San Francisco Police DepartmentChinedu Valentine Okobi R.I.P.
Chinedu V. Okobi was killed in Millbrae, in the middle of the afternoon on October 3, 2018 by SIX San Mateo County Sheriff Employees. After he had stopped breathing not one of the Six San Mateo County Sheriff Employees provided ANY life saving measures for the next NINE MINUTES.
I have always wondered about San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Joshua Wang who first saw Chinedu walking south on the west side sidewalk. Deputy Wang was traveling Northbound on El Camino Real when he activated his overhead lights which also activated his dash Cam-Video as he waited to make a U-Turn to go back to Chinedu who was still on the sidewalk.
Last month on May 10, 2022 I sent San Francisco Police Chief William Scott a California Public Records Request CPRA regarding information for former San Francisco Police Officer Joshua Wang.
SFPD received my letter on May 11, 2022
I should have received a response by May 26, 2022. 10 Business Days
Today is June 7, 2022, There has been ZERO response.

07/22/2022 Probation Report and Sentencing Judicial Officer Finigan, Jeffrey R.Hearing Time 09:00 AM
This is a very exciting case, Davis Khan is representing himself, he has said from the very beginning that the Daly City Police Department took a large amount of Cash and Gold from his residence and NEVER returned it. Is that possible would one of San Mateo County’s Police Department do such a thing?
You would think Daly City Manager Shawanna Maltbie and the City Council members would have looked into Mr. Khan’s claim. Nope not as far as I can tell.
“Thrown Out” is not a legal term and I would not have used it, if DDA Kimberly Perrotti had not said it in court.
Yesterday was a first for me in 22 years observing and reporting of SMC Courts. San Mateo County District Attorney Deputy Kimberly Perrotti informed the court that she had personally contacted the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s prosecutor who was trying a case that Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez’s Co-Counsel Erica Elizabeth Treeby was the defense attorney in. She reported to Judge Scott that Ms. Treeby would be available on March 17, 2022 in SMC, because of this alleged conversation. She did not identify this person, and this person has not been called to testify about this alleged conversation and there was no declaration filed.
I think it would be great for the public to know about that entire conversation from start to finish.
I would like to know how many times DDA Kimberly Perrotti has checked up on the Defense Attorneys opposing her?
Remember this is a Political Prosecution of Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez it’s that simple. Photo below is from 2014. You do the math for lost wages and cost to Defend against these False Charges, that were “THROWN OUT”
How many of you think Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez is guilty of this Smuggling Case?

This is no surprise under the leadership of City Manager Bob Nesbit and Deputy City Manager Matthew Chidester. It turns out former Chief of Police and Sheriff Captain Saul Lopez has not been on the job for the last 4 months. The announcement that Captain Andy Armando is now the Police Chief of Half Moon Bay just recently was reported by the HMBR.
Sheriff Captain Andy Armando
A simple google search of Lt. Andrew Armando would have produced some of the articles San Mateo County News.com wrote about him committing crimes against retired San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez.
“Detective Armando Perjuriously alleged that Mr. Lopez placed a telephone call to the Contraband Cell Phone in Order to Obtain a Search Warrant.” Detective Armando made that call himself.
No Press Release from the Sheriff’s Office announcing Captain Andy Armando taking over at HMB. Why?
Former San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez is in court today January 12, 2022 at 9:30 A.M. in Courtroom 2G. The Judge hearing the Motion is Hon. Judge Joseph Scott.
You will recall that Defense Attorney Tony Serra respectfully asked Judge Scott to recuse himself for Bias. He hired a law firm in Riverside and declined.
San Mateo County Counsel Attorney Joseph Charles is representing SMC District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe who has been doing everything possible to not have to Testify under–oath in this case.
The six charges that are in court today over 7 years after District Attorney Steve Wafstaffe gave a News Press Release in front of Television crew to announce that Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez was Arrested and Charged with Smuggling a Cellphone and Drugs into the Maguire Jail and gave them to a Hells Angel Gang Member. That NEVER Happened.
On that day standing in front of those News cameras, District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe, William Massey, John Warren, Jordan Boyd, Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, Sgt. Jason Peardon, Lt. Andrew Armando, San Mateo County Counsel all knew or should have known those charges were 100% FALSE.
Now today in court the remaining 6 charges and the ONLY charges that DDA Kimberly Perrotti want the jury to hear or know about is Mortgage, Insurance and Election Fraud.
Did Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez vote from Both of his residences? Nope only Redwood City, where his car was broken into. That is where Jordan Boyd knew he lived.
Remember in 2014 Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez reported to the San Mateo County Sheriff Office that his car was broken into in the garage area of his Redwood City Condo. When he was asked by the Deputy who took the report, do you have any idea who might have done this?
Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez responded, “The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office Gang Task Force.”
Has the SMCDA’s Office ever asked the Gang Task Force to break into cars? Ask Jamie Draper.
Documents stolen in Car Break-in included Mortgage and Insurance issues. “BACKPACK”
I am 100% in favor of the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office and the Sheriff’s Office making sure that their employees are honest. That they would NEVER file a False Police Report, or Affidavit for a Search Warrant, or check the owner occupied box on a Mortgage Refinance Application, or spend the Insurance settlement Check received for damage in the Kitchen on something else. You want to make sure you employees are the right Moral Character like the 45 mentioned in the Gross Misconduct in the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office Document.
Has SMCDA Inspector Jordan Boyd started his own investigation of any of the 45 men named. There is a pretty good chance he would find some Mortgage and Insurance Fraud cases in that group.
2010 Female San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Whistleblower on Gross Misconduct.
Zain Jaffer on July 2, 2019 in a San Mateo County Courtroom you stated that You wanted to help others who were innocent. I have recommended the Juan P. Lopez case to you several times since that day. I hope you meant what you said.
Wonderful photo by SMDJ of Aldon Smith, Definitely NOT a Booking Photo.
Aldon Smith was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on December 6, 2021 on Farm Hill Blvd, Redwood City, San Mateo County, California. He crashed his vehicle into a Recology Truck injuring the driver.
Silicon Valley.com Reporter Michael Nowels reported his BAC was .288
What is Not known is what time did he finally take the test?
According to the Chart below Aldon Smith should lose his California Drivers License for 3 years and he should be in Jail for an additional 18 days. Hopefully the Silicon Valley .com News provider will follow up on this topic.
If you refuse to submit to a DUI breath test after being lawfully arrested for driving under the influence in California, you will face penalties for a chemical test refusal.
The major consequences of a chemical test refusal in California are: 1) increased penalties in addition to the standard California DUI penalties, and 2) a mandatory driver’s license suspension that will occur regardless of the outcome in your DUI case.
This is because of California’s “implied consent” law. Under this law, you have no right to refuse a DUI breath test once you are lawfully arrested for DUI.
Traditionally, California’s “implied consent law” applied to DUI blood tests as well as to breath tests. But the Supreme Court of the United States has suggested that defendants may not be penalized for refusing to take blood tests in cases where the police have not obtained a warrant.
The following chart clarifies the additional penalties that will accompany a DUI conviction if you refuse to take a DUI breath test.

