The Axon Log Records, Execution or Good Shoot?

By Michael G. Stogner

SMC Sheriff Elect Christina Corpus

The Importance of Releasing the Axon Log Records in the Sandra Lee Harmon Homicide by San Mateo County Sheriff Employees in Half Moon Bay on May 5, 2020 is paramount.

The data will prove either a Shootout started by Sandra Lee Harmon occurred or an Execution by the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office, a conspiracy to fabricate a False Story about the events of that night.

I was not aware until after the election that Candidate Christina Corpus had even made any reference to the Axon Log Records being released if she were Sheriff.

Here is her statement from her Campaign Platform: Transparency is one of my core values, and I would have publicly released the Axon log records in the Sandra Harmon case if I was Sheriff.

What I have been asking San Mateo County Sheriff Elect Christina Corpus for 3 days now is, Will YOU release the Axon Log Records in the Sandra Lee Harmon R.I.P. Homicide case your first day in office?

Here is a perfect example of a crystal clear statement by Deputy Mark Melville on Releasing the Axon Log Records in the Sandra Lee Harmon case.

I can assure you unequivalently, I will release said records…..There is absolutely no reason not to release the records….Transparency…!!!!

For some reason Christina Corpus is not willing to say that. If you know her, supported her, voted for her, contact her and encourage her to make a Public Statement.

Wine Country Marines, Please pause the SMC PPE Give away effort.

First let me start by saying I have the Highest Regard for the United States Marine Corps. Sgt. Norman S. Stogner and Emily Greer Stogner, My aunt and uncle were one of the first couples married in Hawaii in their Marine Uniforms on April 14, 1945. They are both laid to rest at Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Bruno, San Mateo County. Plots S 1195 & 1196.

I am asking you to Stop and Pause any further actions regarding the reported $10,000,000 of PPE that was first reported by ABC Investigative Reporter Dan Noyes on January 13, 2022. I noticed your Facebook page dated January 13, 2022 at 6:00PM titled Large Donation of PPE, Please notify all non-profits and organizations that could use PPE to serve their citizens in the community.

This has happened so fast, and that is one of the reasons I’m respectfully requesting a Stop and Pause.

The other is this PPE is not surplus, it should have been distributed to San Mateo County Nurses, Doctors, Hospitals, Nursing Homes etc. or if not needed there Santa Clara County right next door to San Mateo County has just made an emergency request for PPE.

Thank You for considering my request, I have also asked A.G. Rob Bonta to stop this until this can be sorted out.

Best of Health to you and yours.

Chinedu V. Okobi is San Mateo County’s George Floyd.

On October 3, 2018 1:00PM Millbrae, California, Chinedu V. Okobi was walking south on the sidewalk of El Camino Real. a few minutes later he was dead, he was killed by SIX San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office Employees.

What I’m asking for is the time in this Video where there is evidence that ANY of the SIX San Mateo County Employees provided ANY Life Saving Measures to Chinedu V. Okobi after he was sat up. Also same question for Checking his Pulse, Evidence that any of the SIX actually checked his pulse.

There are captions and talk about it, but no Video evidence it ever happened.

Sheriff Activities League former Executive Director Barbara Bonilla in Court 8:30 AM to listen 206-279-9589 code 599028

By Michael G. Stogner

Motion: Modification of Sentence, was Granted, The Felony Charged was reduced to a Misdemeanor this morning. That’s fast.

The San Mateo County Sheriff Activities League (SAL) was Investigated by the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office and the State of California Attorney Generals Office. A reasonable person would know that it was a Conflict of Interest for Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, Sheriff Captain Christina Corpus who is also on the SAL’s Board of Directors, and retired Sheriff Employee Jeffrey C. Kearnan, and others to Investigate their own 501 C. That is always a bad idea.

The Investigation determined there were OTHERS involved in the Embezzlement and Money Laundering Criminal Investigation, and $232, 000 was missing according to Kearnan.

Today Barbara Bonilla the only person charged has a Restitution Hearing.

2022 Sheriff Candidate, Captain Christina Corpus

By Michael G. Stogner

At this very moment there are only two Candidates for San Mateo County Sheriff in the June 2022 Election. Bolanos and Corpus.

Questions about Mentoring?

SMCSO Captain Christina Corpus

Has Sheriff’s Captain Christina Corpus been the beneficiary of mentoring, at the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Department? Might she even be characterized as a product of such a practice? First, as a Correctional Officer, had she been individually mentored by Officer Robert Introcaso, Deputy Maurice Spiller, and Deputy Allen Dorsett, respectfully? If so, did she find such mentoring beneficial and had it not furthered her career, within the organization? Was such mentoring afforded to Christina’s peers? Was it a practice, at the Sheriff’s Department?

To find out, this reporter had filed a request with Bolanos, under the California Public Records Act, to learn about the Sheriff’s Department Mentoring Program, in general, and as it applied to Corpus, in particular. To date, there has been no response.

Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos the Mentor

Later, if such mentoring had occurred, hadn’t then Undersheriff Carlos Bolanos not decided to personally join in it, to mentor Christina -this out of an organization of over six-hundred persons? Hadn’t Christina been the only person given such attention by Bolanos? If true, couldn’t one say, at that point, Christina had been serially mentored?

Certainly, Corpus’ meteoric rise, in both rank and coveted assignments, incident to Carlos’ mentoring sessions, did not go unnoticed by other Sheriff’s Department personnel, with some questioning her performance and lack of experience, within the organization.

An example would be, while assigned to Countywide Security, it had become necessary for sheriff’s detectives, apparently at the direction of Bolanos, to assist her, in handling incidents, in performing, a practice not afforded other persons, under similar circumstances.

While Christina had been assigned as a board member to Sheriff’s Activities League (SAL), significant monies had allegedly been serially embezzled by a sheriff’s employee -SAL Director Barbara Bonilla. Did Corpus exercise adequate oversight, diligence, attention to her duties & responsibilities, as a Board Member, while such outrageous thefts were occurring? Had she taken the job seriously? These are questions which need to be answered, should she be truly considered for Sheriff.

Would Sheriff Bolanos promote and assign Christina Corpus for reasons other than merit? Did he promote and assign her, based upon performance? These are questions which bear asking?

Should Sheriff Bolanos’ past judgement & behavior be considered, in answering these questions? In 2007, he was involved in, what was known as, Operation Dollhouse, an event in which he had been detained by the FBI & Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, at a human trafficking site – a seedy residence, in Clark County, Nevada, where indentured Asian sex slaves, to include one minor, and the illegal drug Ecstasy were being marketed.

Bolanos has been very dismissive of the event, acting as if his presence, INSIDE such an establishment, was no big deal. Even San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe was found to console Bolanos, following the event, describing him, in a county e-mail, as a person that mattered and lamenting press coverage of it would soon be yesterday’s news. This begs the question, are such mentoring practices, in the County, limited to just the Sheriff’s Department? Perhaps, DA Wagstaffe would know, as he is apparently so insightful about such questionable matters?

Corpus, in her quest for Sheriff, has called for more transparency, at the Sheriff’s Department. I agree and would ask that she answer and comment upon the foregoing described questions. I think other sheriff’s employees, ones who have not been afforded or taken advantage of the mentoring opportunities, at the Sheriff’s Department, deserve to know.

Further, an objective measure of experience and performance, to assess Corpus’ qualifications for her current position, much less the Sheriff, would be:

  • How many arrests has she personally made, while employed at the Sheriff’s Department?
  • How many crime reports has she personally authored, while employed at the Sheriff’s Department?
  • How many cases was she personally assigned to investigate, while employed at the Sheriff’s Department?
  • How many crimes has she personally solved, while employed at the Sheriff’s Department?

This information, the number of cases, case numbers, and dispositions, are readily available from the Sheriff’s Department’s computerized Records Management System. If Captain Corpus wants to be sheriff and Sheriff Bolanos wants to be transparent, in his decisions to promote and assign her, I think it would be in everyone’s interest, to put those numbers out, this so the public can judge her experience and performance for themselves. Wouldn’t it provide insight, as to whether she’s just an empty suit, a person promoted because of mollycoddling & mentoring, or an individual of substance, one who can be expected and counted upon to deliver results.

“What about all of the pornography you are sending each other.” Munks and his crew just froze.

By, Michael G. Stogner

I wish I had known about this comment that was made in October 2014 at the Moonridge Half Moon Bay Property owned by Mid-Pen Housing. Mid-Pen Housing Staff would not allow me to attend, so I did not hear this comment that night and I didn’t read it until this week. The very Brave & Proud Female San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy sent me the 16 page document titled Gross Misconduct in the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Department” It was about Pornography and a Violent Rape Video being shared among 45 male employees at the Sheriff’s Office on San Mateo County Computers.

Then one Hispanic woman stood up and shouted at Munks and the deputies : “What about all of the pornography you are sending each other?”

The attendee at the meeting said Munks and his crew just froze.

This was just 3 years after Sheriff Munks and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos were Caught and Detained INSIDE a single family residence at 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas, Nevada on April 21, 2007, by the FBI and LVMPD. The home had Human Trafficked Sex Slaves including a Minor.

This is just one of the many reasons I would not recommend children being involved with the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Activities League (SAL).

What did any of San Mateo County Elected Officials do about this report? Ask them.

Ask Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos What did he do about it?

San Mateo County Government’s Big Lie.

