Noelia Corzo, What is your PUBLIC STATEMENT about the Batmobile Case?

By Michael G. Stogner

Update: Noelia Corzo per phone call 8/23/2022

San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos should resign!

Noelia Say Something!

Nolia Corzo, You are a Candidate for San Mateo County Supervisor District 2, in November Election.

I know you are busy with your campaign, but I can tell you a lot of San Mateo County Residents attended the Friday Court Hearing at 9 AM Courtroom 8B for Mark Racop in Redwood City Superior Court of California to show their support for this small businessman in Indiana who was assaulted and Abused by San Mateo County Law Enforcement Gang IN INDIANA. The Batmobile Case first reported by ABC 7 I-Team Dan Noyes on July 29, 2022.

I have been searching all San Mateo County Candidates for their Official Statement on the Batmobile Case. So far I know of only one.

If you have made a statement I’ll be happy to publish it.

I found your recent Tweet: “I love our community, Thank you to all of our supporters who came out! To those that weren’t able to join us, we will have plenty more opportunities to get you plugged into our campaign. #noelia4smc #smcd2 #diversityisbeautiful #grassroots #electwomen

Foster City To Be Cited for Gander Slander at Goose Massacre Protest

By Michael G. Stogner

Foster City Council does it again. Wow what an exciting Plan.

TODAY: Foster City To Be Cited for Gander Slander at Goose Massacre Protest

The National Goose Protection Coalition will hand-deliver a Gander Slander citation for Foster City. Image: Sofia Lacerda

FOSTER CITY, Calif. (July 25, 2022)In Defense of Animals’ National Goose Protection Coalition has issued a Gander Slander citation to the Council of Foster City for approving plans to kill up to 100 Canada geese. Outraged Foster City residents and local goose advocates spoke up for Foster City geese during the city council meeting on July 18 to no avail, as reported by NBC. In Defense of Animals and local goose advocates will protest this controversial decision and hand-deliver a Gander Slander citation on Monday, July 25 at city hall.

“Foster City’s decision to break the necks of up to 100 geese is despicable — and it won’t work,” said Lisa Levinson, Campaigns Director at In Defense of Animals. “New geese will be attracted to plentiful resources in the area, and the killing cycle will start all over again. Nonlethal goose stewardship practices are available now, but the Council of Foster City chose to kill innocent animals instead. That’s why our National Goose Protection Coalition charged the agency with Gander Slander. Compassion must be a guiding principle for decisions related to the wellbeing of geese, who are our wild animal neighbors.”

According to Foster City’s July 18 Canada Goose Population Management Plan Update, the city plans to spend $86,240.00 to kill up to 100 geese, which amounts to $860 per goose, an astronomical waste of taxpayer funds.

“We urge the council to accept the generous offer from the Animal Protection League of New Jersey, an esteemed member of our coalition that specializes in nonlethal goose-human conflict resolution,” continued Levinson. On July 20, the Animal Protection League of New Jersey offered to pay for a panel of experts in landscape restoration and modern technology to develop an effective non-lethal program to allow human coexistence with wildlife.

“My family, my neighbors, and I are appalled to learn that our representatives are deciding to kill a large number of wildlife against the wishes of the citizens and against the advice of multiple wildlife experts and organizations,” said 25-year Foster City resident Chanah Angelica Kamen in her letter to the Mayor and Council of Foster City on July 20.

“I was present for the meeting on Monday, and it is clear to me that this council is disregarding a large number of alternative non-lethal methods, as if we are in a time-sensitive crisis. There is no such crisis. My family and I have lived here for so long, and never have we found issue with these innocent animals, who deserve our care, rather than cruelty, for simply existing,” continued Kamen. “We do not want this hasty and wrongful decision bringing shame to our community.”

The Council of Foster City has received opposition emails from over 15,000 In Defense of Animals supporters, urging them to cancel the cruel and ineffective goose massacre. Geese are generally killed in summer when they molt and cannot fly away. It’s also when they have their babies, making them especially vulnerable to heartless and violent trap and kill plans. Foster City plans to kill goose families by breaking their necks.

Goose massacres are repeated annually because they are a temporary solution. When geese are trapped and killed, new geese repopulate the same area since they are attracted to plentiful resources of food, water, and shelter. Non-lethal strategies such as landscape modifications and changes in human behavior provide a permanent, effective, long-term solution that doesn’t involve animal cruelty.

“What boggles my mind is how long I have had to fight a bunch of city officials to not kill animals for no reason,” said protest organizer Erik Allen. “Geese aren’t raising bacteria levels, look at the results. It’s stagnant Bay water. Too much poop on the ground? Ok, hire people to pick it up so residents don’t have to worry about their kids eating it. Many cities battle reports of sidewalk poop, yet no one thought to kill dogs, not even when they stepped in their poop. Experts on the issue have offered advice, resources, money, and time, but instead Foster City’s council cut corners and gave up because they are so thirsty for the blood of baby animals.”

