You don’t see that every day. Why would a defendant choose a Judge over 12 members of the public?
21-SF-014538-A | The People of the State of California vs. Aldon Jacarus Ramon Smith
Aldon Smith and his Defense attorney Josh Bentley have decided to have the Honorable Judge Leland Davis III to be the Judge and Jury for his DUI with serious injury case.
You will recall there was a lot of special treatment for this former NFL player that most San Mateo County Residents arrested for a DUI with serious bodily injury would NOT receive. This was reported to be his 5th DUI.
Rishi Kumar was the only politician that had the fortitude to not only stand up for me when the ridiculous accusations were made against me, but he actually showed up in the court room to demand the charges be dropped. If he’s willing to go that far to help a stranger in a far-off state, he’s going to work even harder for you, in yours. I believe in Rishi, and you should too. I hope this is helpful in your campaign.

Did any other Elected Official or Candidate for any office bother to make a simple phone call to Mark Racop to express his/her outrage as to the Abuse of Power by San Mateo County Employees?
This is a civil, not a criminal matter, Everybody and their mother knows this.
We already know what did happen, the main question now is why is this case still ACTIVE?

I will be there in person because Mark Racop has to fly out from Indiana to say two words, Not Guilty in PERSON in San Mateo County County because a Judge has ordered him to appear in person. He is not allowed to appear on ZOOM for this arraignment hearing. Remember he lives and works in Indiana.
Some of you might have heard of this case since ABC 7 Investigative Reporter Dan Noyes broke the story of the July 19, 2022 Search Warrant being served on Mark Racop at his place of business in Indiana by a four man TEAM of San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office finest. The plan was to arrest Mark Racop and bring him all the way back to San Mateo County to TEACH HIM and others a lesson about the power of the Sheriff’s Office, District Attorney’s Office, Judges, County Counsel and the Supervisors of San Mateo County.
Mark Racop’s case has received worldwide attention because of the Batmobile replica that his company Fiberglass Freaks makes by hand.

It’s hard to believe that the Sheriff double down on his stupid actions with a stupid statement that he would ask the same thing of investigators whenever a “Potential Crime” came to his attention. You don’t issue search and arrest warrants for potential crimes, you investigate and come up with some basic evidence to support what your buddy told you. How did a judge get conned into signing these warrants? Did the Sheriff use his friendship with the Judge to influence the warrants? Was the whole story disclosed to the judge? Assuming there was a contract, the purchaser was in breach of contract when he failed to make a timely payment. The consequence of the missed payment was not losing his money or his Batmobile, but merely losing his position in the queue. This is a civil, not a criminal matter.
The sad thing is this is probably the tip of the iceberg when it comes to this sheriff’s corruption. Given that county sheriffs are primarily responsible for property seizures and evictions, there should be an investigation to see if the sheriff misused his authority on behalf of his realtor friend. If so, this story instantly becomes something much bigger and something that should lead to prison sentences for both the sheriff and the realtor.
The Batmobile case has shinned a light on San Mateo County Government when no other case I’m aware of has done. The great news is nobody was Murdered or Executed by the Sheriff’s Office Employees this time.
This behavior is more the norm in San Mateo County, just look at the ret. Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case and the Edais Family vs. Coroner Robert Foucralt case as current examples.
Please check back for updates as to the Status of this case and the Friday In-person hearing, I hope to see you there.
Three of San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office Finest on Official Business interacting with a civilian, Does anybody see a Body Worn Camera?
Does San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office have a different POLICY for wearing Body Worn Cameras when the Elite Ops TEAM is out of state? This looks like the San Mateo County Gang TASK FORCE.
Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos you have recently demonstrated the power that the Sheriff has in the now very famous Batmobile Case. I am requesting you open an Investigation into the Very Suspicious Death of Munir Edais a San Mateo County resident all of his 32 years on earth. As you know he was a Police Officer for 12 years and was a Police Officer at the time of death. I’m sure you are aware that the Daly City Police Department chose not to Investigate his death as suspicious or possible Murder. They ruled it a suicide by hanging because that is what his wife of 6 months told them.
As Sheriff of San Mateo County you do have the authority to Investigate this death, and I am asking you to do just that before you retire in January. This would be something positive on your record and this would bring peace of Mind to the Edais Family.
I’ve said this was a case to watch, and now that it was DISMISSED after 4 years in San Mateo County Criminal Court. I recommend this case be Audited to see if the Private Defender Program did what is expected of it.
This was a Vandalism charge, and for 4 years the Defendant Andras Plank had been requesting to see the Body Worn Camera Video evidence from the San Mateo Police Department. That BWC video was finally provided on 8/11/2022. Let me just say this, Body Worn Camera Video’s should be made available to the defendant as soon as a person is charged.
How much money did San Mateo County Taxpayers invest in both the Prosecution and the Defense in this case? Remember it was DISMISSED.

It’s no secret that I think he should have been fired right after the Sandra Lee Harmon Execution by San Mateo County Sheriff employees. He was one of the lead obstructionist in getting to the truth about what REALLY happened on the evening of January 5, 2020. I recommended to him that he have the City of Half Moon Bay sue San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, his attorney David Silberman, San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe, his investigators, Jordan Boyd, John Warren, William Massey, Kevin Raffaelli, and all involved in the Homicide.
Sandra Lee Harmon R.I.P. was shot in the back while she had her hands above her head as she was UNARMED. All three of those shots were FATAL. Her body was struck 8 times.
Three spent shell casings were moved at the crime scene. That’s known as Evidence Tampering.
There was no evidence of a shootout.
Bob Nesbit was fine with that. He made ZERO effort in Releasing the Axon Log Records to the Public.
This is the best way to see how your Police Department actually behaves. An unannounced AUDIT.
This video was made 11 months after the Very Suspicious Death of a Police Officer in his Daly City apartment sometime between January 19-21, 2020. Munir Edais R.I.P.
This video was made 4 months before Roger Allen R.I.P. was shot and killed by this same Police Department while he was sitting in the passenger seat of a disabled truck in a residential neighborhood. The vehicle was surrounded by 4 DCPD Officers who were there to HELP according to Daly City Government’s Official Story. That was the first time I have ever heard of 4 Police Officers offering Roadside Assistance. They should leave that to AAA.
