If I was going to Edit the VIDEO that was produced by San Mateo County Government and paid for by the Taxpayers of San Mateo County, I personally would have blurred out the frames showing the Execution of an Unarmed Sandra Lee Harmon with her Hands Up above her head and her back facing San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy David Dominguez who was firing at her from approximately 15 feet away.
Sandra Lee Harmon had THREE fatal shots to her BACK.
I might have added a cartoon depicting some sort of Shootout as the Government told the 760,000 Residents that is what happened. Remember the Shootout Story.
Warning this is a real Homicide by San Mateo County Law Enforcement, Not for everybody.
People vs. Juan Pablo Lopez case NF433910A in Court today 2G at 11:00AM
This is a status hearing which could be quickly and safely conducted by ZOOM. Last Friday at 9:15AM Katrina Bihl the Court Clerk asked Juan Lopez if he knew where his attorney was. He told her to check her e-mails that one of his attorneys has Covid and she has been and is available by ZOOM. The clerk responded this court does not allow ZOOM. I had to laugh out loud. The clerk than went to her desk and attempted to call Juan’s attorney at her law office. Any reasonable person would know that a person who tested positive would most likely not go into the office. Juan Lopez stood up and offered his attorneys’ cell phone number to the clerk twice. After the clerk was unable to reach the attorney at her office by phone she hung up, that is when Juan offered the cellphone number again for the third time.
You might be wondering why would the Hon. Judge Joseph Scott not allow ZOOM in the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case. A safe guess would be shortly after Tony Serra, filed a declaration with the Court stating “Judge Joseph Scott has Perjured Himself”.
“I realize that Judge Scott now knows that I know he has perjured himself by not admitting to uttering the statement as alleged in Mr. Lopez motion for disqualification for cause.”
“Further Judge Scott has sought to influence his staff, including his clerk, by asking them about the statement and insinuating that they should say he did not make it and go along with his position on the matter.”
Personally I have no idea why the Hon. Judge Joseph Scott didn’t recuse himself when ret. Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez quietly and respectfully requested he do so.
Think about this, How many San Mateo County Elected Officials and Employees were involved in the False Charges filed against San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez way back in 2014.
Who do you think is AUDITING the District Attorneys Office for Honest Charges? Prosecutorial Misconduct?
Fix’n San Mateo County should be interested in the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case, they are NOT. Why? Why is no newspaper in San Mateo County reporting on this case?
Remember Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez was arrested with guns to his head at his home while he was on administrative leave, he was charged with Smuggling a cellphone and drugs into Maguire Jail.
How many of you have ever followed up to find out what happened to those charges?
They were FALSE.
If you support Law Enforcement like I do and you feel safe enough to come into the 400 County Center Building during a Pandemic, I invite you to join me at 11:00 AM in 2G.
Come join me tomorrow June 24, 2022 at 9:00 AM in Courtroom 2G in person if you support Law Enforcement like I do and show your support for forced to retire Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez who was Falsely Charged in the first place 7.5 years ago. You might question why IN PERSON and not on ZOOM? The answer is simple, The Honorable Judge Joseph Scott has ordered NO ZOOM for the Deputy Lopez Case. MASK UP.
Is a SMC Judge, Clerk, & Court Reporter committing Perjury, Newsworthy?
Where do you get your Information? Who do you trust to provide honest and accurate Information about your government?
Contact your trusted News Sources and ask the Editors why they chose to ignore this information?
Former SMCSO Deputy Juan P. Lopez
Former San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez is made of the Right Stuff. I have been reporting on his Political Prosecution for the last 7 years. When a person is arrested and Criminally Charged with crimes, ask yourself, How long do you expect the Judicial Process to last before a Conviction or the entire case is Dismissed, like the Zain Jaffer case was in 8 months? He was arrested for Attempted Murder of his 3 year old son. Why has this case taken so long? What if the case was brought to teach everybody a lesson, and there was Never any intention to take it to a Jury trial, Simply Destroy a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy who is not a member of the “Those who Matter” Team. Think of the Financial and Emotional costs for the last 7 years.
