I have been reporting on this case for more than SEVEN years know. I have described it as the Most Exciting Criminal Case I have ever observed. It is the BEST single example of Organized Crime and Corruption in San Mateo County Government that I have ever witnessed.
Notice the case number NF433910-A there is not a two digit number at the front. Those two digits tell you what YEAR this case started. For example San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez’s criminal case started in 2014 so you would expect to see a 14 in front of NF433910-A. If the 14 was there that would make a reasonable person to ask, Why has this Criminal Case NOT gone to Jury Trial in more than SEVEN years. How much Taxpayer money has the Government Invested in this case and What was the Money Spent On? Look at $ spent to make sure Witnesses Never take the stand.
This would be a Prefect case for Supervisor David Canepa and Candidate for Congress 2022 to attend. I’m sure he would be interested in Eliminating Corruption in San Mateo County.

This is a video of my Public comment to the Board of Supervisors on July 22, 2008. I requested the five Supervisors of San Mateo County to join me as private citizens and demand the resignations of both Sheriff Greg Munks and Undersheriff Carlos G. Bolanos. They were BOTH Caught and Detained INSIDE a single family residence located at 3474 Eldon St. Las Vegas Nevada on April 21, 2007. They both denied they intended to Pay for Sex, so the obvious question is Why did you both go INSIDE that home? Drug Deal of 3.500 Ecstasy tablets for $25,000 Cash is a possibility.
The reason I say that is, NOT one of our Supervisors asked the Simple question of Munks and Bolanos.

Was it a Drug Deal or was it to have Sex with a Human Trafficked Minor Sex Slave?
By the year 2010 I had been working on Eliminating Corruption in San Mateo County for about 10 years. I received this document from a very Brave and Proud Female San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy. I remember thinking Why Me? I’m just a San Mateo County guy trying to do the right thing. Her first sentence let me know others have known about my efforts for the previous 10 years. My main goal was to protect this Sheriff Deputy and make sure she did not get FIRED. Mission accomplished.

The more choices the Voters of San Mateo County have the better. This time Heintz has plenty of time to get his name on the Ballot if he chooses too. I remember standing next to him in a Church on Woodside Road, Redwwod City at a Candidate Forum.

Heintz Puschendorf blurted out “That does it, I’m in” He was so disturbed with the Softball Questions being asked of then Illegally Appointed Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos that he made up him mind to Run as a Write In Candidate. Think about that for a moment, a Write in Candidate at the last minute, and the Voters MUST SPELL YOUR NAME CORRECTLY. It’s not like his name was Smith or Jones, it was Heintz Pushendorf, well 100 Voters spelled both names correctly in the 2018 Election.
For those Residents and Voters of San Mateo County let me remind you that Heintz Puschendorf was the President of the (DSA) Deputy Sheriff Association the night of April 21, 2007. He was working in San Mateo County that night. He was not in Las Vegas.
San Mateo County Supervisor Jerry Hill, Sheriff Greg Munks and Under Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, Jeffrey C. Kearnan and Thomas Gallager were in Las Vegas Nevada that night, with about 54 other San Mateo County Employees.
Sheriff Greg Munks and Under Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos were Caught and Detained for being inside the single family residence located at 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas, Nevada at 9:30 PM, That fact is Indisputable.
The Questions that have Never been asked by any San Mateo County Elected Official especially the Five Supervisors of San Mateo County are 1) What made you go inside that foul smelling residence? 2)What are the names of the other two San Mateo County Sheriff Employees that stood watch while you both were Inside. 3) Were you protecting Sheriff Greg Munks during a Drug Deal of 3,500 Ecstasy Tablets in exchange for $25,000 cash, both of which were found inside the house by the FBI. 4) Or was Sheriff Greg Munks protecting you? 5) Sheriff Munks said neither of you intended to Pay of Sex, What was your intention? 6) Carlos G. Bolanos did you ever order Heintz Puschendorf to never mention Operation Dollhouse or face consequences? 7) Did you order Heintz Puschendorf to pass on that threat to the 400 DSA members?

David “D.J.” Wozniak Currently President of the Deputy Sheriff’s Association. Had previously been investigated for rape by either the Menlo Park or San Carlos Police Department in an incident in which he had used an unmarked sheriff’s car to drive a drunken couple to his apartment from a bar and then have sex with both. Sheriff Munks assigned Wozniak to the Office of Emergency Services, a coveted plain clothes assignment where he again has a county vehicle at his disposal. Wozniak has been receiving pornography and pornography links by way of e-mail on the County e-mail system. Page 9 of report below.
Note: I remember when this information first started to surface, the British Bankers Club at the corner of El Camino Real and Santa Cruz Ave, Menlo Park. What are the odds of him finding a couple that were too impaired to drive, was it more than alcohol?
Than to have both the male and female accuse him of Rape.
The Five San Mateo County Supervisors, were fine with this behavior. It’s not to late to Investigate.
Did anybody from San Mateo County Government make sure none of those photos were Child Porn. San Mateo County Probation Chief spent time in prison for Child Porn.