In Defense of Animals’ National Goose Protection Coalition issues Gander Slander citations to decision-makers who choose lethal measures when long-term, effective, nonlethal stewardship practices are readily available. The Coalition was formed in 2019 to help concerned citizens stop goose cruelty in their communities.

Shawnna Maltbie, Munir Edais’ Suspicious Death and Suspicious Investigation. Let’s Audit.

By Michael G. Stogner

Shawnna Maltbie the City Manager of Daly City is responsible for the behavior of the Daly City Police Department. Munir Edais’ R.I.P. Father has asked Shawnna Maltbie for a Special Public Meeting to see if the Daly City Police Department followed their own Death Investigations Policy.

Daly City Police Department Death Investigations Policy

344.2.3 Death Cases
Death investigations require specific investigation methods depending on circumstances and should be handled in accordance with the Death Investigations Policy. The handling officer should notify and apprise a supervisor of the circumstances surrounding the incident to determine how to proceed. The following cases shall be appropriately investigated and documented using the approved report: (a) Sudden or accidental deaths. (b) Suicides. (c) Homicide or suspected homicide

Eman Edais (new wife of 6 months) placed a 911 call to San Mateo County Dispatch at 1:59 AM on January 21, 2020.

Lorena Reyes the first Daly City Police Officer #2135 to respond to the scene. January 21, 2020 This is from her report.
They have no children in common but she is 5 months pregnant with his child.

Eman Edais stated in the last two days they were arguing about an issue she did not want to disclose.
She said he was sad and upset about the relationship.

I asked Eman Edais several times what was the issue they had; however, Eman said she did not want to talk about it because “His family will hate her.”

Eman repeatedly continued to say his death was “her fault,” but did not disclose why.

She told me there was a camera in bedroom #2 that was motion detection, however, Munir Mustafa Edais only had access to the application.

Eman also told me Munir Mustafa Edais was a police officer for Los Gatos Police Department.

At approximately 0247 = 2:47 AM I requested the San Mateo County Coroner’s Office be paged to my cell phone. Deputy Coroner Holly Benedict #15 called me and I advised her of the details to this case.

Daly City Police Officer Lorena Reyes had solved this Supicious Death Investigation in less than 45 minutes. That has to be some kind of record for San Mateo County Law Enforcement. She never secured the scene, didn’t remove Eman Edais from the apartment.

Any reasonable person would support the Public Audit of the Daly City Police Department, Lets see what the Daly City Government does.

In order to FORGET you would first need to know about Police Officer Munir Edais, Supicious Death in the First Place.

By Michael G. Stogner

Police Officer Munir Edais was found dead in his Daly City apartment 28 months ago. Who knew, I never heard about it until 8 days ago, How about you, when did you learn about it?

Shawanna Maltbie Please explain your Daly City Police Deparment’s behavior.
Daly City Manager Shawanna Maltbie

What actions did you take to assure the residents of Daly City and San Mateo County that the Police Department you are responsible for conducted a professional Suspicious Death Investigation of Los Gatos/Monte Sereno Police Officer and Father of two girls on January 21, 2020.

What was your personal response to the family’s Petition to Re-Open the Murder Investigation of a Police Officer/Father and Daly City Resident with more than 25,000 signatures. Did you ever make a Public Comment about it. If Not why didn’t you?

Shawanna Maltbie, Did you ever think to ask Daly City Police Sergeant Keith Mattos a Homicide Dectective of 28 years, These two questions: Did you say that? Yes or No and if the answer was YES, the next question would be What did you mean by “Never seen this much blood on a hanging victim.”

On 25th April 2021, the page posted an alleged quote by Keith Mattos, a sergeant at Daly City Police Department, saying, “In my 28 years as a homicide detective, I have never seen this much blood on a hanging victim.”

Did your Police Department ask/have the wife who made the 911 call at 2:00 AM on January 21, 2020 to take a Polygraph Test to verify if she was being truthful? The reason I ask this question is I am aware of the San Mateo County District Attorney Inspector Rick Decker asking a mother of 2 that I was assisting in filing a criminal complaint against her ex husband in a Family Law Matter, if she would be willing to take a Polygraph Test she said of course took it and passed with flying colors. We had already provided the photos which proved fraud I’m guessing the request was because her ex husband was a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy. He was never asked to take one.

So I do know that Polygraph Tests are sometimes even given to VICTIMS who are simply reporting a crime in SMC.

How long did your Police Department Investigate this Suspicious Death as a potential Homicide?

Shawanna here is the Petition in case you have never heard about it.

I don’t know if you ever signed it, if not please do it right now. I suggest it Never was a Murder Investigation in the first place. You can take care of that.

Petition Re-Open a Murder Investigation of Munir Edais

Mr. Stogner,

There was no written agreement between the County and Wine Country Marines that predates the January 27, 2022 agreement I produced to you.  There was no written agreement prior to January 13, 2022 at 6PM, and there is no separate Financial Agreement.  Because Mr. Brown is not a County employee, I cannot know what he meant in his blog post, but as far as we are aware, he was not referring to a written record.

