San Mateo County’s “Abuse of Power” continues in the x Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case in court today.

The recent Batmobile case with more than 10,000,000 VIEWS and 22,000 comments shinned a bright light on the Abuse of Power that has existed and continues to exist today in San Mateo County.

What the recent Batmobile case demonstrated was the Abuse of Power that exists in the San Mateo County District Attorneys Office.

Thanks to Adam Alberti an executive with the Sam Singer Public Relations Firm in San Francisco, a Board of Directors Member of San Mateo County Sheriff Activities League, and Publisher of the RWC Climate Magazine, we have these quotes from SMC Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos regarding his decision to send an elite TEAM of 4 Sheriff Employees to another state to arrest and bring back one Mark Racop a minster who builds Batmobile cars.

San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos said:

“At any time during this investigation the DA’s Office could have informed us that we did not have enough evidence to proceed and that would have ended the investigation,”

“Had judges not issued the search or arrest warrants, we would have never served them.

In 2015 I went to the regular San Mateo County Board of Supervisor Meeting to make a Public Comment. I wanted to make my statement in Public so that there would be an official record documented.

Here is that statement regarding the State of California DMV Computers and the USPS computers being hacked in the San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case.

The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors were fully aware of this ABUSE of POWER.

My hope is that Adam Alberti would send a REPORTER to cover the 8 year criminal case of San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez, he is a Redwood City resident, his case should be compared to the Batmobile case and the Zain Jaffer case IMHO.

I have not seen any coverage by any San Mateo County Media of this Very Important case.

Where is Dan Noyes when the public needs him?

As all San Mateo County Residents know by now there are NO News Reporters that cover the Court cases in San Mateo County. What the 7 print media publishes is what Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, and District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe tell them to publish, which is not a very good idea IMHO.

For example you might recall the Mark Racop criminal case aka the Batmobile case where ABC 7 I-TEAM Investigative Reporter Dan Noyes first reported thanks to his inside the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office sources the alleged Illegal conduct by several San Mateo County Employees. That NEWS report was the start of more than 10,000,000 VIEWS and 22,000 COMMENTS in a 10 week period.

Last Monday San Mateo District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe told Dan Noyes that he has decided to drop all charges. Why?

Why would the District Attorney care if a reporter broke a story about alleged criminal conduct by SMC Law Enforcement including judges?

The BATMOBILE case caused Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos to go on a 30 day VACATION. Remember this was right after he LOST the Election, and Dan Noyes and others wanted to ask him questions about, why he authorized 4 of SMC’s finest to fly to Indiana to arrest and bring back the Minister who builds Batmobile cars?

There was even speculation that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos was in Greece with Sam Anagnostou who was a donor to San Mateo County Sheriff’s Activities League a 501(c) 3. Which San Mateo County News.com was the first to report that Barbara Bonilla the Executive Director and Carlos G. Bolanos’s 2018 campaign manager was on Administrative Leave while an Embezzlement and Money Laundering criminal Investigation was taking place.

Just a note: ABC 7 was not interested in that story.

As luck would have it a person who knows Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos very well bumped into him on July 30, 2022 in Menlo Park. Why would the Government want to exclude that?

You can just imagine the effort the San Mateo County District Attorney and San Mateo County Counsel Attorney David Silberman are going through to EXCLUDE that evidence.

This is going to be good, Mark Racop is an honest hard working businessman in Indiana who makes the 1966 Batmobile.

He has a court appearance August 19, 2022 at 9:00AM The “Those Who Matter Gang” has made sure he has to appear in court in PERSON. That is just one of the many tools they have access too, the ability to destroy your finances.

The Gang thinks it’s funny to show up at your business in another State, send all your employees home, put you in handcuffs, transport you to the local Sheriff’s Office then release you and let you know you have been Criminally Charged in San Mateo County, California.

He has had his Bank Account Frozen by the San Mateo County Law Enforcement Gang.