This is one of the main reasons I have not supported Children being involved with the Sheriff Activities League (SAL).
Belmont’s recently Promoted to Chief, which gets a pay bump then retired within 2 years, Police Chief Anthony Psaila is now employed by Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos. The only public announcement I could locate was a Facebook page welcoming Deputy Anthony Psaila. That page was not available for the Public to see. I couldn’t find a swearing in announcement or a photo in SMC Sheriff’s Office uniform. Why?
Most residents and all elected officials of San Mateo County know and understand that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos is dishonest.
He has been from the day he was sworn in as a Sheriff Office At Will employee, in Janurary 2007. He went on a Misinfornation Campaign starting the evening of April 21, 2007, to cover up a Drug Deal gone wrong or sex with Sex Slaves including a Minor in Operation Dollhouse, Las Vegas Nevada. Either way he should have been fired in April 2007.
Everybody and their mother knows about Carlos G. Bolanos and others covering up the Pornography and Violent Rape Video being shared by 45 top male San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office Employees. How many of those photos included Child Porn? What did San Mateo County Government Officials do about this report I provided to them?
You can always judge a person by who they associate with. What was Tony Psaila thinking to Host a fundraiser for his NEW BOSS at the DSA Building in Redwood City.
In this complaint on page 9 you will see a paragraph about President D. J. Wozniak of the Deputy Sheriff Association DSA another outstanding hire, who was receiving the Porn and Violent Rape Videos.
Every Candidate for an Elected Office especially Sheriff and the Board of Supervisors should state their position on this topic.
San Mateo County District Attorney James P. Fox and Chief Steve Wagstaffe never asked one question, they simply committed the District Attorney’s Office to fully support Munks and Bolanos and blamed the media which was just starting to report on an event that happened 3 days prior in Las Vegas, Nevada.
What the residents of San Mateo County do know for sure is that San Mateo County Sheriff Greg Munks and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos were both Caught and Detained INSIDE the single family residence located at 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, on April 21, 2007 at 9:30PM. How do we know that? LVMPD Spokesman Bill Cassell and Lt Karen Hughes of Vice both said so.
Why would San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office 1&2 be sending e-mails of support to San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office 1&2 without knowing what they were doing inside that house? Sounds like they did know. Two very good possibilities are to have sex with Human Trafficked Sex Slaves including a minor, or a Drug Drop of 3,500 Ecstasy tablets in exchange for $25,000 Cash found inside the residence.
What did Steve Wagstaffe think they were doing Inside the residence? Had he already spoken to both of them in the 3 days prior to his e-mail?
Now think about all of the Human Trafficking, Drug and Money laundering, Gang enhancement cases that have been prosecuted in San Mateo County since April 21, 2007.
It’s really up to the residents to care, and in order for that to happen they would need accurate information.
Corruption and San Mateo County are one in the same, that is how it has always been, It’s no secret.
Recently the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Activity League was in the News. There was a Joint Criminal Investigation involving Embezzlement and Money Laundering. San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe recused his office and himself from that investigation because he was a Board Member of the SAL.
What was so funny is that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and Captain Christina Corpus thought it would be appropriate for them to Investigate themselves. Captain Christina Corpus is also a Board Member of the Service Activities League.

If we have concerns, they address them,” said Canepa. Does anybody have a clue what that means? I don’t.

The residents of San Mateo County will remember the News that San Mateo County Sheriff Greg Munks and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos were Caught and Detained INSIDE a single family home with bars on all of the windows and doors in an FBI Sting, called Operation Dollhouse. Who said they were INSIDE, LVMPD Spokesman Bill Cassell, and LVMPD Vice Lt. Karen Hughes both said they were INSIDE.
Three days later on April 25, 2007 San Mateo County Sheriff Greg Munks held a Misinformation Event where he admitted the obvious that he was INSIDE but then Lied about UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos was outside when the authorities arrived. Why would he lie about that?
Sheriff Munks also said: Neither he nor Bolanos intended to PAY FOR SEX.
Sheriff Greg Munks and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos have NEVER been Investigated or answered ANY questions about Why were they both INSIDE that Disgusting, Vulgar home on April 21, 2007.
Not one of the 5 San Mateo County Supervisors, thought it would be a good idea to find out why they both left the County at the same time for several days, and Why were they both Caught & Detained INSIDE? If they didn’t intend to PAY for SEX, were they there for another reason?
How long would it take for the San Mateo County Gang Task Force to get their hands on 3,5000 Ecstasy Tablets.
What would each Tablet be worth at retail or at a location where the customers would pay top dollar say $20 each = $70,000

What caused the FBI to close a 2 year Sting Operation on a Saturday Night, when San Mateo County’s top two Law Enforcement Sheriffs were Caught?
Who is responsible for this mess? The Supervisors of San Mateo County of course. Also every City Manager and City Council who contracted with the Sheriff’s Office for Patrol Services.
It’s such a Simple Question, Why were you INSIDE? It should only be asked after they both are sworn in.
