Former NYPD Officer and U.S. Marine Sentenced to 10 years in Prison. Jan. 6, 2021.

September 1, 2022 U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta sentenced Thomas Webster, 56, to 10 years in prison plus three years of supervised release, noting that along with Rathbun, “the other victim was democracy.”
Webster retired from the NYPD in 2011 after 20 years. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1985 to 1989.

Thomas Webster’s prison sentence is the longest so far among roughly 250 people who have been punished for their role in the insurrection on Jan. 6, 2021. The previous longest was shared by two other rioters, who each were sentenced to seven years and three months in prison.

Do Law Enforcement Officers ever break the Law? Of course they do, they are human beings, Nobody is above the law.

Deceptive Ordinance (NO. 04430) Citizen’s Review Panel Created in 2008.

The Supervisors of San Mateo County made an ordinance and specify by name who is allowed to serve on the Citizen’s Review Panel.

County Government Serves the “BEST INTEREST OF THE CITIZENS OF SAN MATEO COUNTY.”

These next two pages list the specific people who are allowed on the citizen’s review panel. They are not required to be residents of San Mateo County either.