He has had his Google Data searched by the San Mateo County Law Enforcement Gang.

I have recommended this case be DISMISSED ASAP, Just like the ZAIN JAFFER case was. You will remember Mr. Jaffer was arrested by the Hillsborough Police Department at 4:00AM for Attempted Murder of his 3 year old son and 6 or 7 other Felony charges. This criminal case against Mark Racop should have NEVER been filed in the first place. How many San Mateo County Elected Officials and Employees were involved? That is the story.

Residents could meet Mark Racop at the airport when his plane arrives, Come to his court appearance at 400 County Center, Redwood City California, possibly a PARADE.

This one case demonstrates what I and many others have been reporting to the proper authorities for more than 22 years. This is a perfect example of Organized Crime in San Mateo County Government.

Half Moon Bay City Manager Bob Nesbit is leaving.

It’s no secret that I think he should have been fired right after the Sandra Lee Harmon Execution by San Mateo County Sheriff employees. He was one of the lead obstructionist in getting to the truth about what REALLY happened on the evening of January 5, 2020. I recommended to him that he have the City of Half Moon Bay sue San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, his attorney David Silberman, San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe, his investigators, Jordan Boyd, John Warren, William Massey, Kevin Raffaelli, and all involved in the Homicide.

Sandra Lee Harmon R.I.P. was shot in the back while she had her hands above her head as she was UNARMED. All three of those shots were FATAL. Her body was struck 8 times.

Three spent shell casings were moved at the crime scene. That’s known as Evidence Tampering.

There was no evidence of a shootout.

Bob Nesbit was fine with that. He made ZERO effort in Releasing the Axon Log Records to the Public.

As some of you know San Mateo County News.com has been asking Newly Elected Sheriff Christina Corpus to simply verify her position on releasing the Axon Log Records in the Sandra Lee Harmon Execution by San Mateo County Sheriff Employees on May 5, 202 in the City of Half Moon Bay.

Hon. Judge Joseph Scott Retaliating against Deputy Juan Lopez and Tony Serra? Looks like it.

This is a status hearing which could be quickly and safely conducted by ZOOM. Last Friday at 9:15AM Katrina Bihl the Court Clerk asked Juan Lopez if he knew where his attorney was. He told her to check her e-mails that one of his attorneys has Covid and she has been and is available by ZOOM. The clerk responded this court does not allow ZOOM. I had to laugh out loud. The clerk than went to her desk and attempted to call Juan’s attorney at her law office. Any reasonable person would know that a person who tested positive would most likely not go into the office. Juan Lopez stood up and offered his attorneys’ cell phone number to the clerk twice. After the clerk was unable to reach the attorney at her office by phone she hung up, that is when Juan offered the cellphone number again for the third time.

You might be wondering why would the Hon. Judge Joseph Scott not allow ZOOM in the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case. A safe guess would be shortly after Tony Serra, filed a declaration with the Court stating “Judge Joseph Scott has Perjured Himself”.

“I realize that Judge Scott now knows that I know he has perjured himself by not admitting to uttering the statement as alleged in Mr. Lopez motion for disqualification for cause.”

“Further Judge Scott has sought to influence his staff, including his clerk, by asking them about the statement and insinuating that they should say he did not make it and go along with his position on the matter.”

Personally I have no idea why the Hon. Judge Joseph Scott didn’t recuse himself when ret. Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez quietly and respectfully requested he do so.

Think about this, How many San Mateo County Elected Officials and Employees were involved in the False Charges filed against San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez way back in 2014.

Who do you think is AUDITING the District Attorneys Office for Honest Charges? Prosecutorial Misconduct?

Fix’n San Mateo County should be interested in the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case, they are NOT. Why? Why is no newspaper in San Mateo County reporting on this case?

Remember Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez was arrested with guns to his head at his home while he was on administrative leave, he was charged with Smuggling a cellphone and drugs into Maguire Jail.

