September 13, 2022 the Board of Supervisors held the regular meeting at 9:00 AM.
At the end of public comment BOS President called one of the speakers a LIAR.
This might be one of the reasons the Supervisors are not supposed to respond to Public Comment.

” There was a really inflammatory charge about a Deputy Sheriff Murdering somebody, that simply was flat untrue.” Let’s find out who is telling the TRUTH.
I was one of the speakers and I sent this e-mail to Don Horsley yesterday to find out which member of the public he was calling a LIAR and what caused him to make that statement.

Hello Don,
Right after the public comment you felt compelled to assure the Public that one of the speakers made a statement about a citizen being Murdered by the SMC Sheriff’s Office was completely False.
Can you identify for me who that public speaker was, I’m sure you are not talking about me.
What I said was the VIDEO the Government made Public shows Sandra Lee Harmon was Executed.
Here is that video produced by the Sheriff’s Office and the District Attorney’s Office. I’m guessing you have never bothered to watch it.
In my 22 years experience as a Private Victim’s Advocate in San Mateo County I have only had these two gentleman refuse to respond in writing. They both wanted to speak with me. That is a Red Flag in my book.

I must admit I have preferred not speaking to Sheriff Bolanos since I declined his 2 requests to speak/talk to me in person. That has been several years now.
Some of you know that I requested the Supervisors of San Mateo County Remove both Greg Munks and Carlos Bolanos. What date did I do that? April 25, 2007 2:02:30 PM PDT.
These are both very powerful men in very powerful positions in San Mateo County.
John Nibbelin requested a phone conversation about my questions instead of simply answering the questions by e-mail. Red Flag but never the less I said SURE.

If yes what is his hourly rate he is charging SMC?
Why did Carlos G. Bolanos feel he needed an Attorney?

San Mateo County Attorney John Nibbelin never made that call or communicated to me since that last e-mail. He never answered those simple questions I asked. I hope he is OK.
I think any reasonable thinking person would know that the Entire Government of San Mateo County has a Bright Shinning Spotlight on it at this very moment. The Sheriff’s Office, The District Attorney’s Office, The County Counsels Office, The County Executive Office formally the County Manager, The Private Defender Program, The Sheriff’s Activity League, The Service League of San Mateo County, The Judges, San Mateo County’s Media.
What caused this Bright Shining Spotlight to finally shine on San Mateo County?
The Batmobile Case has exposed the Organized Crime in San Mateo County, That’s Pretty Cool.

San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez Criminal Case which is 8 years old and has never been to a JURY yet. I have always called the Juan P. Lopez case the most exciting case in San Mateo County’s History. Broadmoor x Police Chief Dave Parenti owing CalPERS $1.8 Million and Steve Wagstaffe doesn’t see a crime there.
