San Mateo County’s most exciting Criminal Case in Court Friday 9:00 AM Hon. Judge Joseph Scott presiding.

Update: NO COURT APPEARANCE REQUIRED TOMORROW.

As many of my readers know I have said San Mateo County Courts should be CLOSED until the 5 Supervisors of San Mateo County can assure the Public of Fair and Honest Hearings. The Supervisors have REFUSED to do that they have ZERO interest in doing that. The results are predictable.

The Criminal Case against San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez is just 1 of the many cases I have reported on for 8 years now. Notice there are three case numbers, Why?

The Criminal Charges against Juan P. Lopez a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy were FALSE.

Let that FACT sink in for a few minutes.

San Mateo County Superior Court Judge Joseph Scott did not file for re-election. WHY?

Attorney Tony Serra said he Committed Perjury, I wonder if that had anything to do with it?

Attorney Tony Serra said San Mateo County Sheriff Office Detective Andrew Armando Committed Perjury.

If Tony Serra was wrong he would have been criminally charged and lost his License to Practice Law.

The question I have for all of the RESIDENTS of San Mateo County is, WHY are you OK with your Government Officials and the Judicial Branch Committing Felonies against a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy.

If they can do it to a Sheriff Deputy, take a wild guess who else they can do it to, anytime they want.

San Mateo County Superior Court Judge Joseph Scott made the order that Juan P. Lopez’s case could NOT be observed on ZOOM right after he (Judge Scott) was accused of PERJURY.

Broadmoor Police, Steve Wagstaffe, Kevin Raffaelli, Selective Prosecution, CalPERS Seeking $1.8M.

San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said “Michael Connolly was earnestly trying to clean up the Broadmoor Police District.”

CalPERS is seeking the return of $1,800,000.00 from a former Broadmoor Police Chief Dave Parenti. That sounds pretty pleasant doesn’t it. SEEKING.

What was the meaning of seeking?

verb (used with object), sought, seek·ing. to go in search or quest of: to seek the truth. to try to find or discover by searching or questioning: to seek the solution to a problem. to try to obtain: to seek fame. to try or attempt (usually followed by an infinitive): to seek to convince a person.

Why would CalPERS be SEEKING? Does former Broadmoor Police Chief Dave Parenti owe it?

Did former Broadmoor Police Chief Dave Parenti, obtain this $1.8M legally if so why is CalPERS seeking it back? Was this just a little accounting error for a friend.

Does San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe or San Mateo County District Attorney Inspector Kevin Raffaelli have any personal friendships or social connections with x Broadmoor Police Chief Dave Parenti?

In one of the largest “double-dipping” cases in recent memory, the state’s main pension fund is demanding that a former police chief return $1.8 million in “unlawful” retirement benefits he accrued while working in the tiny San Mateo county neighborhood of Broadmoor.

The KEY word here is “UNLAWFUL” that means a crime has been committed.

This reminds me of the SamTrans $2.5M FRAUD case where 3 CPA’s whistlebolwers reported they were ordered to commit crimes. They did find the $2.5M exactly where the 3 accounts said it was. SMCDA Steve Wagstaffe No Criminal Charges were ever filed. NBC Reporter Vicky Ngueyen did a great job reporting it.

Half Moon Bay City Manager Bob Nesbit is leaving.

It’s no secret that I think he should have been fired right after the Sandra Lee Harmon Execution by San Mateo County Sheriff employees. He was one of the lead obstructionist in getting to the truth about what REALLY happened on the evening of January 5, 2020. I recommended to him that he have the City of Half Moon Bay sue San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, his attorney David Silberman, San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe, his investigators, Jordan Boyd, John Warren, William Massey, Kevin Raffaelli, and all involved in the Homicide.

Sandra Lee Harmon R.I.P. was shot in the back while she had her hands above her head as she was UNARMED. All three of those shots were FATAL. Her body was struck 8 times.

Three spent shell casings were moved at the crime scene. That’s known as Evidence Tampering.

There was no evidence of a shootout.

Bob Nesbit was fine with that. He made ZERO effort in Releasing the Axon Log Records to the Public.

Terrible Editing of Sandra L. Harmon Execution Video.

If I was going to Edit the VIDEO that was produced by San Mateo County Government and paid for by the Taxpayers of San Mateo County, I personally would have blurred out the frames showing the Execution of an Unarmed Sandra Lee Harmon with her Hands Up above her head and her back facing San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy David Dominguez who was firing at her from approximately 15 feet away.

Sandra Lee Harmon had THREE fatal shots to her BACK.

I might have added a cartoon depicting some sort of Shootout as the Government told the 760,000 Residents that is what happened. Remember the Shootout Story.

Warning this is a real Homicide by San Mateo County Law Enforcement, Not for everybody.