They made a mistake/miscalculation when they went after San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez. He didn’t FOLD.
Former San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez, has always wanted a Jury Trial. He has never wavered, the Government has done everything possible to keep their people off of the Witness Stand for the last 7 years. The answer is simple, It’s not Illegal for the Involved parties to lie to reporters, or produce false press releases to their favorite misinformation businesses. However it is Illegal to make false statements under Oath.
Now that only matters if you have a District Attorney who will Prosecute a Judge, Clerk, Reporter, for Perjury.
Now the Question needs to be asked by the 760,000 San Mateo County Residents, Have they been Arrested yet, Have they been Criminally Charged yet? Has anything happened to them yet? If not Why Not?
The answer is simple: They are on the “Those Who Matter” Team.
In case you are not aware of the “Those Who Matter” team/gang, the first time I’m aware of any written evidence of it’s existence was April 25, 2007, in these e-mails I received from a CPRA request in 2008.
You will notice the top two San Mateo County District Attorneys Never asked Sheriff Greg Munks and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, Why did you both go INSIDE that single family residence at 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas, Nevada that night? To be fair Not One San Mateo County Elected Official ever asked that simple question.
To the residents of San Mateo County you might remember your District Attorney’s Office Deliberately Filed FALSE charges against San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez in 2014. That was close to 8 years ago. They arrested him at gunpoint in front of his son. They held a Press Conference the charges included Smuggling a cell phone and drugs into the Maguire Jail and delivering them to an inmate. Every San Mateo County Employee involved with that investigation knew the Charges were FALSE.
Why was Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez falsely charged? Why is that OK with the 5 Supervisors.
Why is that OK with the 760,000 San Mateo County residents?
Why is that OK with Fixin SMC?
Why is that OK with Sheriff Elect Christina Corpus?
Why is that OK with the 800 Sheriff Employees?
Recently there was an Letter to the Editor titled Judges for Sheriff Bolanos. I laughed when I read that and thought that would be a great name for the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez criminal case.
As many of you know San Mateo County News.com has been reporting on Deputy Lopez’s case from the very beginning. I have attended almost every single hearing for more than 5 years I have lived in Monterey County so you can do the math on how many hours I have spent in Gridlock and court to bring the NEWS about this Very Important Criminal Case which demonstrates the Organized Crime and Corruption at all levels of San Mateo County Government.
Please join me in Courtroom 2G this Friday to show support to Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez.

Good morning,
I’m just checking to see if Hon. Judge Joseph Scott will be allowing this case hearing to be viewed by the public by ZOOM this Friday?

I think everyone knows by now that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos lost the election this month. I was surprised that he ran at all. For those of you who didn’t know Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos has been on the Witness list in the Juan P. Lopez case for almost 8 years, He has been protected by the County Counsel Attorneys all this this. Come January he is Retiring and it will be interesting to see if the Taxpayers continue to provide free legal services to him.
The Importance of Releasing the Axon Log Records in the Sandra Lee Harmon Homicide by San Mateo County Sheriff Employees in Half Moon Bay on May 5, 2020 is paramount.
The data will prove either a Shootout started by Sandra Lee Harmon occurred or an Execution by the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office, a conspiracy to fabricate a False Story about the events of that night.
I was not aware until after the election that Candidate Christina Corpus had even made any reference to the Axon Log Records being released if she were Sheriff.
Here is her statement from her Campaign Platform: Transparency is one of my core values, and I would have publicly released the Axon log records in the Sandra Harmon case if I was Sheriff.
What I have been asking San Mateo County Sheriff Elect Christina Corpus for 3 days now is, Will YOU release the Axon Log Records in the Sandra Lee Harmon R.I.P. Homicide case your first day in office?
Here is a perfect example of a crystal clear statement by Deputy Mark Melville on Releasing the Axon Log Records in the Sandra Lee Harmon case.
For some reason Christina Corpus is not willing to say that. If you know her, supported her, voted for her, contact her and encourage her to make a Public Statement.
