUSING to make them available to the Public.

I have not heard Charles Stone or one of his endorsers make any comment on the Roger Allen Homicide by Daly City Police Officers on April 7, 2021. The official statement by City Manager Shawanna Maltie was the 4 Officers arrive at the disabled vehicle because “We are here to Help.” then they killed him.

I could go on and on, San Mateo County could use two new Supervisors this next election. Charles Stone is not one of them.

Jerry Hill and Sheriff Carlos Bolanos as endorsers of Charles Stone is all the Voters of SMC need to know.

Jerry Hill was in Las Vegas, Nevada, that same weekend of April 21, 2007, Operation Dollhouse, everybody knows that.

San Mateo County Sheriff Activities League is a Criminal Organization, should be disbanded Immediately.

By Michael G. Stogner

Sabrina Brennan

Sabrina Brennan, Former San Mateo County Harbor District Commissioner elected by County Wide Voters, made this comment on another article I wrote this morning about the SAL, Barbara Bonilla, the A.G. Office dismissing 6 out of 7 Felonies, and no jail time etc.

“Disgusting that Barbara got away with it. SAL is a criminal organization that should be disbanded effective immediately. Anyone associated with SAL is a tool or a dirt bag.”

She is stating the obvious and San Mateo County Residents should thank her. I have not heard of any San Mateo County Elected Officials or there staff comment on the Sheriff’s Office Investigating Itself, that was the tell that Barbara Bonilla was going to walk, everybody knew it and the A.G.’s Prosecutor came through for “Those Who Matter” no surprise here.

I will also add that to my knowledge Sabrina Brennan was the only SMC Elected Official that asked publicly, if it was possible that Chinedu V. Okobi was murdered by the SIX San Mateo County Sheriff Employees on October 3, 2018? The only one to ask, Think about that. Chinedu Okobi was SMC’s George Floyd. San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and his Public Information Officer (PIO) issued issued 2 FALSE Press/News Releases almost immediately, which stayed up on the County’s website for 5 months.

Mark Melville’s response to Sheriff’s Office Conflict of Interest Investigation, of Sheriff Activities League.

By Michael G. Stogner

Retired SMC Sheriff Deputy Mark Melville

San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, Captain Christina Corpus, Captain Jeffery C. Kearnan and the State of California Attorney Generals Office, all thought it would be just fine to Investigate the San Mateo County Sheriff Activities League former Executive Director and others, for Embezzlement & Money Laundering. Early on retired SMCSO Captain Jefferey C. Kearnan sent an e-mail to Christina Corpus.

San Mateo County Sheriff Activities League has NEVER been Audited.

Mark Melville Candidate for San Mateo County Sheriff 2022 was asked if he was Sheriff would he have allowed the Sheriff’s Office to Investigate itself? Here is his response,

Mark D Melville <mdmelvillescg@gmail.com>To:
Michael Stogner Wed, Sep 22 at 8:16 PM

Mr. Stogner,
If I was the Sheriff when the embezzlement issue was discovered which implicated  Barbara Bonilla as the responsible person, I would not have had anyone from the Sheriff’s Office conduct said investigation.  I would have placed Ms. Bonilla on administrative leave, hired an independent auditing firm to review all transactions of SAL for the previous three (3) years, and based on the findings, contacted the Attorney’s General Office to conduct an investigation to determine how, when, and how much money was missing, and to what extent Ms. Bonilla was involved.  Once the investigation was completed, the appropriate charges would be immediately filed with the court and Ms. Bonilla would have been arrested for said crime(s), booked, and subsequently tried.  At no time would I have had any employee of San Mateo County involved in this investigation.

Hello Mark
If you were the Sheriff of San Mateo County when Barbara Bonilla the Executive Director of Sheriff Activities League was being Investigated for Embezzlement and Money Laundering back in early 2020, would you have allowed any of the San Mateo County Sheriff Employees to investigate the SAL at all. Or would you have recognized the Conflict of Interest.
Thank You
Michael G. Stogner, San Mateo County News.com

Every San Mateo County Elected Official and their Staff are completely in support of the Conflict of Interest Criminal Investigation of San Mateo County Sheriff’s Activities League. How do I know this? It’s simple, just Google it.

Not one of San Mateo County Elected Officials or Candidates in the Election just nine months away have said one word about it, except Mark Melville.

San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe recused himself and his entire office from the Embezzlement & Money Laundering criminal investigation involving just one individual. That was the right thing to do.

San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and Captain Christina Corpus, chose to ignore the Obvious Conflict of Interest of the Sheriff’s Office investigating themselves. These two were not alone, there were many Sheriff employees involved in the Investigation of SAL.

A reasonable person would ask How is that possible? You will have to ask Carlos & Christina they are 2 of the 3 candidates for San Mateo County Sheriff in the next election just 9 months away.

Every person on SAL Board of Directors would know that the Sheriff’s Office should NOT Investigate itself.

SAL Board of Directors

The State of California Attorney Generals Office not only knew about the obvious conflict of interest, they warned the Sheriff’s Office about it, in an e-mail.

2) That the assigned Detective and Agent avoid regular meetings for the purpose of updating everyone in this
email; as this would avoid possible conflict of interest concerns that could arise.

The Attorney General of the State of California Rob Bonta, through his prosecutor Emily Dahlke approved and offered a plea deal to the only person charged with any crimes in the entire Embezzlement and Money Laundering case involving the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office. That case is now closed, and that case only involved $13,706.35 in restitution.

A reasonable person would ask, what about the others involved? Did they ever find the missing $232,084.51?

By Michael G. Stogner

How much money has San Mateo County Taxpayers invested/spent because of Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos’s behavior? On October 3, 2018 CSO Joesph Gonzales was one of the SIX San Mateo County Sheriff Office Employees involved in the Homicide of Chinedu V. Okobi. Everybody knew that including Sheriff Bolanos and his Public Information Officer PIO.

You don’t see CSO Joseph Gonzales listed. Ask Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos why? Ask the Supervisors why?

It’s been almost 3 years since Chinedu V. Okobi was not only killed by Six SMCSO Employees, they all failed to provide even the most basic medical attention like check his pulse for the next 9 minutes after his last sound was heard. Sergeant Irfan Zaidi provided a False Police Report 18 days later about how he ordered the Handcuffs removed from Chinedu V. Okobi. An obvious false statement.

How many closed door sessions has the Board of Supervisors held on the two Okobi Lawsuits?

Google to Employees, You must be Vaccinated.

By Michael G. Stogner

October 18, 2021 is the target date for all Google employees to be back in the offices.

In a July 28, 2021 e-mail sent to more than 130,000 worldwide employees CEO Sundar Pichai announced that return to work date and disclosed that once offices are fully reopened, everyone working there will have to be vaccinated.

That announcement seems to be pretty straight forward and clear.

Melville, Corpus and Bolanos for San Mateo County Sheriff 2022.

By Michael G. Stogner

Now there are three individuals who have stated their intention to run for Sheriff of San Mateo County in 2022.

Mark Melville ran against Carlos G. Bolanos in 2018 and received 52,996 total votes. He has always said he will be running in 2022.

SMCSO Captain Christina Corpus has now announced her intention.

Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos has already held a fundraiser in Millbrae last month.

Now if San Mateo County Residents can find a candidate to run for District Attorney against Steve Wagstaffe that would be a step in the right direction.