How many of you have ever followed up to find out what happened to those charges?

They were FALSE.

When a person is arrested and Criminally Charged with crimes, ask yourself, How long do you expect the Judicial Process to last before a Conviction or the entire case is Dismissed, like the Zain Jaffer case was in 8 months? He was arrested for Attempted Murder of his 3 year old son. Why has this case taken so long? What if the case was brought to teach everybody a lesson, and there was Never any intention to take it to a Jury trial, Simply Destroy a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy who is not a member of the “Those who Matter” Team. Think of the Financial and Emotional costs for the last 7 years.

They made a mistake/miscalculation when they went after San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez. He didn’t FOLD.

Former San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez, has always wanted a Jury Trial. He has never wavered, the Government has done everything possible to keep their people off of the Witness Stand for the last 7 years. The answer is simple, It’s not Illegal for the Involved parties to lie to reporters, or produce false press releases to their favorite misinformation businesses. However it is Illegal to make false statements under Oath.

Now that only matters if you have a District Attorney who will Prosecute a Judge, Clerk, Reporter, for Perjury.

Now the Question needs to be asked by the 760,000 San Mateo County Residents, Have they been Arrested yet, Have they been Criminally Charged yet? Has anything happened to them yet? If not Why Not?

Bolanos, Why did you both go INSIDE that single family residence at 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas, Nevada that night? Christina Corpus will you release the Axon Log Records your first day in office?

San Mateo County’s next Sheriff stated in her Campaign Platform: Transparency is one of my core values, and I would have publicly released the Axon log records in the Sandra Harmon case if I was Sheriff.

That is very different from I will release the Axon Log Records to the public on my first day in office.

San Mateo County News.com is simply asking will you release the Axon Log Records in the Sandra L. Harmon Homicide case your first day as Sheriff?

I’m sure many of you reading this will have no idea what the Axon Log Records are or what is the big deal about them. On May 5, 2020 845 Main Street, Half Moon Bay, Sandra Lee Harmon R.I.P. was shot and killed by San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Dominguez. The Story that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe, County Counsel Attorney David Silberman and Many employees of San Mateo County Government spoon fed to the Public was a Shootout started by Sandra Harmon and Deputy Dominguez forgot to turn on his Body Worn Camera.

The Axon Log Records will confirm the Government’s Official Story or prove it is a Lie. It’s that simple.

How much money have the San Mateo County Taxpayers spent defending the RELEASE of the Axon Log Records in Court? Ask your Five Supervisors they all support keeping the records secret, WHY?

See if you see ANY evidence of Sandra Lee Harmon firing her shotgun at all. There is NO MENTION of the Sheriff Deputy firing at an Unarmed Sandra Lee Harmon with her hands above her head with her back towards Deputy Dominguez. Why is that?

I have been reporting on this case for more than SEVEN years know. I have described it as the Most Exciting Criminal Case I have ever observed. It is the BEST single example of Organized Crime and Corruption in San Mateo County Government that I have ever witnessed.

Notice the case number NF433910-A there is not a two digit number at the front. Those two digits tell you what YEAR this case started. For example San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez’s criminal case started in 2014 so you would expect to see a 14 in front of NF433910-A. If the 14 was there that would make a reasonable person to ask, Why has this Criminal Case NOT gone to Jury Trial in more than SEVEN years. How much Taxpayer money has the Government Invested in this case and What was the Money Spent On? Look at $ spent to make sure Witnesses Never take the stand.

This would be a Prefect case for Supervisor David Canepa and Candidate for Congress 2022 to attend. I’m sure he would be interested in Eliminating Corruption in San Mateo County.

Juan Pablo Lopez has always wanted the same thing, a Jury Trail of his peers and the Public able to see/hear the proceedings. Hon Judge Joseph Scott is NOT allowing that to happen during a Pandemic. He is demanding NO ZOOM available to the PUBLIC.