Yesterday San Mateo County News.com asked Christina Corpus the next Sheriff of San Mateo County if she will release the Axon Log Records for the Sandra Lee Harmon Homicide by Sheriff Employees on May 5, 2020 in Half Moon Bay. The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office informed the Public the Sandra Lee Harmon was killed in a Shootout after she fired her shotgun at a Deputy who was 12-15 feet away.
Any reasonable person would agree that if Sandra Lee Harmon did if fact fire her shotgun at the unsuspecting Sheriff Deputy David Dominguez and he had no choice but to return fire and she died on the scene then that was to be expected, nothing to see here.
The Axon Log Records Data (ALRD) will provide the Evidence of what actually/really happened that night. By releasing the ALRD there is no need to trust what Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and many others have said happened that night.
Example Sheriff Bolanos said Deputy David Dominguez forgot to turn on his Body Worn Camera right before he fired 11 rounds at Sandra Lee Harmon.
The release of the ALRD would show what time Deputy Dominguez turned off his Body Worn Camera if in fact he did. See how simple this is, No need to trust the word of a LIAR.
San Mateo County Residents have known since April 21, 2007 (15 years) that now Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos is a LIAR. Everybody and their mother knows that. Why would anybody believe that a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy turned off his Body Worn Camera right before he executed an Unarmed woman with her hands above her head and her back facing him.
So far Christina Corpus has not answered that question. Why?
A simple Press Release to the media would would work just fine.
From her Campaign Platform: Transparency is one of my core values, and I would have publicly released the Axon log records in the Sandra Harmon case if I was Sheriff.
San Mateo County’s next Sheriff stated in her Campaign Platform: Transparency is one of my core values, and I would have publicly released the Axon log records in the Sandra Harmon case if I was Sheriff.
That is very different from I will release the Axon Log Records to the public on my first day in office.
San Mateo County News.com is simply asking will you release the Axon Log Records in the Sandra L. Harmon Homicide case your first day as Sheriff?
I’m sure many of you reading this will have no idea what the Axon Log Records are or what is the big deal about them. On May 5, 2020 845 Main Street, Half Moon Bay, Sandra Lee Harmon R.I.P. was shot and killed by San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Dominguez. The Story that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe, County Counsel Attorney David Silberman and Many employees of San Mateo County Government spoon fed to the Public was a Shootout started by Sandra Harmon and Deputy Dominguez forgot to turn on his Body Worn Camera.
The Axon Log Records will confirm the Government’s Official Story or prove it is a Lie. It’s that simple.
How much money have the San Mateo County Taxpayers spent defending the RELEASE of the Axon Log Records in Court? Ask your Five Supervisors they all support keeping the records secret, WHY?
In the description they say the woman who fired at the Deputy.
See if you see ANY evidence of Sandra Lee Harmon firing her shotgun at all. There is NO MENTION of the Sheriff Deputy firing at an Unarmed Sandra Lee Harmon with her hands above her head with her back towards Deputy Dominguez. Why is that?
“Just because an adult is in an Important Position like Vice Mayor, Teacher or a Master of Taekwondo, doesn’t mean that they are a Good Person or that they will honor what they say, or be a Decent Human Being.”
Wise words spoken by Julia an 11 year old 6th grader in San Mateo County talking about Foster City elected official Herb Perez who was facing a RECALL effort at the time.
Yesterday I offered Supervisor David Canepa a chance to comment on this article I was working on. He chose not to respond. As many of you know I just recently became aware of the Suspicious Death of Munir Edais a 32 year old Police Officer, Father of two girls, a San Mateo County Resident all his life, a newlywed husband, a son, brother, cousin and friend to many. The Daly City Police Department and the San Mateo County Coroner Robert Faucralt determined almost in a matter of a few minutes that “He Hung Himself” in his Daly City Apartment. How did they conclude this is what happened? It’s simple that is what the new bride told them Case Closed. That was on January 21, 2020, 28 months ago.