Today December 22, 2021 Courtroom 8B at 9:00AM Hon. Judge Chinhayi C. Cadet for Arraignment
SMCCCD Vice Chancellor Jose D. Nunez has been charged with 15 Felony counts, including Embezzlement and PERJURY. He has not been arrested yet. Why? also PER DA AND DEFENDANT’S ATTORNEY’S REQUEST. NTA MAY NOT REACH DEFENDANT IN TIME. NTA= Notice to appear, Mr. Nunez might not even know he has been invited to show up in court today. Very casual for a 2.5 year Criminal Investigation. How much did the 2.5 year Investigation cost SMC Taxpayer? Lets compare that to the final outcome of this case, which will most likely never get to a Jury Trial.
Just because a person is criminally charged with a crime in San Mateo County doesn’t mean that he or she is guilty. Look no further than Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case NF433910A or the Sheriff Activities League (SAL) Embezzlement and Money Laundering case.
The Public is invited to attend in person by Hon. Judge Leland Davis III. Up until November 22, 2021 the public which includes reporters were able to Listen to the Hearing by calling this number 503-300-6847 Code 438807. Remember there is a Pandemic in the world including San Mateo County.
Public Access Policy Updated 11/22/21 – The listen-only public access lines are no longer in effect; proceedings are open to the public to attend in person.
I have recommended a Single Point Data Base to San Mateo County Government (SUPERVISORS) for 20 years. Just think how much time and money it would have saved if it caught the alleged Felony on 3/4/2009. Also it would be helpful if the District Attorney’s Office charge all people equally, for example if a Judge, a court clerk, and a court reporter committed a Felony, it would go a long way for Public Trust if they were arrested, charged, and prosecuted. Here are the current charges in the Nunez case.

Zain Jaffer the other day I wrote about you assisting Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez with his 7 year legal defense expenses now over $300,000, and I see that tomorrow David Khan of Daly City has a court appearance in front of Hon. Judge Barbara Mallach in Courtroom 2A at 10:00 AM just like you do. David Khan would be another person I recommend to you for your help. The other three families mentioned above have lost loved ones to Homicides by San Mateo County Law Enforcement. They could use you help against the Government in those cases.
Your prepared statement that you read when your case was Dismissed, July 2, 2018
“I was incredibly fortunate that I was able to defend myself through the legal system, but I am aware that many others are not. Moving forward, I plan on examining ways that I can help others who are innocent and are seeking to obtain justice.”
In the last 3.5 years I have not seen anyone that you have helped or even asked about for that matter.
Thank You, in advance for considering these cases. If interested I have many more cases for you.
Update: This Motion to Destroy Records has been continued to January 3, 2022
Dear Attorney General Rob Bonta,
