As all San Mateo County Residents know by now there are NO News Reporters that cover the Court cases in San Mateo County. What the 7 print media publishes is what Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, and District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe tell them to publish, which is not a very good idea IMHO.

For example you might recall the Mark Racop criminal case aka the Batmobile case where ABC 7 I-TEAM Investigative Reporter Dan Noyes first reported thanks to his inside the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office sources the alleged Illegal conduct by several San Mateo County Employees. That NEWS report was the start of more than 10,000,000 VIEWS and 22,000 COMMENTS in a 10 week period.

Last Monday San Mateo District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe told Dan Noyes that he has decided to drop all charges. Why?

Why would the District Attorney care if a reporter broke a story about alleged criminal conduct by SMC Law Enforcement including judges?

The BATMOBILE case caused Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos to go on a 30 day VACATION. Remember this was right after he LOST the Election, and Dan Noyes and others wanted to ask him questions about, why he authorized 4 of SMC’s finest to fly to Indiana to arrest and bring back the Minister who builds Batmobile cars?

There was even speculation that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos was in Greece with Sam Anagnostou who was a donor to San Mateo County Sheriff’s Activities League a 501(c) 3. Which San Mateo County News.com was the first to report that Barbara Bonilla the Executive Director and Carlos G. Bolanos’s 2018 campaign manager was on Administrative Leave while an Embezzlement and Money Laundering criminal Investigation was taking place.

Just a note: ABC 7 was not interested in that story.

As luck would have it a person who knows Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos very well bumped into him on July 30, 2022 in Menlo Park. Why would the Government want to exclude that?

As many of my readers know I have said San Mateo County Courts should be CLOSED until the 5 Supervisors of San Mateo County can assure the Public of Fair and Honest Hearings. The Supervisors have REFUSED to do that they have ZERO interest in doing that. The results are predictable.

If Tony Serra was wrong he would have been criminally charged and lost his License to Practice Law.

Broadmoor Police, Steve Wagstaffe, Kevin Raffaelli, Selective Prosecution, CalPERS Seeking $1.8M.

San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said “Michael Connolly was earnestly trying to clean up the Broadmoor Police District.”

CalPERS is seeking the return of $1,800,000.00 from a former Broadmoor Police Chief Dave Parenti. That sounds pretty pleasant doesn’t it. SEEKING.

What was the meaning of seeking?

verb (used with object), sought, seek·ing. to go in search or quest of: to seek the truth. to try to find or discover by searching or questioning: to seek the solution to a problem. to try to obtain: to seek fame. to try or attempt (usually followed by an infinitive): to seek to convince a person.

Why would CalPERS be SEEKING? Does former Broadmoor Police Chief Dave Parenti owe it?

Did former Broadmoor Police Chief Dave Parenti, obtain this $1.8M legally if so why is CalPERS seeking it back? Was this just a little accounting error for a friend.

Does San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe or San Mateo County District Attorney Inspector Kevin Raffaelli have any personal friendships or social connections with x Broadmoor Police Chief Dave Parenti?

In one of the largest “double-dipping” cases in recent memory, the state’s main pension fund is demanding that a former police chief return $1.8 million in “unlawful” retirement benefits he accrued while working in the tiny San Mateo county neighborhood of Broadmoor.

The KEY word here is “UNLAWFUL” that means a crime has been committed.

This reminds me of the SamTrans $2.5M FRAUD case where 3 CPA’s whistlebolwers reported they were ordered to commit crimes. They did find the $2.5M exactly where the 3 accounts said it was. Hon. Judge Joseph Scott Retaliating against Deputy Juan Lopez and Tony Serra? Looks like it.

This is a status hearing which could be quickly and safely conducted by ZOOM. Last Friday at 9:15AM Katrina Bihl the Court Clerk asked Juan Lopez if he knew where his attorney was. He told her to check her e-mails that one of his attorneys has Covid and she has been and is available by ZOOM. The clerk responded this court does not allow ZOOM. I had to laugh out loud. The clerk than went to her desk and attempted to call Juan’s attorney at her law office. Any reasonable person would know that a person who tested positive would most likely not go into the office. Juan Lopez stood up and offered his attorneys’ cell phone number to the clerk twice. After the clerk was unable to reach the attorney at her office by phone she hung up, that is when Juan offered the cellphone number again for the third time.

You might be wondering why would the Hon. Judge Joseph Scott not allow ZOOM in the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case. A safe guess would be shortly after Tony Serra, filed a declaration with the Court stating “Judge Joseph Scott has Perjured Himself”.

“I realize that Judge Scott now knows that I know he has perjured himself by not admitting to uttering the statement as alleged in Mr. Lopez motion for disqualification for cause.”