One year later David Canepa President of the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors reached out to Munir Edais R.I.P. sister on her instagram account leaving his private phone number saying Call to discuss. The family was thrilled to finally have a high ranking government official make contact with them to help them get the answers they have been fighting so hard to get. They called David Canepa.
Here is what the sister says happened next.
On January 19, 2021, my family and I reached out to supervisor David Canepa, at the time, in hopes of him helping us with our brothers death. My brother, Munir Edais was reported dead on January 21, 2020 by a supposed suicide. Trying to find some answers answers regarding Munirs death, we reached out to David Canepa. He sent me a private message saying to call him, and left us his phone number. We called him, and got the opposite reaction of what we expected. He was very rude and unsympathetic. He claimed Daly City Police Department had the best investigators and yelled at us saying “what are you guys doing!” He said we need to shut down our instagram page, and rest with the fact that Munir killed himself.
Not what anybody would expect from a Good Person or a Decent Human Being.
June 7th’s election signaled a sea change for San Mateo County’s Sheriff’s Office, with challenger Christina Corpus ousting Sheriff Carlos Bolanos. The wake of this defeat has undoubtedly left Carlos Bolanos and his department appointees with a number of pressing decisions, upmost of which is what do I do now?
Undoubtedly, the number one question for Bolanos is will he follow his predecessor and attempt to go out on a lifetime paid medical disability, one in which he will receive an untaxed paycheck with medical benefits for life? When Carlos said to the press, going forward, he needed to speak to his family about his future, is that what he meant?
And if Carlos puts in a workman’s compensation claim, alleging such a disability, one qualifying him for lifetime pay, will the County question it, given the fact that he hadn’t said he couldn’t perform the duties and responsibilities of Sheriff, before losing the election? The County and its governing body, the Board of Supervisors, apparently hadn’t, in the case of Carlos’ predecessor, Sheriff Greg Munks, rubber stamping his exit……. but then again Munks hadn’t lost an election?
Will the board afford Carlos the same golden parachute, realizing the irony of his losing the election, should he allege such a disability? If the Board does, what message would it send to those county employees who have had legitimate claims which the County had contested and or denied? Better yet, what message would that send to county residents, the Board’s employer?
And given Carlos is a Carpetbagger, a person who was not a homegrown County employee and had merely gone from one law enforcement agency to another, accruing & building retirement options, versus his homegrown challenger, Christina Corpus, should the County entertain such a claim and sign off on it?
If Carlos attempts such an exit, shouldn’t that necessarily disqualify him from seeking any further public office? Perhaps not, District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe has ardently supported Bolanos, ever since he (Bolanos) had been detained by the FBI & Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, in 2007, at a human trafficking site, one where indentured sex slaves, to include a minor and the illicit drug ecstasy were being sold. If such embracing of bad behavior by District Attorney Wagstaffe is any indication of things to come then I’d say the citizens of San Mateo county are going to be financially on the hook for Carlos’ exit.
Robert Foucrault why did you ignore the Family’s CPRA request?
On February 27, 2020, the Coroner published an autopsy report finding that Munir Edais had died of “suicide by hanging” and set his time of death was 2:41 a.m. on the morning of January 21.
Substantial material evidence casts doubt on both of those findings.
What is the EVIDENCE Munir Edais a 32 year old Police Officer, Father of two girls, Husband of less than 6 months, San Mateo County Resident all his life Hung Himself?
Robert Foucrault, why are you and David Silberman fighting so hard to keep your Work Product a Secret from the Parents of Munir Edais. Is that part of your job description?
Are you telling the 760,000 Residents of San Mateo County to trust your findings? Have you ever made a mistake, or changed your findings for ANY reason.
Robert, what were/are your thoughts about the Nanny Camera located in Bedroom #2 the same bedroom you say Munir Edais Hung Himself? Your Team never mentioned it, WHY?
Please sign and share Munir Edais R.I.P. story, for some reason the San Mateo County Media never reported this Suspicious Death of a Police Officer in Daly City, California. Let’s find out why?
Ask your friends and family members in Law Enforcement why they haven’t signed this Petition?
Ask all San Mateo County Employees why they haven’t signed this Petition?