Thank you,

Caiti

The reason I asked for this document is simple, every time someone gives me more than $10,000,000 of something I like to have some kind written verification, proof, evidence etc that I in fact do have the authority to distribute this PPE which was paid for with FEMA money.

It took San Mateo County Government 90 days to say the truth.

There was no written agreement between the County and Wine Country Marines on or before January 13, 2022.

Agenda Item #5 Update on Event Center Surplus Safety Equipment

This was the title for Agenda Item 5 of the March 22, 2022 Board of Supervisors Meeting. That might explain why there was only ONE public comment on this topic.

The person that put this on the Agenda was San Mateo County Manager Mike Callagy, with the approval of County Counsel.

I would say this was more of a regurgitation of the same story that Mr. Callagy has been promoting since January 13, 2022, when he told ABC 7 I-Team Investigative Reporter Dan Noyes that he knew nothing about it.

San Mateo County News.com Article March 21, 2022

In San Mateo County Manager Mike Callagy’s Presentation he fails to mention these three, that I reported on the day before in the above article.

Deputy County Manager Iliana Rodriguez, San Mateo County Chief Financial Officer Roberto Manchia, Department of Emergency Management Director Daniel Belville.

County Manager to the Board of Supervisors March 22, 2022 “I think the Important thing is that we are TRANSPARENT. We own up to it, and we learn from it”

I personally think the Important thing is tell the truth from the Get Go.

Let me give a simple example, On January 13, 2022 SMC County Manager Mike Callagy never mentions James Brown or the Wine Country Marines a 501-C in Sonoma. He did say “We brought in the Marines.”

He doesn’t mention Iliana Rodriquez of his office has been vetting James Brown and WCM since December 2021.

Mike Callagy, Don Horsley, David Canepa, Carole Groom, Warren Slocom and Dave Pine. You are NOT TRANSPARENT.

Board of Supervisor Meeting March 22, 2022 Item 5 starts at 1:36:00

Red Flag 1:39:00 mark, “The other goods were eventually moved outside for temporary storage and were regrettably ah remained there during the significant storms last fall LEADING TO THE INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION.” What do you know about this Independent Investigation so far? What is the scope of this Investigation? Is the Investigation about the significant storms? Why was there an update without having this Investigator make a presentation at the BOS meeting?

Red Flag 1:39:11 mark, “We’ve been lucky enough throughout this AFTER ACTION to really partner with Wine Country Marines to continue to work on distributing these surplus equipment. Everybody knows what an AFTER ACTION is, Right?

The residents of San Mateo County remember what the Foster City Gang of 3 did to their City Manager.

Foster City Manager Peter Prinejad was FIRED for ZERO reason. The residents of Los Altos Hills are the winners in that case they now have a Great City Manager.

Still many more questions to be answered.

Zain Jaffer Wants to Help Others

Zain Jaffer the other day I wrote about you assisting Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez with his 7 year legal defense expenses now over $300,000, and I see that tomorrow David Khan of Daly City has a court appearance in front of Hon. Judge Barbara Mallach in Courtroom 2A at 10:00 AM just like you do. David Khan would be another person I recommend to you for your help. The other three families mentioned above have lost loved ones to Homicides by San Mateo County Law Enforcement. They could use you help against the Government in those cases.

Your prepared statement that you read when your case was Dismissed, July 2, 2018

“I was incredibly fortunate that I was able to defend myself through the legal system, but I am aware that many others are not. Moving forward, I plan on examining ways that I can help others who are innocent and are seeking to obtain justice.”

In the last 3.5 years I have not seen anyone that you have helped or even asked about for that matter.

Thank You, in advance for considering these cases. If interested I have many more cases for you.

The listen-only public access lines are no longer in effect. WHY?

By Michael G. Stogner

What caused this Change in Public Access Policy?

UPDATED NOVEMBER 22, 2021 Public Access Policy to Superior Court of California San Mateo County.

The listen-only public access lines are no longer in effect; proceedings are open to the public to attend in person.

Updated 11/22/21 – The listen-only public access lines are no longer in effect; proceedings are open to the public to attend in person.

San Mateo County Superior Court is committed to continuing public access to court proceedings during and after the pandemic emergency. Due to COVID-19 and public health concerns, the Court has shifted to convene some court proceedings remotely in order to eliminate the need for individuals to attend hearings in person. This is to reduce the number of visits by the public to the courthouses, thereby minimizing potential infection of the public and staff.

At this time, members of the public may attend a court proceeding in person. The Court is committed to maintaining a safe workplace for our staff and the public. Each courtroom can accommodate a different number of seats in the audience. You will need to check-in with the bailiff when you enter the courtroom. The bailiff will inform you as to whether or not there is an available seat, or if capacity has been reached. If capacity has been reached, you may remain outside the courtroom until someone leaves. Face coverings are required at all times inside the courthouse.

Zoom may not be used for public access without the approval of the judicial officer.