“Further Judge Scott has sought to influence his staff, including his clerk, by asking them about the statement and insinuating that they should say he did not make it and go along with his position on the matter.”

Personally I have no idea why the Hon. Judge Joseph Scott didn’t recuse himself when ret. Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez quietly and respectfully requested he do so.

Think about this, How many San Mateo County Elected Officials and Employees were involved in the False Charges filed against San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez way back in 2014.

Who do you think is AUDITING the District Attorneys Office for Honest Charges? Prosecutorial Misconduct?

Fix’n San Mateo County should be interested in the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case, they are NOT. Why? Why is no newspaper in San Mateo County reporting on this case?

Remember Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez was arrested with guns to his head at his home while he was on administrative leave, he was charged with Smuggling a cellphone and drugs into Maguire Jail.

The Axon Log Records, Execution or Good Shoot?

The Importance of Releasing the Axon Log Records in the Sandra Lee Harmon Homicide by San Mateo County Sheriff Employees in Half Moon Bay on May 5, 2020 is paramount.

The data will prove either a Shootout started by Sandra Lee Harmon occurred or an Execution by the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office, a conspiracy to fabricate a False Story about the events of that night.

I was not aware until after the election that Candidate Christina Corpus had even made any reference to the Axon Log Records being released if she were Sheriff.

Christina Corpus will you release the Axon Log Records your first day in office?

San Mateo County’s next Sheriff stated in her Campaign Platform: Transparency is one of my core values, and I would have publicly released the Axon log records in the Sandra Harmon case if I was Sheriff.

That is very different from I will release the Axon Log Records to the public on my first day in office.

San Mateo County News.com is simply asking will you release the Axon Log Records in the Sandra L. Harmon Homicide case your first day as Sheriff?

I’m sure many of you reading this will have no idea what the Axon Log Records are or what is the big deal about them. On May 5, 2020 845 Main Street, Half Moon Bay, Sandra Lee Harmon R.I.P. was shot and killed by San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Dominguez. The Story that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe, County Counsel Attorney David Silberman and Many employees of San Mateo County Government spoon fed to the Public was a Shootout started by Sandra Harmon and Deputy Dominguez forgot to turn on his Body Worn Camera.

The Axon Log Records will confirm the Government’s Official Story or prove it is a Lie. It’s that simple.

How much money have the San Mateo County Taxpayers spent defending the RELEASE of the Axon Log Records in Court? Ask your Five Supervisors they all support keeping the records secret, WHY?

On page 2 Line 13 Katrina Bihl Declares under the Penalty of Perjury the following: After the hearing, as was my usual practice, I muted the public access line and proceeded to work at my desk in the courtroom while I waited to see if the master calendar court would send any matters to this courtroom.

That statement is simply false.

SMCDA Inspector Jordon Boyd could have simply called me. He Never did.

The filing of this declaration with the court is a PC115(a) a Felony.

San Mateo County District Attorney Office Inspector Jordan Boyd knows that is a False Statement. So does DDA Kimberly Perrotti and yet they continue to march on to cause as much pain and suffering on a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy now retired.

It’s been more than 7 years, Juan P. Lopez wants his Jury Trial.

Retaliation Prosecution, Is that even a thing? It must be because San Mateo County District Attorney DDA Kimberly Perrotti, San Mateo County County Counsel Attorney Joseph Charles, and Hon. Judge Joseph Scott have spent an awful amount of the Courts Valuable time to make sure the JURY does not here those WORDS. Why? There is NO WAY that could possibly exist in San Mateo County Right?

There must be a checks and balance system in place to make sure that could never happen and if it did the Individuals who broke the law no matter who they are would be PROSECUTED, because Nobody is above the Law in San Mateo County Right?

If you are a resident of San Mateo County and you would like to know if Retaliation Prosecution exists, just ask Rachel Amanda Quintana, a resident of Half Moon Bay in 2015 a mother, sister, daughter, who did the right thing. Ask retired San Mateo County Sheriff Sergeant Michael Otte who committed a PC 115(a) Felony and committed PERJURY in Hon. Judge Lisa Novak’s courtroom January 5, 2017. Why was he NEVER CHARGED?

Ask Candidates for Sheriff of San Mateo County 2022, Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and Sheriff Captain Christina Corpus how is it possible the SMCSO Sergeant Michael Otte was not PROSECUTED.

While your at it ASK SMCSO Captain Christina Corpus’s husband ret. Lt. John Kovach why St, Otte was not PROSECUTED. He was responsible for the Internal Investigation of Otte.

Update: 4:00 PM March 17, 2022 Attorney for San Mateo County Daniel T. McCloskey appeared and informed the Judge that Mr. Eblovi filled a Motion to Dismiss the case 2 weeks ago. The Judge checked his records and said the court has no record of that being filed. Mr. Eblovi did not make an appearance.