By Michael G. Stogner

The County Government’s Big Lie started in Las Vegas, Nevada, on April 21, 2007 at 9:30 PM when then Sheriff Greg Munks and Under-Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos were both Caught and Detained INSIDE a private residence with Human Trafficked Sex Slaves including a Minor, $25,000 cash and 3,500 ecstasy tablets. That LIE is still going strong 14 years later, if they would lie about this what else would they lie about? Errol Chang Homicide by Law Enforcement, Yanira Serrano Garcia Homicide by Sheriff Employee, Chinedu V. Okobi Homicide by 6 Sheriff Employees, Sandra Lee Harmon Homicide by 2 Sheriff Employees, the Kaylan Charles Freeman Criminal Case, and don’t forget the Former San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez Criminal case going for 7 years now. There are many more.

The real question is who were all of the Elected Officials and Appointed Department heads like County Manager, County Counsel and Staff in Government and the Media who were communicated with between April 21, 2007 9:30 PM and April 25, 2007 10:47 AM to create the False Official Story?

The Truth was out from the very beginning in this article published in the Palo Alto Online April 24, 2007 @ 2:48 PM. That’s 61 hours after Both Caught INSIDE. Isn’t that interesting an online news publication from a different county published the truth. How many of the 720,000 San Mateo County Residents read that article?

Bill Cassell said officers did come into contact with both Munks and Bolanos inside one of the residences. That is very different than what Sheriff Greg Munks told the public at his press conference.

What would have happened if Sheriff Greg Munks and Under-Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos simply told the Truth? Why the Lie?

Sheriff detained in Las Vegas brothel raid

Uploaded: Tue, Apr 24, 2007, 2:48 pm
Time to read: about 2 minutes

San Mateo County Sheriff Greg Munks Tuesday afternoon apologized for his “lack of judgment” following his and Undersheriff Carlos Bolanos’ brief detainment at a Las Vegas brothel Saturday night during a prostitution sting by local and federal authorities.

Munks, who was sworn in as sheriff of San Mateo County on Jan. 8, read a brief statement but declined to take questions.

“I believed I was going to a legitimate business,” Munks said. “It was not,” he said.

Munks said he and Bolanos had been in Las Vegas over the weekend to participate in a law enforcement run, the Baker to Vegas Relay.

During a series of raids Saturday night and early Sunday dubbed “Operation Dollhouse,” Munks and Bolanos were detained but were not among the six people — five men and one woman — arrested by police at a brothel about two miles west of Las Vegas strip, Las Vegas police spokesman Bill Cassell said this afternoon.

The arrests at the brothel where Munks and Bolanos were found took place at about 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Cassell said. Approximately 3,500 Ecstasy tabs and about $25,000 in cash was seized at the brothel, Cassell added.

Cassell said officers did come into contact with both Munks and Bolanos inside one of the residences at the brothel. “All of the customers were simply identified and released,” Cassell said.

“I want to apologize to my family, the sheriff’s office and its fine men and women, and to the people of San Mateo County for my lack of judgment and the undue attention and embarrassment this incident has caused,” Munks stated.

Munks said that he and Bolanos fully cooperated with the investigation, though he noted that Bolanos “was outside when the authorities arrived.”

“I would not, nor did I, break any laws,” Munks said. “Neither did the Undersheriff.”

Cassell stressed that Munks and Bolanos “received no special treatment because of their status in law enforcement.”

No charges have been filed against Munks or Bolanos.

Cassell declined to specify the exact location of the brothel where Munks and Bolanos were found, but said it is located two miles west of the strip in a mixed residential and light-industrial area in the south-central part of the city, according to Cassell.

The raid was part of a series of raids at nine Las Vegas brothels Saturday night and early Sunday morning, according to Cassell.

The operation capped a two-year investigation conducted by Las Vegas police, the FBI, the IRS criminal investigation division and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Bureau, Cassell said.

Over the weekend, a total of seven people were arrested on prostitution and drug-related charges and 25 prostitutes were taken into custody, Cassell said. An ongoing investigation will attempt to determine whether any of those arrested were involved in illegal human trafficking, he added.

According to Cassell, additional suspects are still being sought by authorities on federal prostitution charges.

Here is the example of just 4 of San Mateo County Government Officials communicating with each other within 61 hours of The Sheriff and Under-Sheriff being Caught and Detained INSIDE.

That is San Mateo County’s TOP 4 in Law Enforcement. All four have sworn an Oath to protect the Public.

How many times since April 21, 2007 has now elected Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos lied about being outside the residence as if that mattered to the Public, How many times?

Welcome to San Mateo County

Sheriff Bolanos Mentoring Captain Christina Corpus.

By Michael G. Stogner

San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos recently quoted in an Advertising Media article mentioned that he had mentored Christina Corpus and he was disappointed, and that he expected more Loyality.

The article was about these two being Candidates for Sheriff 2022. There are Three Candidates for Sheriff of San Mateo County in this next election, everybody knows that, but this article is about the Mentoring Program by Carlos G. Bolanos.

I have known about the Carlos G. Bolanos Mentoring program for several years. I made an official request to San Mateo County Counsel John Beiers more than 2 years ago.
